The Bedroom has a large Chest of Draws, Hanging Space,( built-in ward-robe) and two expansive sliding window looking out onto the garden. Should you have a Foxtel Contract, your Bedroom has a Foxtel connection, and a Free- to Air- Connection. The single section of my home, has SHARED ACCOMMODATION for your joint use with three other People, ie Kitchen, Dinning , Lounge with a Slow Combustion Wood Fire, Study Desk and free Internet-NBN, Laundry, and Bathroom. Use of the Garden and BBQ areas. You shall be supplied with your own Security Entry Key to the Front Side Entry Door and your Bedroom Your Key shall fit no other door in my Home. The home and garden are NON SMOKING areas.If you smoke, please do so away from the house and garden . PAYMENTS. 1.The weekly Rent for a full time Single Tenant is $200.00 per week,plus an equal % of the Electricity Bill. 2. The weekly Rental for a Couple is $300.00 per week, plus an equal % of the Electricity Bill. 3.The fee for the Driveway Entry Key is $100.00. On the return of the said Key when you vacate the premises your $100.00 shall be returned to you. 4. In relation to the Cleaning of the common arears of the Accommodation, there is a weekly CLEANING fee of $30.00 per Lodger, payable on the same day as rent is paid. 5.Otherwise, there are NO other payments for the use of utilities in my home. Should you require SHORT TERM and or EMERGERENCY ACCOMMODATION, as a Lodger, with a FLEXIBLE length of STAY, be it for days, a week, or whatever, then for $150.00 per week and the same terms and conditions as above, ( AND if no other room is available,) I am able to offer you DORMITORY ACCOMMODATION ( area approximately 9 metres x 9 metres) with three separate single beds., having bed head rest with separate Bed Lamps, shelves,and Hanging Space, together with the said Shared Accommodation. The Rent for each Contractor and or Employee/Worker,( who is working away from home pursuant to his/her Employment Contract, Monday to Friday,) shall be $110.00 per night.Should there be an advanced booking, then a deposit of 50% shall be paid at the time of the booking. Otherwise, the Rent is to be paid in cash, on the Day of arrival. Subject to any change and or changes in the Bed Room you occupy as a Lodger in the said premises,this Document/Advertisement by reference shall form part of the Agreement to be entered into between you and the Landlord. Renovated and extended in the last 10 years. Your room faces the front yard and street (park opposite), has a queen-sized bed, with quality linen, hanging and shelf space, small electric heater, fan, rug on the floor. There are other items, or, if you would prefer to furnish your self, that works, however the bed stays. Walking distance to the Bowral - Train station, post office, public pool (summer only), hospitals, and Bradman Museum, Empire Cinema, cafes and Coles/Woollies. Right on the cycle/walking track. The only bills are electricity and water - both quarterly and wood (winter). The internet (NBN) is connected and works! + Telstra TV. No smokers, No drugs. Some shift workers welcome, short, long and part-time stays all considered. Main requirements are: you are female, mature-minded, good at communication, and we like each other. Previous tenants have included design student, nurse, teacher, retiree waiting for new home construction, researcher, journalist. Ages varied between mid-20s to older than me! Tenancy from a few months to more than 18 months. If you need more space there is an additional room available across the hall. The rent would change if taken up. This 3 bed 2 bath property is great if you like the peace and quiet of the country. It is situated at the back of dapto/horsley in a new estate. Built in 2016, it is still very new. If you enjoy cooking, then you will love the 5 burner gas stove! The house has ducted airconditioning, a fully functioning laungry with washer and dryer. It is pretty much fully furnished but can move things around if necessary. Only downside is its a bit challenging when it comes to public transport. It would be perfect for someone with a vehicle or a licence as we have two cars here and usually carpool to work.
