Hi friends I'm a relaxed, easy-going environmental management student with two casual jobs. I'm pretty tidy, respectful, and friendly. I enjoy hanging out and having a couple of drinks and a meal, but also like my own space for quiet study/reading. I love gardening, camping, riding my bike, and surfing. I have a small, old dog named Basil who loves naps, pats, and the occasional walk. We both come with references. I'm 26 so not looking for a party house- somewhere to call home for longish term if things work out between us would be great. If you like the sound of me, send me a message! Cheers :)
Hello potential future housemates! After graduating uni last year, I went on an overseas adventure for a few months. I recently returned and currently work a couple of casual jobs as an occupational therapist, which is fabulous. I like to live a balanced lifestyle, enjoying a bit of work, exploring hikes, going out for a dance, doing yoga, relaxing at the beach or at home with good company. I appreciate being able to hang out and have a chin wag with housemates but also appreciate quiet, chill time. Hoping to find a home with like-minded people and preferably close to the train line. Feel free to send a message if you think I would fit what you're looking for. Cheers!
I'm from Mauritius and have been in Australia for 4 years already so will be moving from Perth. I am a private person that enjoys her alone time and loves to clean the house when I am bored, especially the kitchen. I'll be studying my Masters at Flinders University beginning of 2018 and would also be job hunting for a casual job around the same time. Would prefer a quiet house as I am not the partying type.

Getting around PUBLIC TRANSPORT: (timetables & Maps can be found on the adelaidemetro website) BUSES Departing from Miller St or Seacombe Rd stops…(2 min walk from house) For students commuting to flinders University the 200B can be caught from either of the stops mentioned above to the Flinders Medical Centre (approx. 5 minute trip) from there the FREE university 'Campus Loop' shuttle bus will pick you up and take you to all the main schools/departments within the university. To City 200 or 200B To City via Westfield Marion 262 From Westfield Marion Interchange to city M44 TRAINS SEAFORD LINE- To City (travel time approx 20mins) Trains can be caught at either the Seacliff Railway Station or the Oaklands Railway Station. Mon – Friday departing approx. every 12mins (less frequently from the Seacliff Station). Saturday & Sunday approx. every 30mins. Free parking is available at the stations. WALKING It is possible to walk or cycle to Flinders University from my place. I would allow around 15-20 minutes to walk to the edge of the campus, and then allow another 10-20 minutes to walk into the heart of the campus depending on where you need to go. Please be aware that Flinders University is a very large sprawling campus built into the side of a hill, so walking paths can be quite steep with lots of stairs. Alternatively the FREE university 'Campus Loop' shuttle bus stops at various locations around the perimeter of the campus and can take you where you need to go within the university. Other things to note Please be aware that 3 very well behaved ginger cats also live at the property. They are outside during the day time, but come inside in the evening but are restricted to the main living space, passageway and laundry areas. PLEASE NOTE: The house is not fitted with Air Conditioning. The living areas and bedrooms generally stay cool year around, however during a really hot Adelaide summer [January - March] heatwave where temperatures stay above 37 degrees for a few days straight the house can heat up. Windows can be opened and pedestal fans are provided for air circulation. I also have a unique (pre renovation) warehouse style kitchen with large modern stainless steel fridge & microwave. However please note: there is a double electric hotplate for cooking, but no oven.

I am Melbourne-based but will soon relocate to SA. I love meeting new people and I am easy going. I enjoy the outdoors and I keep an active lifestyle - I love yoga, hiking and the beach. I am tidy and respectful of other people's space. I try to keep a balanced life - there is time for fun/socials and time to keep to myself.
