Hi There, I have found tempory accommodation in Lismore and I am now looking for someone to team up with for a rental property. I have a 12-year-old son that attends Richmond River High School. He has been living predominantly with his father, however, we will be going week about when I have hopefully a great house. I am a self-employed potter. I have sold all my kilns except one of them and I have a pottery wheel and ceramic decal printer. So, I would like to find somewhere with a small shed or downstairs where I can continue my work. Conversely, I may also look for a studio to rent independently from the residence. I am a neat and tidy non-smoker. We have a small shihTzu maltese3-legged dog called ‘Buddy Hobbler’. I have bond money and great references. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are looking for someone to share a lease. Kind regards Cynthia
I am a quiet, clean, neat, tidy, reliable, and respectable. I do not touch other peoples things. I am studying at the moment so will most likely be at the local library gathering information. I enjoy having dinners with friends or accquaintances that i get to socialise with. I love animals and i love nature.
Our house is located just 12 minutes from Lismore, on the rolling hills at The Channon. Set back on 10 acres, we have a pool, spa, central air/heating and beautiful gardens. Plenty of room for hobbies, gardening, exercise etc. The room available has plenty of built in wardrobes. Bathroom is shared. Two living rooms in the house, but we all share the kitchen. It's a nice quiet place and would like to keep it this way, and want to keep our place drug free. A beautiful spot to live at any time of year.
Hi - looking for a peaceful and accepting warm environment to set up our nest. Healthy and clean lifestyle, love exploring outdoors, geocaching. Tidy. Like a chat but also enjoy privacy. My son is pretty cool, he is 4 - he likes to chat and is full of curiosity. Would really like to join up with someone who has child/children around the same age. I am starting my own business so would prefer a house. We value respect, privacy, compassion and connectedness. Hoping to find someone or family that values similar ideals.
Student. Casual worker. More than the sum of the parts. I have widely varied musical tastes (whilst respecting volume levels) and enjoy getting amongst it, wether that be hiking to the top of the mountain or snorkeling to find nemo. I cook a mean roast or BBQ, I cook a sub par risitto but an working on that. I cannot walk tight rope, nor juggle. I do have a mean as frisbee and hackysack game though. I am a conscientious and empathethic flatmate. I have no pets but I love animals. I rarely party but when I do you better hope you have a camera handy.
Hi there, I am so supportive of people and their lives, there is nothing too small to be at all helpful. I am welcoming, lovely to be around. I, however, have confidence and a working life that stipulates secure, reliable, professionalism, and such that I must insist on respectable, reliable housemates. Nothing too dry if you can relate. If you are professional, kind, and working full-time, perhaps you would be interested in teaming up to locate a great residence we could rent for a while.

My high school testimonial described me as a gregarious boy with 'reasonably' good eye/hand co-ordination. I was so chuffed that my teacher had noticed my artful french cuts on the cricket pitch that I never enquired into the meaning of gregarious. It recently came up as 'word of the day' on dictonary.com and I was delighted to find out that it meant: "fond of the company of others; sociable". I have long since hung up my cricket whites but remain gregarious. That said, I'm hardly a socialite! To earn a crust, I work as cameraman/editor, everything from news to music videos (but in my fantasy world I'm an international secret agent or an inventor of exceptionally useful things). For work, I'm often away filming - usually 2-3 weeks at a time, but when I'm back in town I usually edit from home. I'm more interested in people's attitudes and sentiments than their occupations, ethnicities, sexual preferences etc. Attitudes and sentiments that resonate well with me are kindness, humour, and honesty. In terms of communal living... I certainly don't like living in a pig sty. But equally I'm not going to go mental if someone leaves a dirty teaspoon in the sink. Politics: I tend to get along with lefties, but love a good spar with a right winger.
I keep to myself and try not to bother anybody. I am very easy going and tolerant of others. I am flexible and a caring person. I am a mature aged student studying my final year in an undergraduate degree at Southern Cross University. I am studying a Bachelor of Trauma and Healing. From July till the end of this year (2018) I will be studying the subject unit called 'Art and Health'. This subject unit will be focused on Art Therapy upon which I have an aspiration to further my studies in a Master of Art Therapy.
Hey there I’m Kieren, Im a 17 year old currently attending school (although crossing over to tafe and a part time job) . Im looking for a shed or granny flat to privately rent for accommodation (time period being 3-6 months maximum) I currently live in a garage and enjoy it, so a shed would be fine. Im a well maintained, self disciplined and out going teen with a great attitude towards life. I am not needing this just yet, I’m still looking for a job, my Tafe course does not start till the end of july. However I am currently receiving Centrelink benefits.
My name is Lydia, Im 21 years of age, I'm going to start studying at the lismore university studying a bachelor of Arts/ Primary school teaching and childcare. I've lived out of home previously, I am a clean and respectful person. I'm social but still understand personal space.
We are a very friendly couple who love to meet new people and socialize, but also enjoy down time spent alone. With one of us being a passionate cook and the other being a clean freak we would be ideal house mates! We are from Geelong in Victoria and are looking for a whole new life in Northern NSW! We love the beach, being outdoors and exploring new places! We love to travel and try to do 1 overseas trip a year minimum
Im a very happy, positive person and i try to keep that vibe wherever im living. I love cooking, gardening, art, outdoors and I live a relitivley eco friendly lifstyle. My dog is a well behaved kelpie, great with other dogs, kids and pretty much anyone (loves to lick)
I have just moved to Lismore to start a new job and am looking for somewhere to live. I have just completed Uni in Bathurst and enjoy hanging out with friends however with my new full time job I will be working long hours.
Central to Lismore but a quiet and leafy neighbourhood. There is so much space and light to this house which allows privacy and comfort. The room available includes a sunny large sunroom. This is an older house with a few patches of flaky paint but inside is a home which values respect and good living . Ps . The photos appear darker than real experience of light in the house . I am working five days a week while building a place further south. I love sailing on the Clarence so you have plenty of time in the house to yourself .
The house is located in a peaceful rural area, backing onto a 100 acre farm. The large furnished bedroom room, with rural views, has clothes drawers and hanging space. PLUS large reading / writing / yoga room. Quality linen and bedding can be supplied if needed. You will have your own bathroom (when I am away) as my flatmate has his own bathroom. It is available short-term for the whole of July or approx 4-6 weeks from 25 June. I can be flexible on dates. $230 per week includes bills (not phone) and lots of moderately fast internet (nbn). There are two large comfy living areas, so you will have plenty of space. The large kitchen has the things you need for cooking and a dining table. The house doesn’t get much sun in Winter, and is made from fibro with minimal insulation, so it can get quite cold. There’s a wood-fired combustion stove to warm the house, and plenty of wood. Warm woolens won’t go astray! There is a paddock and lots of garden areas to spend time in, and soak up the sun. It is generally a quiet, peaceful area, however the neighbours are building a house, so there can be building noise during the week from 7.30am. Being rural, the house has rainwater. The mobile phone reception is a bit limited but most networks get reception in certain spots. I will be away for most of July, and while I am away you will only be sharing with my flatmate.
