Hi i'm Emma-Kate I am currently studying and have been working at McDonalds for 3 and a half years. I am easy going, respectful and tidy. I am not into the party scene, would rather relax at home or spend my time with family and friends but in saying that I wouldn't mind having a social drink with my housemate. I like animals so am happy to live with them. Prefer a place near public transport as i do not drive yet. Look forward to hearing from you Emma-Kate
I am tidy, clean, responsible and easy going. I respect other people's privacy. I try to stay active and positive most of the time. I have a 14 yr old child who stays with me every second weekend. I also have a small very cute dog that I look after for a relative from time to time.
I am fun , down to earth, clean and considerate female looking to either start a share house or join one! Have been in the same job 3.5 years and stability in my next house is what I'm looking for :)
I'm very neat and friendly. I don't party and am mostly at work
My name is Angie and I am interested in renting an unfurnished granny flat/whole or self-contained property anywhere in the Central Coast area within the 2261 postcode or any other suburbs that are not too far from the M1 freeway as my job is based in Sydney. I would prefer that the property has an oven in the kitchen (I'm no Masterchef but I do like baking, so no kitchenette's where this is not possible) and a secure lock up garage for my vehicle . I also wouldn't mind a property with a small yard/garden as I do enjoy gardening. I find it very rewarding and therapeutic 😊 About me; I'm 39yrs young, single, no kids and work full time as a long haul flight attendant. I travel overseas 4 - 5days every week so I will literally only be around half the time. When I am home, I tend to keep to myself and just enjoy winding down. I'm a very organised, house-proud and neat person, and would treat the property as if it were my own. I am actually a home owner myself, however I have great tenants who I don't want to displace and part of the reason why I am looking to rent myself.
Hey I'm Arun. I'm 23 and I work full time in sydney in construction. I go to the gym in my spare time so i'm out of the house alot. I have been living on my own for 10 months, so I am used to being clean and tidy. Friendly, easy going
I love the normality of life, I love routine, going to work, having a good rest, and healthy living. I am friendly and helpful in any given situation, but I also like to detach and enjoy my own space and my own company. I love a cold beer after work but it is all very controlled as I enjoy to feeling healthy in a sense of, I have no major addiction in my life, except working and getting ahead. I enjoy cooking and gardening and doing handy man jobs that need to be done. I consider myself to be a good bloke.
I'm 50 years old, im a cigarette smoker unfortunately, I was employed but now I'm currently on the disability support benifet due to back injuries although I do love gardening and keeping my area nice & tidy I have a partner who is a carer for her mother and a 10 year old daughter who lives with her mother at her grandparents, I'm in desperate need for any accommodation as soon as possible as I have been living and still am living in my partners car for the past 4 years I've tried applying for many houses and been turned down for every single one there isn't anymore that I can afford I have been attending housing pathways but there is a waiting period of 21 years, I have loads and loads of receipts for hotels and motels but sometimes there not always available for me and too pricey as I do have to eat and have clothes plus support my daughter etc if there is anything around the peninsula that is suitable for me please msg me thankyou in advance kind regards Rodney :)
Hi, I'm Mel. I work full time, generally Monday-Friday, with the occasional Saturday. I'm easy-going and considerate towards others, I've lived in a few share house's and I like to get along with my house mates. I'm easy to talk to, mature, and open-minded. I enjoy a few drinks here and there, but my real aim this year is to get back into my fitness. I can't wait to explore all the national parks and chill on the beach! I'm moving to Woy Woy ETA June/July to manage our new store, and am looking for somewhere in the area to stay hopefully long term. I would prefer an ensuite as i do like my space and privacy, but as long as everyone is neat and tidy I'm ok with sharing a bathroom. A big room would be amazing as I'm looking at studying part time on the side, so would love some room to have a desk!
