Room for rent in a beautiful town house located in the heart of The Junction. So close to the shops, the beach and everything you need. Looking for a female house mate to take over my lease. My room is decent size, with a built in wardrobe, and a verandah. You will share a large bathroom with one other female. It's seriously the best place and the best location.
Dave is an Aussie from Fremantle, W.A. and I am an American from Chicago. We are just getting done with a year long trip around Australia and a trip to Japan. I guess you could say we like to travel. We are relocating from Fremantle to Newcastle and would love some chill people to live with while we get sorted. We are pretty easy going, enjoy our own time as well as socializing and Dave is always down for a surf. We are thinking six months at least and then go from there.
G'Day! I'm 23 and just finished my degree in Communication Design in Melbourne. I'm hoping to chase the warmth and head up to Newcastle to meet some new people and experience a bit of a sea change. I'm planning to head up around July-August. I love the beach, skating, soccer, exercise, exploring, road tripping and the odd frosty or two on a hot day. I'm a pretty easy going guy, clean, sociable but also enjoy time to myself to unwind and relax.
Hello! I'm looking for some good housemates to move in with. Ideally people who don't mind hanging out, sharing meals, keeping a clean joint and nipping down to a bar every now and then. We're a couple from around Gloucester/ Forster area, we're both currently studying full time at the university of newcastle and looking for a new place before the start of second semester. Mason is an all round top bloke, He studies civil engineering and surveying and can pull off a mullet and a moe pretty well. He's pretty great to live with because can hold a friendly conversation but won't be in your face at all. He likes playing the Xbox and drink of choice would be a ice cold schooner of tooheys new. Jasmin is alright herself, she's studying writing at the uni and is a bit of a creative sort. Loves live music, bushwalking and reading. Pretty good to live with as she can talk about pretty much anything and is always there for a chat if needed. Drink of choice would be a double shot tequila sunrise when she's feeling loaded but lets be real, usually you'll catch her with a bottle of harddys charddy. We're both pretty good at keeping to ourselves or having a cheeky chat in the kitchen, whichever you prefer. We're both clean, tidy and love a good netflix binge. We've listed ourselves as looking for a place near the city but are open to suburbs close to the uni. We both have a stable income rolling in and the 280$ a week is our maximum rent SPLIT not each.

We have available a large furnished room (3.70 x 3.20 m) just two blocks from Dixon Park beach. The room is in a THREE storey townhouse that has just been fully renovated. It features a 55" TV, dishwasher, induction cook top, washer/dryer, surfboard racks, etc. Everything required for the house has been provided. The whole of downstairs is a rumpus room so it's a great place to relax, and there’s a garage for lots of storage too (no cars though, but plenty of on-street parking). The room has a brand new split-system air-conditioner, built-in robes, and own balcony and the house itself is double-brick, with brick for the internal walls, so your room is very quiet when you want it to be. The room can be provided furnished with a double bed, office chair, and desk, or can be unfurnished if requested. It has built-in robes too, so all you need to bring is yourself. The house is extremely well looked after too, we get a cleaner in regularly so you don’t have to worry about taking turns to do the bathrooms, etc. If you wish to move in as a couple then we would love to have you also, however the price would change accordingly. Rent excludes bills, and a bond is required. Please state your age, gender, occupation, country of origin (if applicable), and a sentence or two about yourself if these are not on your Flatmates profile.

I'm needing to move for my uni prac (finished up in Armidale and ready to move now) My prac starts in July but I'm wanting to be settled in somewhere way before that. I'm not a typical party student but I do love going out for dinner/drinks plus just chilling around the house. I absolutely love baking and I do make some mean brownies, banana bread and a quality lemon meringue pie!! I'm super respectful of privacy but also up for a chat and adventures! I've been out of home for 4 years so I know how to keep a tidy house, clean and look after myself. So I'm looking for a room with the budget of $150-60 which includes bills or around $110-30 which just covers rent.

I am a home-body, enjoy keeping to myself, but can make conversation when needed. I am not a morning person until I've about 2.5 coffees. I have two greyhounds, both are indoor dogs, and enjoy being on my bed most of the day. I am currently living on the Gold Coast, however applying for jobs in Newcastle, so at the moment, looking at my options. For fun, I spend time with my dogs, catch up with friends, head to the beach, go for 'Sunday' drives.
