This property is stunning. It is a five minute walk to the jetty and the beach and then a 10/15 minute walk to the local shop and the RSL. We are on tank water in primrose and the cost of that is about $45 each every 6 or 7 weeks, depending on how much it rains. By moving into this property you will agree to split the water costs when they arrive and the internet bill which is $35 each a month, but other than that all other bills will be included in the rent. There is an air conditioner.
My lovely home is situated in a quiet and picturesque area. I'm very close to the beach and enjoy ocean views. It's only a three minute drive from the local supermarket and a ten minute drive from Sorell. I have a dog and a cat therefore I am unable to accommodate any more pets.
Hey! I'm Grace, I'm 24 years old, working part-time in hospitality and studying languages (German and Indonesian) part-time at UTAS. I'm easy-going, clean and considerate, and really enjoy my own space. When I have a day off I love to do anything in nature. Exploring, running, hiking, surfing to name a few! I also enjoy relaxing over a nice whisky or wine some evenings. I'm currently living in a large share house in Hobart and wanting to downgrade to a house with no more than 2 other housemates. Preferably looking for somewhere out of the CBD but no further than a 30 min drive from Hobart if possible.
Hi there, My partner Jenna and I have recently bought and are looking to rent out the two bedroom flat on the first level of our house. We are situated right on the beach and have direct access outside our front yard. We have two amazing dogs (German shepherds), Albi and Harley who are terrific guard dogs, however are the most loyal, friendly, loving dogs you will meet. We’re happy to share our outside area and ask that you keep in mind that the property will be a working environment With basic maintenance :) These will not interrupt your living arrangements :), however ask that you keep it in mind if I’m out mowing the lawn or attempting to knock down a wall :) We are very respectful towards those who live with us and will ensure transparency when anything comes up. We are very open, welcoming and happy people who love a laugh and good food, music and time with those around us. We’re hoping to find people who enjoy their own space but don’t mind an invite to join in on a bbq every now and then if you like. Buses run along the street and it is a 6minute walk to local grocery shops, coffee/bakery stops and eatery’s with doctors, pharmacies, bottle shops and restaurants a short 2 minute drive away. Driving into the CBD takes APPROX 18-22minutes and the airport is 18minutes away. If there is just 1 renter looking to apply we’d ask for $300 per week, however if there is 2 renters we’d ask $200 each per week . Just message if you’re not sure :) We hope to meet you and see what you think of our amazing house and location. Please feel free to contact us anytime :)
This is a great place to live for anyone who enjoys a relaxed lifestyle by the beach, especially coming into summer. Only a 15 minute drive to the CBD and under 5 minute to the airport. Some features: - outdoor spa - bbq area (BBQ and wood fire pizza oven) - Foxtel/internet - 2 minute walk to the beach - reverse cycle air conditioner - wood heaters - bedrooms all have built in robes
We're Dan, Erika and a very friendly kelpie named Cole. We're an Aussie/American couple just moving from Victoria. Erika will be working full time and Dan will go to school (working part-time), so we're fairly busy people. When we're not at work or school we love being outside and taking Cole on walking/hiking/biking adventures. He's well trained, doesn't bark much and is good with people and other dogs. We're looking for a place with other workers/students or a family who enjoy a relatively peaceful and quiet home and may enjoy spending time together occasionally, but all have our own routines. A backyard would be great for Cole to have some outside space. We clean up after him well. Looking around up to 30k from Hobart.
Hi, I am Jackie, a postgraduate from the uni and I have a job in a Resort. I am looking for a place for long-term stay, preferable the Clarence area in Hobart. I am easy-going and reliable. In my leisure time, I like hiking, reading or having a coffee with friends. I am not a party animal, so I'd like to find a place which is relative quiet and neat, but I will be very happy to enjoy some wine and cheese with the housemates or watching movie together. Please contact me if you have a room up for rent. Cheers!
I'll be working at Cambridge Airport. Originally from Melbourne. Happy to have the occasional drink or party. Mainly looking to get away from the big city life, 27 years old. Love the outdoors and going for an adventure.

Hi, I am a 21 year old female looking to live with like minded people. I enjoy my own time, however I also love catching up with friends and family. I am not a big party person, and I am very clean and respectable of my surroundings. I do have a cat, who is very well trained that would need to come with me.
Fully furnished property with new furnitures, looks really nice inside. It located in the corner of the community. Nice neighbor and beautiful hill view. Tidy and professional housemates. Only share bath with one tidy female. 1-2 minutes walk to bus stop. Parking in drive way or on end of the street. One bedroom is available from 15 April 2019, the available date is flexible.
I'm 25 and work full time in North Hobart! I'm easy going, tidy and easy to get along with. I go to the gym most nights after work so I'm barely home. I'm looking for a room to rent in a house or a one bedroom flat if available. I live with two other guys at the moment so I'm used to sharing a space. Coffee and treats lover
Hi I'm Alex and I'm 21 and have just moved down working as an apprentice diesel mechanic in Hobart. On weekends I like to spend time outdoors, playing footy or going mountain bike riding, and dont mind a quiet social drink on the weekends. I'm a clean and respectful person, who pitches in and helps out with all the domestic duties around the house. I'm looking for somewhere to stay in and around the Greater Hobart area, with like minded people.
Although the property is 20 mins via bus out of the city it is a really lovely, quiet area with a bus stop close by, a doctor's office just a few houses up the street and close to Hwrah Gardens shopping and a short trip to a supermarket. We have air conditioning in the main living areas, a deck outside the room and one at the front of the house. We also have Netflix and Stan. There is a small clothesline outside and also in our old garage when it rains
Since moving back to the lovely Apple Isle from the sunny Far North Queensland coast, Lexi (beagle x lab) and I are looking for a place to call home. We both come house trained and since i work mostly night youll hardly know we are there. We sleep throughout the day. Lexi has been brought up inside and so she has propper house ettiqute but she is ok in a secure backyard if needed. We hope we can tick all of your boxes and can find somewhere to call home.
I’m a quiet student that keeps to myself, although I do love a good dance around and some entertaining banter. I’m also slightly coffee addicted. I am an online student studying a diploma in business and I run a small art business, I receive Centrelink payments as my main income. I do have a cat, her name is Avocato. She is trained and is an indoor cat, she tends to only go outside when she is on a harness and lead. Both myself and my cat do come with rental references. I’m 18 years old but I have been fully independent and living out of home since I was 15 due to a family situation. Because of this I am more mature than expected, I don’t really party or anything like that either. I’d love to hear from you, Jenna
I am currently 18 weeks pregnant seeking a place to raise my child. I have immaculate references and am currently living in a share house in Glenorchy. I work at Mona Art Museum and will continue to do so after baby is born. Ideally my perfect house would be a studio or two bedroom or semi-detached house as I don't think living in a share house with a newborn is ideal. I am a quiet woman who keeps to herself.
