Hey guys, available 4 minutes drive from UQ Gatton Campus is a lovely, 2 storey, newly built apartment with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms shared with 2 friendly UQ students. The available room is bright, and comes with a single bed, desk, and built in double wardrobe. Note that the desk in the picture belongs to the previous tenant but another is available. Rent of $110/wk includes unlimited internet and a security deposit of $440 is required. We've found that electricity and water are on average another $12 a week combined. The apartment is a lovely one, its air-conditioned with lots of natural light, a nice modern kitchen, roomy bathroom with separate shower and bath, and is less than 4 minutes drive to pretty much everything- Coles, IGA, the Sports and Aquatic Centre, buses and trains, loads of pubs and fast food places and of course UQ Gatton. There's a lovely modern kitchen with all you could need, sunny balconies on either side of the apartment, washing machine and a large bathroom with bath and separate shower is shared by one other. I am looking for friendly, easy going people to share the house. You will need to be clean and tidy, respectful of the other residents and their property, gainfully employed and able to pay rent on time, every time. The rooms are unfurnished but have built in robes, and the rest of the house is fully and tastefully furnished. You will have access to all of the common areas as well as kitchen utensils, TV and lounge , washing machine and dryer etc, and will in turn need to keep these clean and tidy. Bills will be split evenly between all residents when the bill comes in. I have unlimited NBN internet access available if you want to use it. I have a large but friendly, quiet and very well trained dog so you will need to be ok with pets. Hey! I have a gorgeous 4x4m room with ensuite and garden views available! It's also a private rental agreement. We're super relaxed about company (boyfriends, girlfriends, friends, gatherings etc). The house is about a 30 min walk to the city, right near TAFE and Queens Park, there's also a bus stop right outside which takes you all across Toowoomba. The house is an older cottage with airconditioning in the loundroom and gas stove/oven.
