There is ample safe on street cul-d-sac parking available at the front of the property. The flat has front and back security doors, and a private covered back landing, leading to back garden, laundry and swimming pool deck areas. The flat with it’s own private security doors entrances back and front, is upstairs, attached to the owner’s main dwelling. The property which is fully fenced is located in a quite cul-d-sac, not far from the Logan Hyperdome Shopping Centre. The accommodation is suitable for a maximum of two persons only, having their own furniture. Unfortunately the flat is not suitable for children, pets or smokers. References would be required and a long term rental (6-12 months ) would be preferred. A refundable security payment of three weeks rent would be required, together with ongoing weekly rent payments by direct debit bank transfers, (initially paid 2 weeks in advance). Weekly rent of $345.00 includes all reasonable power and water usage bills, but does not include WiFi, telephone or internet usage.
