My place is called Unilodge at Raleigh. I am living in the studio single with balcony. The second room on this link "https://unilodge.com.au/book-now-room-type/?pid=413". You can mostly read everything there. From my experience, it is a quiet and peaceful place, there are also friendly students you meet while doing the programs they offered and the security is also good. The payment is usually 1205$ per month. The RTBA bond is also the same amount. Also, it is a private room and for the car park, you have to pay an extra fee if you want it. The reason why I am moving out is that I assumed that I could extend my stay for a few months but unfortunately, Unilodge does not allow it to happen. Basically, my current contract ends on the 26th February 2019 which is 6 month from the moving date I stated. P.S: I can only confirm if I actually found a place to stay in August. Thank you
