The house is fully furnished with the exception of the room for rent with access to a garage space and your own bathroom. Gas, electricity and water usage bills are split evenly with Foxtel and wireless NBN internet also available if you're interested. Light rail will be availble August 2018. I'm a busy professional female who is sporty, friendly, clean, and respectful. I'm looking for someone who works full-time, is clean, financially reliable, friendly, and considerate. You must be a dog lover too, as I have a large dog. If you are interested or have any questions please just email or SMS me.
Forde is an excellent suburb, open and spacious with lots of green areas. We are at the end of the lake in Forde so we have beautiful views over the lake. Our house is a 2 min walk from the bus stop. You can go for a nice 7km run around the lake here. We have 2 student rooms available which are spacious and sunny. It is a shared bathroom between maximum of 3 students, with each their own sink. We have a cute dog that is small, a jack russel crossed with a chihuahua, who loves cuddles and is harmless.
Hi there, My name is Bronte and I have moved to Canberra from the big smoke (Sydney) roughly 2 months ago. I work Mon-Fri in the public service and spend my spare time either at the gym, watching home and away or visiting my friends and family in Canberra and Sydney. I love animals and would be happy to share with pets. I'm looking for somewhere to call home with tidy and cooperative housemates. I can do my own thing or get together for a meal or hang out at times, pretty easy going. Looking to move within the next few weeks.
