Hi, I'm looking to team up with 1-2 other women in the 30's to 50's age bracket. I’m a 40 year old woman who works in Sydney x 1 day per week and 3 days per week from home. I love spending time in nature. Flowers make me happy. Dogs make my world go round. I enjoy healthy, (mostly) vegetarian food. I’m a great listener. I’m studying NVC (non violent communication) plus women’s health studies this year. I can take or leave drinking, having not drank at all for 7 years. I don’t like speaking on the phone but happy to text or email. I enjoy quality 1 on 1 time with people. And I appreciate good grammar and correct spelling. Especially the right you’re or your ;-) and the right there / they’re / their.

I would prefer long term but short term is ok too. I'll just have to look for something more permanent eventually. About me - 29 year old American Male, clean, quiet, tidy, and respectful to my surroundings. I do my own chores and don't need someone waiting hand over foot for me :). I play guitar and love other musical activities as well.

My name is Amy, I'm 23 and work full time at Gosford Hospital. I'm looking for someone to share accommodation with that's happy to socialise and hang out, but can also respect each other's personal time/space and privacy. I'm a non-smoker and I'm not much of a drinker either as I like to try and live a relatively healthy lifestyle. Whenever I'm not at work, I'm usually happy to be outdoors doing something active but I'm also content to chill at home with a book or with my playstation. I am able to supply my own bedroom furniture and some kitchen appliances.
I'm easy going and am usually quiet. I like socializing but i also like and respect personal space. I'm a full time student, unsure what my timetable is but I'm often out of the house. I'm also a volunteer firefighter which keeps me busy.
I'm a (originally Melbournian) medical student that loves books, music, film/good documentaries, good conversations, long walks and runs. I appreciate a wicked sense of humour. I believe in open and honest communication, tolerance, keeping common living spaces clean, respecting the need for personal space and quiet, and I'm familiar with house-sharing etiquette. Looking for a cheap place to stay, preferably close to the train station. The move-in date is negotiable, as is the ideal lease period & rental budget. Thank you :)
