Hi all! my name is Nat, have a spare room to rent, I am an artist, studying visual art at uni, looking for someone fun and neat to live with. I have a cat, so must love animals. Current housemate is moving out in March, so I am keen on meeting a potential housemate before then! Looking for a female in her 30 with the same interests!
I thoroughly enjoy playing sport, I play netball and basketball, I also like to go to the gym. I like a nice quiet night in watching movies and I might occasionally go out for a drink (I don't turn feral when drunk so I won't have the police escort me home), I can be quite shy to begin with but as time progresses and I get to know my housemates, I will come out of my shell. I turn 18 this November and am aiming to move to Geelong at the start of 2018 to attend University. I am currently living in Wangaratta, Victoria. Otherwise I will have a full/part time job. I am also a clean freak!
Currently have lockable bungalow out back separate from house. Furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and will have separate bathroom, kitchen. Looking someone who can afford and will handle the responsibility of living in their own space. Area is bedroom size. We also have swim spa.
This property is on a nice quiet street, 3 minute drive to Shannon ave shops, 6 minute drive for Pako and 5 minute walk to bus stop. Nice sized home with two living areas and toilets, big back yard with nice entertaining area.
The house is well maintained and easy to live in, all bills are included in the rental fee including cleaning of general areas, gardening, gas, electricity, water and internet. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a huge pantry and plenty of extra space. Currently one of the bedrooms is setup as a spare bedroom and guests are welcome. All rooms are connected to the central heating (gas) and cooling (evap) and the home has been designed to be as energy efficient as possible. The bedrooms all have built in closets and ample space for a queen sized bed, also the house has plenty of room for storing extra items upon request. The home is situated on a lakeside block in Lara, and as such has beautiful views through summer and is located close to public transport and recreation. Unfortunately parking is the only limitation and will need to be on street parking as the driveway and garage are currently occupied.
Fun, friendly and oddly enjoy housework! Hey! I'm moving to Geelong for work, but I've been living in Newcastle NSW for the last year. I'm from England (don't let that put you off), but am addicted the outdoors Aussie lifestyle so I've decided to stay! I work hard and play hard! Don't be surprised if I'm commuting up to Melbourne once a month to see DJ's. Saying that, I won't be out partying every weekend, I'm a cyclist and triathlete so some weekends I have to be sensible. I'm looking for a house share of 2-4 professionals with no furry friends (sorry, bad allergies). As I'm new to the area, I'd love for my housemates to become good friends, not just people who I live with. I'm open-minded, free-spirited, ambitious, love good banter and a glass of wine or 2 some evenings - would love to live with people with a similar mindset.
