This Private studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3 level townhouse and shares a common foyer with the 2 flatmates living on the top level. The studio has it's own lockable entry off the foyer.

The studio consists of a living/dining space, bathroom and bedroom area, separate kitchen with oven/microwave but no hotplate (There is also a washing machine in the kitchen area). The studio also has direct access to the rear courtyard/garden.

There is a pool in the complex and it is only 10 mins walk away from Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, Cafes, Restaurants and Fast food.

You would belong to a quiet gated complex made up of primarily retirees and families, so respecting the neighbours is essential. If you like to play loud music, have parties or you're a smoker etc. this property is not the best fit for you. However, if you like a serene environment with access to lovely walks along the canals, this property would be perfect!

To ensure the privacy/security of the other flatmates/sharemates no overnight guests are permitted.
