Villa is at the bay end of Tennyson Road so close to river and lovely walks. Central location and only 10klms to the Sydney CBD and Parramatta. Central to northern and southern suburbs as well. Great transport system via bus or ferry. I have the rare gathering of friends, otherwise I am generally a quiet person. I do enjoy the company of friends | family and dinner party or BBQ at home on occasion. Must be a non smoker and not a heavy drinker. Room is furnished and will stay that way. Nice courtyard and lovely walking tracks. Street Parking - very very safe. Cleaning and maintenance (including garden) is included in price, though you will need to keep our living space tidy and also will be responsible for keeping your room and bathroom tidy. This is a great location in a quiet area with easy access to shops and transport. I'm a pretty easy going person, though I have my querks but I'm sure you do as well so if your're interested email or phone me. We are an Asian couple in their early thirties working in the Finance and Scientific research industries. During the week we usually get home late in the evening to enjoy a quiet time on the couch. On the weekend we like to go for a nice run outside, swim, hike in the wild, or some nerdy gaming sessions. We are looking forward to sharing our place with like-minded professionals or responsible students who lead a low-key lifestyle, value quietness and respects privacy. This place has been well looked after and we hope everyone would help keep it clean and tidy! Please don't hesitate to contact me for more detail. Currently at Uni, working part time and looking to move areas. I wouldn't mind living with two flatmates if necessary but one would be ideal. I would also prefer to have a bedroom with an en-suite. I also don't mind teaming up to find a new place that is preferably in or around the areas listed below. Move date can be whenever. If you have any questions feel free to contact me anytime.
A three bedroom house with a leafy backyard and BBQ. Internet is available at no cost, Fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. A cleaner and gardener visits fortnightly at no extra cost. The backyard is private for sunbaking. It is not a party house, however on occasion there maybe an odd dinner party. It is an all male household. The room is unfurnished and would suit someone with their own bedroom furniture, however limited furniture can be made available, ie double bed and bedside drawers.

Hey! I'm Thom and I'm a masters student at Macquarie uni. I'm just about to go into my second year to work on a project with Tassie devils (and hopefully I'll get a chance to go down there and hang out with the little guys :)). I'm originally from Port Macquarie but moved to Sydney in 2013 to study, and I've loved it here ever since. As you might have guessed from what I'm studying, I love animals and the outdoors, so I enjoy bushwalking, playing the odd game of backyard cricket - basically anything that will get me outside. But I'm also a bit of a movie and music buff as well I'm pretty laid-back and easy to get along with, but always make sure I keep on top of everything that I need to. I'm looking for somewhere to stay from the end of January, for at least a year. I'm currently staying in Ryde, but wouldn't mind moving a bit further abroad. And would be ideal to move into a house with a few people :) Thanks!
I am a single 33 year old female, who works full time as a vet. I am an animal lover and have a 5 year old male neutered Labrador, who is friendly both with dogs and people. I enjoy both my own time at home and having a chat with roommates, but am respectful of your own space and belongings.
A 32 year old teacher. Easy going and laid back, looking for somewhere to call home. Would like a flatmate/flatmates who are up for a chat every now and then and know share etiquette. Like getting out catching up with family and friends on the weekends and friends over every now and then.
I'm a 24 year old recent uni graduate currently looking for somewhere in Sydney to live. Preferably inner west or north Sydney but open to anywhere! I'm pretty easy going and friendly and easy to live with!
My partner (Thomas) and I (Alizée) will be moving to Sydney on the 20th of April. We are looking for a spacious and modern appartment/house. It would be great to share the place with another couple but feel free to contact us if you would like to become our flatmate! We are from Belgium and are both working. Thomas is an automation and electrical engineer and I'm a research assistant in the field of natural disasters/geographer/cartographer/geography teacher. I'm actively looking for a position but my boyfriend already found one! I felt in love with Australia 3 years ago while I was on the working holiday visa as an Au Pair. We both like water sports and are very social people. We are reliable and would keep the place tidy and clean. We would be delighted to get to know you; even to go for a drink. See you around! Best, Thomas and Alizée
Hello! I recently moved from Brisbane and am currently living in Baulkham Hills however am wanting to move closer to the city. I work full time at the children's hospital at Westmead so would like to stay this side of the CBD. I am a respectful, honest and clean housemate who always pays bills on time. I am down to earth and like to have a laugh but also enjoy my own space. I come in a package deal with a little 3 yo miniature Dachshund :) She has always been approved on previous leases. She is desexed, clean and once she warms up to you will become your little sidekick.
Hi there, I'm a fun friendly clean room mate who loves to cook, play sport volleyball, exercise, Latin dance, music, movies, learn Spanish, yoga, spend time with family and friends. I'm originally from Sydney but have been living in Brisbane so looking for a new experience to meet new people and live in a comfortable environment. I'm happy to chill out myself or with others. I enjoy relaxed bbq's with friends. I work in public relations for charities and hospitals to help people.
I am Joint-PhD student from Germany, enrolled at Macquarie University and at the University in Hamburg (Germany), where I currently live. Every year, I return to Sydney to conduct the experimental part of my PhD research. This year, I will be in Sydney during May (31.04.-01.06.), together with my field assistant Pauline, who will help me with my research. Therefore, I am looking for a place (granny flat, studio, ...) for us to share. I am clean, tidy and very responsibly. In my free time, I work as a volunteer youth leader in international camps for kids and teenagers. I also love to cook and live a healthy lifestyle - no smoking, no excessive partying.
Hello! I'm Benjamin - 30, I am super chilled these days and bit of a creative-file I guess! I'm really into music (Listening, playing, studying, producing) I like photography, I like surfing, I like reading and travelling Umm I am from Byron :) I Work in floristry during the week, am a qualified electrician and work most weekends in that field. I studied at the Australian Institute of Music (Art's and Entertainment management). On my days off I tend to head to the beach for a surf, socialising with friends, doing yoga or work on my music. I'm a major Language and culture enthusiast - can speak Thai, learning Korean and intend on learning Japanese in the close future. I grew up with 3 older sister's and a single mom soo can handle living in a more 'feminine' household... I'm totally LGQBT accepting (and any other lifestyle choice you may identify with) but yeah I am open minded and chilled. I eat pretty much everything, and have lived in both sharing/non sharing houses so I am quiet easy going but generally if i am going to cook a meal I will cook enough for everyone living with me :)
Hey there! I'm very open minded to different people and lifestyles, good at cleaning after myself, and keen to meet new people! I enjoy going out and making the most of my weekends with my friends and always love going out and having a beer or two. We have a cat who is friendly and wouldn't mind some human or furry friends to talk to. She is offering to pay a little more rent if you would allow her to stay :) P.s we need the room unfurnished as we have our own furniture and access to (street) parking for our car.