Hey, my name's T-Jai! I am a student at Flinders university in my first year studying Health Sciences and work part time. I am looking for a house with flatmates that are also students and for people that are social and fun to be around! I get along with everyone and I'm super warm, friendly and lively! I love going out camping, fishing, road-trips... pretty much anything in the sun and out the house when I have the days off. I love bouldering and pretty much any sport, especially basketball! I do work part time and also study so my days are pretty full with other things like work experience and other smaller jobs I take on in my spare time. So having a good place to come home and relax to would be amazing. I'm extremely clean and make sure to clean up after myself all the time. I love to cook and cook often so I'll always be in the kitchen and I would love a place that people enjoy sitting in the lounge room, relaxing and watching a movie or a TV series together. I would prefer to have a place that has all utilities and internet included. I would also love to find a few great people to start up a new house if that could be an option! Unfortunately I'm not looking to move into a home that has an existing family and because I do only work a few hours a week due to Uni, I am strictly looking for nothing above $150p/w. Thank You!
What makes me great to live with? Well, I am pretty laid back in the way of socialising, meeting and getting along with people, I also love (generic)pets. And am currently studying a double degree, so study is a large focus of mine. Although I am pretty quite in the way of studying and enjoying to read, socialising and getting to know the people I live with is a must so is the occasional night out on the town). I work on weekends at Kmart Marion and am originally from rural Australia but have been on campus at flinders for the past year so i am experience with living with a diverse range of people.
Located in Seacombe Gardens and street facing, the property is an almost fully furnished modern townhouse that's only a few years old. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large backyard with pergola and room for 2 cars off the street (one in the garage). The room itself is upstairs at the back of the house, is unfurnished, with a large built in wardrobe, and is big enough for a queen size bed plus furnishings. There is a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet that would be exclusively for your use. Downstairs is a full furnished study, kitchen, dining and lounge area that would be communal. The house has ducted heating/cooling, Internet and a cleaner that comes once a month. Internet and cleaner are included in the rent but bills including electricity, gas and water would be extra. Location wise, it's an 10 minute walk to Marion Shopping Centre, a short drive to the Brighton Beach and not too far from Oaklands Train Station, Flinders Uni and Flinders Medical Centre.
I am moving this house, and now I am looking for a housemate! I will be moving in on the 15th/16th. There are 3 bedrooms , a beautiful kitchen, large lounge and dining area, and a pretty flash bathroom! There is a rumpus room in the backyard that I will be converting to a bit of a bike room most likely. Floorboards throughout. Also a bit of an Alfresco area for the BBQ. It is only a few streets from Flinders Medical Centre, 1km from Flinders Uni and hiking/mountainbiking trail are really close. Parking is available off-street. I will only rent out one room, and preferable to 1 person only, so there is a choice of 1 of 2 rooms. Both have built ins. The spare room might become a guest room or study. I do have furniture for the house and one other bedroom, so your room can be either furnished or unfurnished. I also have a dog that is living inside and on the couch, so you must like dogs!! She's shy at first but then loves any attention and cuddles. She's also a pretty good running buddy. I work in the city, mon-fri. I get up quite early, walk the dog and leave the house before 7:30h I'd prefer someone longer term. Someone friendly, respectful and tidy, at least in the common areas. Your room is your business! (As long as it doesn't start smelling or things come crawling out ;)) I don't mind having the odd dinner or drink together and socialise a bit, but it won't be a big party house. I'm not into sharing ALL food, but we could certainly have a tinny for shared expenses (detergent, cleaners, condiments etc) Internet is currently on unlimitled 4G wireless, which may be changed a bit later but will definitely have 500gb or more. Other bills (electricity, gas (for hot water only) and water) are additional and will be shared. But the good news is there is solar power!
The single fully furnished room (with a double bed, a desktop, office chair, wardroble with own bath room) available for rent immediately is part of a fully furnished 3 bedroom townhouse (with a beautiful garden and BBQ) near Marion Shopping Center (200 metres away) in Adelaide, just 3km away from Brighton Beach and 3.5 km away from Flinders Univesity (7 - 10 mins by bus to Flinders University). All the furniture in the shared living room, study room, kitchen are brand new. The whole house has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets with only 3 adults living in the house at the moment. The whole house has central air-conditioner and central heater, with good internet connection. This bed room has its own bath room. Please call me or email me if you are interested in the room; 2 weeks bonds and 2 weeks rent are expected. Minimum 4 month rent is expected. All bills included.
