Hey I’ve just moved back to Canberra for work after living up the coast in a few different places :) I’ll be working full time in Deakin and also studying part time. I’m a pretty sociable person however I also respect everyone’s privacy and need to do their own thing. I’m kind of looking for a place where flat mates don’t mind discussing life after work, sharing a Bev on weekends and getting out and about to do things.

I’m Stu, 28 years old, working full time as an electrician. I’m a pretty relaxed guy, I’m really clean and respectful, enjoy my own space but always up for a chat and a glass of wine or a beer. I love to cook, I’m eco-conscious, love the outdoors, travelling and snowboarding. I’m up early and live a healthy and fit lifestyle. Pretty much a great fit as your new housemate.
I'm a healthcare worker who has recently moved to Canberra for work. I enjoy cooking, watching Netflix and a general hang. I would like to meet some housemates that wouldn't mind sharing the occasional meal and a sneaky beverage, but also respect each others space.
Hi, I'm Chris. I'm moving to Canberra to start full time work in the next couple of weeks. I'm very relaxed and easy-going, and generally spend my time reading, cooking and hanging out with friends. I'm looking for a room to rent as part of as house/flat share with some great roommates.
We are a very easy going couple however we both work quite a bit during the weeks so we definitely like our down time. We are looking for someone who is tidy, respectable and easy to get along with. We are super easy to live with and love to have a quiet beer after work. I (Calle) am a second year Social Work student and work as a residential advisor for the university, I’m a home body when I am able to and enjoy cleaning weirdly enough. Craig is a refrigeration mechanic and works quite a bit. I am crazy about plants and we are both suckers for animals. Please, if you think you could live with us, get in touch and we can go from there. Thank you!
I'm an Engineer from Melbourne. On the weekends I enjoy activities such as skiing, hiking, or catching up with friends. During the week, I keep busy with work most nights. As a housemate I'm sociable but respect others space, I'm easy going and keep my surroundings clean and tidy.
Senior public servant doing a 6 month project secondment in Canberra, currently from Sydney. Have own vehicle and most likely only require Mon-Fri accommodation. Occasionally will need a weekend when project needs support. Have grown up children and a partner in Sydney, like skiing, bike riding, walking and socialising.
Hello! I'm a 28 year old young professional looking for a new housemate. A bit about me- originally from Perth, work for the gov (predictable). I'll be at work during the day, gym or hiking most evenings (when I'm on a good roll) and I'm usually out and about on the weekends. I'm really keen to find a good-natured housemate with good vibes, but I also love my own space and know others do too. Been sharehousing for ages so I'm clean and respectful of communal areas. I enjoy cooking and gardening, having a chat and movie nights/glass of wine with my housemate/s. I have two little cats who are very chilled and will 99% be in my room- they're really friendly and low-key. They were foster fails so don't judge me. If you are keen to get a place together in the inner south/north and we sound like a good match get in touch!
ROOM The bedroom on offer is great value, cosy and with full-length mirrors. There is a shared bathroom next door with your own basin. HOUSE Welcome to Whitecastle (as stated on the doorway - don’t worry we didn’t name it). This period home is eccentric. The house is creative and eclectic in a great way. There are multiple living spaces including a cozy lounge with comfy couches, a high-fidelity sound system, projector, record player and lava-lamp, a study with open fire, 10 seater dining room (made for dinner parties), a backyard perfect for a party (with croquet set, umpire chair and dedicated sound system), back deck for entertaining. There is also a front patio which is lovely for morning breakfast. The kitchen is super groovy, very well appointed and decked out like a ship with European appliances and a double oven and gas stove. The bathrooms are newly renovated. Cool in summer and warm in winter, this house has a double facing wood fire and gas central heating. For once you can be excited about the Canberra Winter. The house is already furnished; op-shop chic, homely industrial, green as a conservatory, cool and collected. We are super keen to keep decking it out with your help! There are many plants and interesting books to read and records to listen to. There is a large garage for storage and a great laundry with Miele washing machine and a dryer. Put simply, this house is fucking great.
