Always happy and ready for a fun time. Open minded and would love to make some new friends in Newcastle. ❤️❤️❤️ I've recently split from my 3 year relationship and need something new and exciting in my life. I work full time as a manager of a cafe Wednesday to Sunday so I come With free coffee 💁🏽☕️
I'm Julia, 24 years old and am looking for a room in a shared house in Newcastle from March onwards. I'm from Germany and finished my Masters last october. I already lived in Newcastle for 7 months last year, during which I did my internship at the University. I got a PhD offer and now also got my scholarship, so I'll start working from March onwards. I am very open-minded, friendly and tidy. I would love to have housemates with whom I can have a chat or share a meal/drink with :)
Easy going and honest young man, always up for a good time and understand my responsibilities when it comes to both my personal and private life. Currently studying and working, love all sports and getting out and about. Enjoy the occasional drink after work or on weekends, and try to be active most of the time, but also enjoy Netflix binge sessions.
Hey there. My name's Kerensa and i've just returned to Newcastle from a year travelling and working abroad. I'm 29 and a full time high school teacher (so work normal hours and have a steady income). I'm hoping to find a house where people are social and like to have a drink now and then and maybe play a boardgame or two. I also genuinely enjoy cleaning and gardening so will happily do my share :) My last share house had 9 people and it was fun but chaotic. Definitely hoping to share with only 1 or 2 others this time. Definitely looking at somewhere where I can walk to the beach. I'm happy to join up with someone looking to rent a place together. Also, i'm the blonde in the black top in the pic :)
Hey my name is Cassie, I have just moved to Newcastle and looking to find a place to live. I am 22 years old and currently studying Social Science at the University. I'm pretty easy-going and social, always up for a chat and a wine but also like my down time. Very respectful to other people and like to keep a tidy house. Feel free to send me a message :)
Hello! I have just moved to Newcastle and am looking for a place to live. I'm 25 and working full time. I like sports, hanging out with friends and going to the beach on arvos or weekends! I'm easy going, friendly and considerate and am looking for similar housemates to live with :)
My name is Self. I'm from Sydney. I'm making the move to Newie for a brand new job opportunity and am in need of a place to live. And ideally, somewhere within walking distance of the stunning Merewether Beech. I work full time as a lawyer. When I'm not working I'm training at the gym or socialising. I have a pretty easy going temperament, and am a pretty responsible and clean sort of housemate. I'm hoping to make some new friends with my future housemate/s. I'm up for a 6 month stay but potentially longer if things work out with the place. Get in contact with me!
Neat and tidy, keep to myself. Work in the bicycle industry so can help out with your flat tyres. Work is Newcastle West, my ex and kids live in Merewether so looking for something local to that area.
I'm a mean cook (you like risotto? we're gonna be friends), a clean hooman, avid reader and a happy housemate. Started working in a coffee shop here in Newy East, so closer the better. Probably spend my time between the beach and work and binging the back catalogue of Netflix's documentary section. Look forward to meeting, future flatties. Here on a WHV, so flexibility with the stay length. Thank you!
I am in the Early Stages of looking into my next living situation. Looking at moving end of March. I have furniture for a room + lounge room. Fridge and washing machine. I can sell/ store some furniture, but would prefer to keep as much as possible. Looking at unfurnished room/ studio/ granny flat etc. I am an "Ambivert" (Both introvert and extrovert) I Like people, and socializing, however, I need my own space and time to recharge. I clean up after myself, and prefer a tidy house- but not an OCD clean freak. I like to think i'm a considerate housemate, and quite open for discussion for any house rules/ to avoid tense/ negative conflict.
G'Day! I am a 23 year old student currently in my final semester of Design in Melbourne and I am planning to chase the warmth and head up to Newcastle more or less straight after I finish (around the beginning of July). I love the beach, skating, surfing, exercise and the odd frosty on a hot day. I am a pretty easy going guy, clean, sociable but also enjoy time to myself to unwind and relax.
Moving to Newcastle from Sydney. Spent the past year working and travelling, now looking for a change. I work full time in hospitality. I'm easy going and social, but love a nap and some alone time. Wanting to move in with people who are more than just flatmates that would enjoy hanging out, and are happy for my partner and Sydney friends to visit and stay over :) I don't know the area too well, but i'm keen to live near the beach, or an area with lots happening! I've got some furniture to contribute if needed like a really nice fold out couch! :) Looking to move asap for the right place! Feel free to message me
I work full time as a learning and development professional and part time managing a charity on a volunteer basis. I'm polite, respectful and have lived in share housing previously and appreciate the value of positive household dynamics. Most of the time I'll be busy between work and charity so won't be around a lot. I'm also a social and easy going person but respect the privacy of others. I like being active, play basketball, enjoy scuba diving and am hoping to finish my pilots licence this year if I get the time.
Hello, I am Marta, 28 years old, from Spain. I am here working in my PhD in HMRI (close to John Hunter Hospital). I am a tidy, clean and social person. I don't smoke and I don't have pets either. I would like to find a bed in a share room for about 160$ (all included, if possible), but I am open to hear other offers. I would like to live either around Hamilton or Cooks Hill or close to the HMRI (being in the centre of the city or close to my job place).
