The lease expires in March 2018 so we can decide if we want to keep it past then and whoever does decide to move in will have to undergo the process of coming on to the lease, so will need to be screened. Hi My Name is Brian I am 49 years old and recently separated. I am currently unemployed (due to having shoulder surgery ) but now back on track and looking for full time work which won't take me long to find. I am pretty fussy with how I keep my living accommodation and treat all properties with the same respect I have shown for my own previous properties. I have excellent rental references and have never been late with my rent I have always kept the residence I live in tidy and free of clutter etc and will continue to do so.I have never been an annoying neighbor such as playing loud music or being loud in any way. I always go out of my way to keep any neighbors around me ( should there be any ) happy I like to keep to myself mostly but in saying that I always give a hello or goodbye to anyone. I also have good trade skills and more than willing to do any maintenance on a property that I live in should the situation arise ( such as minor repairs to bigger jobs like carpentry repairs painting,general plumbing and more ) As well as that I also keep the outside of a property clean and tidy at all times. lawns mowed weeding etc.Also more than happy to help out my future landlord with any task/Jobs they need help with property related or otherwise. I have listed as having pets because I do want my own companion soon (small to medium dog ) However this is not a priority ( a roof over my head is more important at this stage ) That said in the previous rental property I have just left I/We had to small dogs but they were both house trained and kept very clean and in control you would never have known I/We had them until you actually saw them. I respect the privacy of others as I expect for myself. I/We have always left the properties I/We have previously rented in excellent condition if not cleaner than some I/We moved into. I have listed for six months however if location and everything turns out OK for both parties I would be more than happy to rent for longer period if possible and convenient for any future landlord.
