This is a very quiet house. It is a huge, modern 2 storey house. Definitely NOT a party house. This is a family style home. Most flatmates who come to stay here, tend to stay for long periods, and some come back again after they leave. This is because it is normally a quiet relaxing house. We are close to both shops (Hyperdome and Beenleigh) and public transport. (walking distance to the bus). The area is in a quiet cul de sac and has off street parking available. The bedroom is fully furnished with Queen/Double bed, tallboy, bedside table and desk. A TV point is also in the room. Average age, excepting me is 30yrs. We are looking for people aged 25+, employed is essential, and a non smoker is preferred, but not essential. Being neat and tidy is a requirement. Our house is not as tidy as your Grandmas house, but not as messy as you little brothers room. and an ability to get along with other people is welcomed here. Although we like them, no dogs please. High speed internet is available. Drugs are a definite no no. The house is large enough and friendly enough to either keep to yourself or mix in. I work as a photographer for a lot of venues all across Brisbane. I generally work 6 days a week doing photography and as an employment consultant so I spend a lot of time working but when I'm not working I do enjoy going on adventures and lots of gym. Whether it be hiking, camping, discovering little cafes across Brisbane or even going to some of the awesome events that Brisbane has to offer I am generally always out and about, discovering new things to do while meeting new people at the same time.
