I'm 34 years old and employed by Queensland Parks and Wildlife on a rolling contract. I work full time and generally go away on weekends and go out a couple of evenings during the week. I'm a non-smoker and drink occasionally. I've lived in share houses for a while due to my working situation. I'm clean and tidy and dislike dirty dishes left in the sink and empty toilet rolls left in the bathroom.

I don't need a TV, and don't own a stereo, but a reliable internet connection is essential... looking in the Fraser Coast areas, prefer own bathroom, but not a deal breaker... a granny flat would be ideal, and depending on the property and house mate, I could be a long term prospect, even though I only selected 1 month...
