This is a cosy two-bedroom apartment in Gladesville. It is near Victoria Road, where many buses pass by. They all go to town hall. It is also close to Gladesville shopping centre, which has a Cole, pharmacy, and many other stores. The room is suited by double bed. Very Sunny and bright. My housemate is still living there, so the inspection needs to be scheduled. Welcome to text me and discuss about that. The lease is 4 months maximum, as the contract is up to April. I prefer a 2-3 months short-term stay after November.
We are a very easy going couple, well established since 2002, both professional, looking for a new life downunder. Australian and Venezuelan, living in Santiago de Chile since 2011. Moving to Sydney next nov-18. We are a very clean and tidy couple with a great sense of humor. We respect privacy and we like the same for us. We like to walk around the city and discover new places. We also love the beach and go to the theatre or watch a good Netflix series at home. We also have experience sharing our home in Santiago de Chile through AirBnB
Hi I'm ryan, 25 years old and recently moved to Sydney from Scotland. Currently working as an electrician in north ryde. I'm easy going and enjoying staying active love sports but also love to just listen music, watch some Netflix or chill at the beach. Pretty easy going and very clean. Partial to a night out every once in a while but who isn't after a hard weeks work. Please feel free to message me thanks.
hi there, i'm Yoko i'm 24 years old, I'm working part time, I'm currently living in Queensland i,ve only been here two months but i'm over it .. Sydney is the place to be!, I'm a outgoing chilled gal! i'm tidy but not a clean freak, i love animals so if you have a dog that is a plus!, i like my house mates to be more like family/friends not just hide in your rooms!, i like my quite time as everyone does but always up for dinners or wine :)
I'm looking for a new place to call home in Sydney. I am a clean and respectful flatmate and I enjoy the community aspects of living in a sharehouse: sharing the occasional meals, a chat over a tea etc, but also appreciating and respecting own space. I am a visual arts teacher and also do community based art therapy work. My schedule changes from week to week (generally evens out to be about 5 days a week), and sometimes I work on weekends. I a fairly active person and enjoy dancing, yoga, running, printmaking, drawing and hiking. I have a lovely collection of potplants to add some green to my new home. Please contact me if you have a room available. Thanks!
Newly graduated healthcare professional, working part-time at the moment. Competitive cheerleader and gym junkie, so usually busy and not home a lot during the week. Love being social with housemates, but also appreciate 'me' time. Bit of a clean freak, love keeping everything neat and tidy. Don't have a pet, but would love it if housemates had a dog as I'm a massive dog person! Also love coffee, movie nights in, and also the occasional night out. My ideal housemate would also be clean and tidy, social, and someone who doesn't mind if I have friends over every now and then for dinner/drinks :) Looking for a room in the Ryde/Meadowbank/Ermington area, please don't hesitate to contact me if you're interested in something similar! :) Thanks in advance xx
Tradie working 5-6 days a week. I'm a pretty easy going dude, Clean and tidy and will always pay rent on time. Keep myself pretty busy with work but I do love to socialise , don't mind kicking it at home either. Music/gigs/outdoors are my things I own a four month old Kelpie :)
Hello there, I'm Tina, 33 and currently looking for room in a friendly and comfortable environment. I am easy going, mostly keep to my own, clean, quiet and responsible. I am not much of a party animal but I do enjoy hanging out with friends when I get the chance. I usually work in retail but I have taken 2 months off to re energize myself after a year of total burn out. (UPDATE: I NOW HAVE A P/T JOB) I am now actively looking for a new job (though I assure you I have enough savings to pay rent) and will be studying at Macquarie Uni as of February, so I need a new place that will be more centralized. I am a bit of a geek, I enjoy gaming on my PS4 and am quiet the movie buff. I also enjoy creating special effects makeup, reading and learning new skills. I am of Greek background so I could probably cook up a delicious Greek dish if you wish, too! I am looking for a private room, as long as there is a desk, a bed and a wardrobe I'll be happy. No preference in a specific gender household, as long as you are cool with having a laugh once in a while. I prefer a place close to transport also as I do not drive. If I sound like someone you'd like to have around, then message me! :) T.
Hello! My name is Danii. I’m in my late 20’s and I’m a comedy writer and composer. I’m looking for a relaxed and welcoming home where I can concentrate on my writing. I work from home and tend to keep to myself for the most part, but I’m always happy for a chat. I pay bills on time and am respectful of my house mates. Likes: Watching comedies, tabletop games, tea, baking scones and cupcakes, chill nights in with friends Dislikes: Asparagus IMPORTANT DETAIL: The gorgeous doggo you see in my profile pic is Honey. She is our sweet 14 year old maltese/shuitzu and she lives with my Mum. Currently, I take care of Honey on weekdays while Mum is at work (she’s dropped off in the morning and picked up in the late arvo) and I’m looking to live with people who are cool with this arrangement. Honey loves everyone, is super quiet, doesn’t shed fur and is just a happy, calm old pup. For the most part she’ll be napping peacefully in her basket. That’s about it! If you think you have a place that will suit, please get in touch 🙂
Hello! I'm currently living in Drummoyne, working full-time for a Recruitment firm at Wynyard, my partner Dom arrives back from the UK in Jan & works in the construction industry with a view of setting up his own PT business. Dom & i are both very easy going/laid back, both love fitness/health/keeping active, love a good Netflix binge/laugh/chat but also respect others privacy. We always tidy up after ourselves and have no issue pitching in with household items. We'd also love to have a little puppy next year :)
Hello I am currently studying and work part time in Drummoyne and finish my masters in November and would like to move after that to a place closer to work as I will be working full-time. I usually keep to myself and I work in retail so my day off is during the week. Not a party girl and usually pass most of my time watching movies at home. Not very particular about the facilities but need a very close accessibility to public transport to go to work. I would definitely need a house with a dishwasher and air conditioner is preferable though not compulsory. I am happy with everything else. About me: Calm and trustworthy. Will mostly keep to myself and not cause problems. Please contact me if you have any availability. Prefer a private room
