Hi! I'm a full time art student - starting degree in Natural History Illustration this year at UON.. and work weekends in retail. Long term preferred. not a big party person, being 30(ish) i prefer red wine and cheese platters to beer bongs, but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard and a cheeky night out once in a while. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selection are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. quite happy to be anywhere on the scale of keeping to ourselves or becoming BFF's. Although I don’t really know anyone up here yet, so friendly roomies willing to go on walking/driving adventures with me and my camera would be wonderful. i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, v. small. she kinda hates everyone (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. spends most of her time asleep in the shade or on my bed at night. If i can give her access outside via a window in my room she's likely to not ever venture into other parts of the house. not a clean freak so I’m not going to lose the plot if you leave a dish out for a day but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
Hello! We're a working couple looking for a room in Newcastle that we can make our home. We're both super social, easy going and active. Some things we like to get up to that keep us sane include surfing, exploring, playing/listening to music, cooking, nerding out about films, and hitting up great food and bar spots. We're tidy and are looking for a place where our housemates are too after past years of student halls and share houses which were great aside from the mess! If you feel like we would get along and make good roomies then feel free to send us a message. The closer to the beach the more bonus points! Alexandra and Johan
Hi guys, my name's Daniel and over in Newcastle for a new job. I'm a pilot from Perth and am a really practical and down to Earth kind of guy. I love new experiences and lead an active lifestyle so enjoy getting out for a run, swim, hike/camp, travelling or sampling different local beers. I don't smoke and I won't be bringing any kids or pets and will gladly help out around the place and tend to be pretty clean myself. Just a heads up, there will be days where I will be up getting ready (as quietly as possible) for those early flights at about 4am or back about 10pm. I've been in Newy for about 2 months now and looking for something a bit more permanent. The ideal location would also have a supermarket, some cafes and maybe a pub/bar or two within walking distance but I am pretty easy. I prefer something on my own up to a share house with a maximum of 4 occupants and am pretty clean and very considerate myself. So if you happen to have a room with a bed and think I may be a good fit, please feel free to contact me. Cheers! Dan
Hey I’m Victoria, I’m from Canberra moving to Newcastle to start a job on the 9th of April - looking to move down on the 30-31 March. I am looking to team up with 2 female housemates and find our own cool place to call home. I’ll be working full time Monday to Friday so prefer to live with somone who works similar hours. I’ve got furniture to fill a whole house including a spare bed so want to bring everything with me if possible!!! Everything is brand new appliances, TV the works. A bit about me; - I love a beer after work and even more on the weekends. - I’m a keen snowboarder so hoping to switch it up for a surfboard. - I’m loud and try to be funny but you’ll spend more time laughing at my clumsiness than my jokes - I’m mad about live music.. faves are sticky fingers and jungle giants - I have a puppy named Braxton he’s a small English Staffy and the best trained dog you will ever meet because I’m a tough love kinda mum. (He will be coming with me) - I’m super clean freak so don’t mind me when I clean up after you Overall I’m pretty keen to get down and find a sick place and make some new friends soooo.... Hopefully you read this and think wow what a cool lass, let’s team up and find a rad house we can call our own ;) Open to live anywhere that’s cute, happy to pay more for the master room.

My partner and I are currently looking for a place of our own as my lease is nearly up in my share house, and we are looking for one or two people to share our property hunt. We are both busy most of the week but still enjoy to go out or stay home for some drinks on the weekends. I have most furniture already so don’t stress if you’re limited to just furnishing your own rooms. Makes living in a nice place much more affordable!
Hey potential roomie/s! I'm Laura, 26, and looking for a new place to call home- hopefully with some pretty cool people. I'm currently working in retail and have one subject left to finish my business degree and boy it has been a long time coming! Form Newcastle, currently in the Gold Coast but looking to move back :) Ideally, I'm looking for some chill people to live with who don't mind a few beers and an awesome spread of food. I love hitting up the beach and a bit of wall ball ( even though I am actually terrible at this game). Also hoping to find a household where a fam dinner can be shared as well as a good laugh. I’ve had some pretty amazing housemates in the past so hoping you will be the next one👯♀️
Hi I'm an easy going, young at heart 50 year old. I've owned my own properties before renting for the last couple of years. I am respectful and treat your property like it's my own. I recently moved to Newcastle and ideally I would love to be as close as possible to the beach.. I am very private and would love my own space and bathroom and have my own furniture. But I'm also open to sharing somewhere furnished. I do have a well behaved dog (cavoodle) that you will need to take into consideration..

Heya! I’m Laura :) I’m a fairly health conscious individual who tries to keep environmentally conscious as well. I’m an active person who goes to the gym and practises yoga most days. I study the Bachelor of Nursing at Newcastle, in my second year, so I am looking for a generally quiet household for the remainder of my studies. I also have two house-trained kittens Sunny and Frankie who love other animals. I’m looking for a pet friendly place all over the Newcastle region (it’s so hard to find one nowadays). Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have. Looking forward to hearing from you! Laura :)