I'm super laid back and really love going to the beach, live music, meditation and the wilderness. I'm studying film at TAFE which i really really love. I'm super clean and actually am a master dish-washer and am down for a communal vibe. Fire away with any questions or queries! :)
Looking to move into preferably Merewether and surrounding areas to be closer to the beach. I am a bartender so I'm not home most weekends and I'm also a special effects and makeup artist on the side. I love being outside and being active and am generally out with friends if I'm not working. I love animals so if you do have a dog that's even better! Looking to team up aswell so feel free to shoot me a messsge
22, full time medical receptionist, singer/dancer Love the beach, reading, going for a run, dinners out and cocktails with the girls! Working full time means im normally out most week nights with friends or dancing or going for a run. Weekends I'm pretty chill, I don't mind a few drinks but I'm not a party girl every weekend. Definitely down for house dinners and hanging out with my roommates. I'm super clean, always clean up straight after I eat, don't leave clothes or anything lieing around - I hate mess!!! I'm super friendly and a bit weird and out going so if your down for a laugh and some banter I'm your girl !
I'm a full-time Radiography student and working part time, so I'm always pretty busy. I love to cook/bake, I'm super clean, and I love the outdoors and the beach. I'm looking for housemates who are fun, relaxed, and tidy :)
Heya, I've been travelling for almost 7 months.. First in India volunteering and now in New Zealand looking about.. I'll be looking for a place to live and work as soon as I get back in Feb! The occasional beer doesn't go astray either.. Just looking for a relaxed environment with good humans..

Hi, We're a couple (25 and 30) with a well trained golden retriever, and our fur baby (cringe...sorry) must come with us. We're laid back and chill, but we also know how to clean and we are sociable but not loud. We're focused on doing well at work and uni and meeting some really cool people along the way. I'm from Newcastle, my husband is Mexican-American (California). He makes great tacos, enchiladas and nachos. I'm working part-time and finishing a grad dip in psychology. We love movies, laughing and anything creative...save subway artistry. We are looking for a room in a share house with an ensuite or a granny flat. If you feel like getting in touch, just give us a bell or send us an email : )
We are a couple looking for a share house in Newwy. I work full time in realestate and have a second job as a waitress on week nights and James is a musician and works at a cafe when he's not Gigging. We're very laid back and love hanging out with mates, although are both considerate and mature enough to live peacefully with others. We have an 8 month old black Labrador who is the most dosile dog you'll ever meet- so we're looking for somewhere pet friendly.
Hi future housemate, I am 33yrs old, single and currently working full-time for a Construction Company. I am very clean, reliable for paying rent and bills on time, I am easy to get along with and I hate drama in a household so communication is a big plus for me as I have been burnt in the past with house sharing. I do have a five month old puppy Bella who is toilet trained and she is a small dog (Maltese X Terrior) so I would prefer someone who is a dog lover. Feel free to ask me anything about myself. I look forward to hearing from you :)
One medium-sized room available for rent on Glebe Road, in a semi- furnished townhouse. Situated near all the Newcastle hotspots, it's only a 10 min walk to Bar Beach, Genesis gym and Coles The Junction, 5 mins to Grill'd and Darby St is just around the corner. The house has a big lounge room and kitchen, outdoor entertainment area, air-con in the main section of the house and a laundry room. There is also a single car garage for extra storage, and plenty of on-street parking if you run out of room. The room itself has a massive built-in wardrobe, with more than enough space to fit your clothing collection. It is big enough to fit a queen-sized bed plus all other usual bedroom furniture. You'll also have your own bathroom, as my room already has an en-suite. Bills (electricity, internet, water, etc) will be split evenly.
HEYA! I'm looking for a room near The Junction! I'm super easy going and ready to live somewhere with some good people! About me: I just spent the past 8 months as an Au Pair (live in Nanny) in Geelong, VIC and Yanchep, WA. Before that I lived on college at the uni. Coming back to Newcastle to finish teaching degree. I like having fun but will be doing internship so not looking for a party house but nothing wrong with drinks especially on the weekend. -Clean -Social -Easy-going -Don't mind animals (love cats) -Crazy coloured hair until internship. -Favourite things: Art, YouTube, Swimming, Kmart, Cats, Tattoos, horror movies, nights in -Love the beach (esp boogie boarding) -Prefer furnished due to only staying for one semester but flexible.
Hi! I'm an exchange student from Sweden arriving in Newcastle on 11/03/17 for one semester of full time studing. Easy going, social and responsible. Looking for anything furnished with friendly inhabitants! :-)
Hi! I'm from Amsterdam, The Netherlands and I will be doing my internship in Newcastle for 6 months, therefore I'm looking for a cosy house with social flatmates. I might need to be a bit serious during weekdays but in the weekend I would love to go to the beach/to bbq/to meeting new people/to party/club/bar/jogging/swimming/sipping wine/cocktails...
I'm an easy going housemate who has been living in share houses for 15 years, Including one with 10 people, 3 animals, and at times, 3 children. I think if you can keep the peace there, you pretty much can anywhere :) I always treat my flatmates like family. Ie, equal parts helping each other out, but with total respect and not taking the piss. If its raining and i'm home, i'll bring in your washing. If I've got milk, and you need milk, you can have some. But at the same time, If you never clean, and eat all my food every day, that would suck. So I'll probably talk to you about it. I'm active and health conscious, so would like to live with other active people. But i wont judge you if you drink coke and eat maccas ether. I'm moving to Newcastle to study Occupational Therapy. Although i don't have a job yet (as i'm just finishing up my business in Sydney), Ive got plenty of money saved and have never been unemployed in my life, so I know i'll pick up work quickly. I will have no issue with paying rent. (I also am self employed as a energetic healer on the side) I love to meditate, swim, go to the live gigs, grow vegetables, cook, draw. I want to live with easy going people that would like to share a chat and a meal from time to time, but respect my need to study too.