I have a large room available in a Townhouse which is located in Point Frederick near East Gosford. The room has a built-in wardrobe only. The bathroom is right next door to the room for your use. I am looking for someone who is working full time 9-5 Mon - Fri. Age group preferred 23 to 46 Situated close to transport to Erina and Gosford. Only a short walk to East Gosford shops for restaurants, IGA and the Elanora hotel. Also only 600 metre's walk to Gosford waterfront for restaurants and cafes. Looking for someone who is Clean, tidy and considerate of others. Rent is $220 per week with a $600 bond required. Smoking is okay outside only. Please contact me if you have any questions. Thanks Jim
Woy Woy *Can furnish upon request (with a queen bed) *Unlimited internet included *Only need to pay electrical bill We are sad to say our lovely roommate is spreading his wings and getting his own place so we are on the hunt for another amazing roommate. The location is amazing. You are over the road from the water and 5 min from the train station that takes 1h10min to Sydney. Shops and cafes are also at your door step. The property is large and you will be sharing with a couple, there is plenty of space, you also have built-ins, large ensuite bathroom and private balcony. The house is two story with living/dining and kitchen down stairs and bedrooms up stairs, so if you are doing shift work and working funny hours you don't have to worry about waking your roommates. The bedrooms are also on opposite ends of the house so very private. (The pic's don't really do it justice there is ample room for a double bed, more photos upon request)
I've recently been living on my own but I have had housemates before and am looking to share a place with someone again ASAP. I work casually in retail so my shifts do vary but it's normally in between part time and full time hours any given week. I have a cat that tends to take a little while to warm up to new people but once she does, she usually keeps her distance anyway. There are days when i'm the same and I really need my space to watch a show or read in the backyard and do my own thing quietly. Most often though, I am up for a chat/debrief about our days or have a drink or two over dinner. Currently lurking all the rental listings daily wishing i had someone to move into one with.. so please don't hesitate to message me with any questions :)
We are both tidy & easy going. We are both cooks so we work most evenings and aren't home till late. We have one indoor cat. We are currently looking at renting a three bedroom house around Kincumber, Saratoga, Green Point & East Gosford areas. Rent will approximately be between $140 - $180 each. Feel free to message with any enquires.
Currently looking for somewhere clean and honest to live for upto 3months + until I can save up enough money to buy my own house by the end of this year! I currently work full time on the central coast and study an online course. I love too keep fit and active by playing oztag during the week and rugby league on weekends. I'm an easy going bloke and can be good fun.. cheers :)
My name is Ben. and I'm 27. I'm into my fitness, so I'm quite active but also easy going. I'm respectful and positive. I'm definitely motivated and I work hard, especially for the things I want. I currently work and Dominos and live on my own in an apartment in Gosford. It's a nice spot and I definitely keep it clean regularly but the reality is, it's steadily becoming unmanageable financially. The lease ends on June 9th, I've flatted before for 6 months and I quite liked it, I wanted to try the apartment side of things from an individual point of view but I'd like to go back to flatting as it's a lot less stress, a more positive and social environment. It's been nice, I certainly have appreciated the opportunity to live individually in my own pad if you like but at the end of that day I don't think it's for me. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere around Terrigal or Erina, Springfield, Wyoming or Lisarow. My Budget is set to $200PW but will consider upping that if the right opportunity comes along.
Work full time so rent will always be paid. I'm tidy and clean up after myself. I'm easy going and laid back and respectful of others and their personal space. I work in Sydney and have 2 kids. My wife and I are separated and I need to get out of the house so our relationship doesn't turn any more toxic than it already is. Somewhere on the coast near Wyong is preferred so I can see my children on a daily basis. I like socializing and having a couple of quiet drinks. I like most sports and I am an avid All Blacks supporter.......yes I'm a kiwi, but don't hold that against me. Most nights I'll be tending to my kids and putting them to bed and will be using the flat to shower and sleep. If I sound like someone that you can put up with then I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi I'm a male 40 I'm looking to rent a room in a shared accommodation environment, small studio apartment or Granny Flat for around $200+ per week. I'm on a disability pension due to an on going medical issue. But that dose not stop me from been out and about.. I'm a casual smoker but always outside and very clean and tidy. I also have an 7 year son who I see every second weekends and part of school holidays. He's a very quite boy. Please call and leave a voicemail if you have something available. thank you.
