$230 per week gets you a private, fully furnished, self-contained, air-conditioned, micro-pad with your own bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchenette and shaded outdoor area. It also includes use of our private swimming pool.

This micro-pad comprises two rooms linked by a private and shaded outdoor deck area. The larger room encompasses the bed, living space and kitchenette. The smaller room comprises the shower, toilet and laundry. Access to the micro-pad, is via its own private lockable entrance. The micro-pad would suit an eat-sleep occupant, leaving most days for work, study or outings.
