I just graduated from UTAS and will stay in Launceston for at least 3 years. I an easy-going, quiet and displined girl from China. Now, I have three part-time job as a waitress while seeking a nice job here. Since I find it it difficult to apply a nice place to rent as a foreign graduate, so I decided to move back to school accommodation or share a house with others. I do prefer to have a shot term rent about 1-2 months since I will move out from where I live in now on 1st of November. But, long term is also acceptable. The reason why I wanna move out is that the living condition is far too bad. Very cold in winter and wet. I have a car no pet. Here is my basic situation. Our stylishly appointed home has a generous back garden and living spaces with a beautiful kitchen and living quarters. The home maintenance is low upkeep and generally Clementine does most of the cleaning and home care as she works from home. There's lots of private space to be had and fair distribution of common areas. Bathroom scheduling is never a problem as we have two full bathrooms which works really well across the board. We are right next to Coles, a great local green grocer, a deli, sushi, pasta and burger joints. Just up the road from Sportie's and a 9/11 bottle shop. Plenty of great cafes and walking distance to the city (5-10 mins tops). Parking is really easy too.
I have broken my left leg. I’m at kings meadows hotel. My kids live in Canberra which I have been in since 1989. My partner and I need a home. I love gardening, bushwalking, not now though! I’m a good cook. I love to watch movies. I’m on season 4 game of thrones. Again. I love to clean although I’m a wee bit slower atm. I broke my leg 4 months ago at my mums house on king island. Doctors at Longford have been helpful. I love Tasmania. I hope to get work at Bunnings as I was working there for two years in Canberra before I broke leg.