If you're looking to share a great townhouse with a 40yo gay male and a small gorgeous dog, look no further. The house is only 1 year old, two storey with a small courtyard. Two unfurnished rooms will be yours plus your own bathroom (with bath and shower) and separate toilet. Both rooms are average size with built in wardrobes. Fully air conditioned throughout Rest of the house is fully furnished with modern furniture and appliances. Broadband and Foxtel is available. Weber BBQ for use. Only blocks from Marion Westfield (and cinema), close to Flinders Uni and a short drive to the Southern Expressway, Seacombe Gardens is a great suburb. Beaches are only a 5 minute drive away. Must be a non-smoker, love dogs, easy going, gay friendly (or gay themselves), house proud and reliable for payments.
Hi all, Furnished room with single bed available for international students a short walk to FMC and Flinders University. Outdoor area with BBQ, and large communal lounge and television. We have had students from around the world stay short term while finishing Masters etc. and longer term for the majority of their degrees.
International student from Singapore, starting the semester at Flinders University in Feb'18. Pretty much friendly & easy going, plus I enjoy baking and cooking, so happy tummy, happier flatmates ;) Don't worry I'll definitely keep the shared areas clean. Feel free to message me!
I am from china who will study nursing in Flinders University and 23 years old now.I am easygoing and love to make friends with anybody. Respect other people's privacy.I am tidy ,quiet and credible . Don't have any bad habits .I am cats lover so I don't mind living with dogs or cats .(excluded snake ).I wanna be friends and help each other with my roommates. i love workout ,especially boxing . usually listening music or watching movies in my room or go to the zoo to have some fun.
I'm incoming student going to study nursing from February, 2018. I'm finding a clean and affordable sharehouse close to Flinder University. Near by Bedford Campus or Sturt Campus would be both fine, but taking under 25 minutes by WALK to Bedford Park Campus is very important for me. Under 130p/w included all bills would be the best. I'm able to move on 1st of February, 2018. I know It's a bit earlier to find my sharehouse but if you have any idea for team-up or etc, feel free to contact me. I'm a morning person exercising almost every morning, very neat, quiet and have a simple life circumstances. I prefer to live with mutual students or proffesionals rather than relatively young students. I am also a yoga teacher, so I can teach you yoga if you want :D I don't mind if you are having pets, LGBTAQ+ frindly, also I'm okay with couples, but only in case both are mutual ages. If you are vegetarians too, It will be perfect!
Hey friends, I'm Lucy, I'm 20 years old and currently still living with my family Looking to move out within the next few months for more freedom and independence. (Don't be worried that if you were to get a house with me I'd be hit hard with reality and take off half way through the lease, because when I plan something, I stick to it, and this is me forever, or at least the amount of time I commit too) I work Monday to Friday in a Call Centre, work evenings and weekends part time, and work weekends doing Freelance Makeup. On weekends when I'm not working I party like most 20 year old's do. When at home, I like to lounge around either in my bed with Netflix, or on the couch with a good movie, which will most likely result in afternoon naps or dancing around the house with no pants on (I'll try to be fully dressed when your family comes over but no promises) In a roommate I'd be looking for someone like minded and respectful, it would be a huge plus to become friends aswel rather than just passing in the kitchen everyday (I can understand that becoming friends with your roommate can ruin things but I'd be determent to keep the divide) In a house I would be looking for something clean and low maintenance (not necessarily new but preferably new appliances) , would love a spare bedroom (which we can both use) for when friends need to stay, and a dishwasher for me is a must. (Nice bathtub also preferable for lush bath bombs!) I also wanted to mention first up, I have collected a lot of the furniture that would be required for the shared spaces in our home so I'm not too fussed (would actually be preferable) if you didn't have much furniture already, hence avoiding having double.
