Hi Guys, We are looking to move short term into share house accomodation; just until 2018, when we will move into our own space. We are both pretty easy going; we love to entertain conversation if invited to but we also enjoy our private and personal time and feel we balance the two perfectly, although, there are times we can become zombies hibernating in the room; result of working too hard. We both hold cleanliness quite prominent in our priorities list. Prospective flatmates should have no problem keeping their part of the house clean and wont have to worry much about us as we thrive keeping ours spotless. We also love to eat! And cook! So hopefully we can share some flavoursome dishes together. Im hoping that the place we move into will include bills in rent...that being power, water and internet (gas if applicable). It would probably be ideal since we dont plan to stay too long. We also prefer not to share bathrooms and are looking mostly at ensuit listings... but dont mind if we only have the main bathroom to ourselves, sharing occassionally with guests. We know its two of us but hope that perhaps after building good rapor we might be able to have guests over for an hour or two every fortnight. I think thats us in a nutshell.
