Gday Guys, My name is Loucas and i am 37 years old. I moving down from Perth because I am originally from Melbourne and I would like to create a life again up in the hills. Im clean, polite, respectful and very easy to get along with. Hopefully your really cool to, so it would be nice to go out for a drink with you, if your up for it. I just need a nice clean and respectful place to live for a few months while i find my feet again after many years away and i need a place that has room for my ute and a trailer. I anticipate being very busy with work, so I really do not want to be in a party house.
Do you also wish for a peaceful house, a place of refuge? I hope to share a home with independent and friendly people, and I enjoy the company of kids and pets. I have no preference for age or gender or sexuality or favorite shoe colour. Meditation is an important part of my life and would like to practice yoga more often. I cook, I clean and enjoy growing things to eat. I also understand the value of respect for person, space and possession.
I'm Sam, 21 and employed full time as a baker looking for housing in the Outer Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Generally keep to myself, tidy, clean, love cooking, no pets but like animals, easy going and happy to share with anyone of any age.
Clean and tidy, easy-going woman, experienced in sharing accommodation, is looking for a room in a share house in the Warburton/Healesville/Dandenong area. I'd prefer a countryside setting. Always pay my bills on time. I love cooking, yoga, meditation and dancing. Happy to socialise or keep to myself. As I'm currently building a tiny house on a trailer, a big enough yard to park and continue building Klaudy's Tiny (2.5 x 7.5m) would be essential but it doesn't need to be under a roof. It won't be too noisy as the big structures are done now
I'm a hard working full time plumber looking for a hills home to call my own. I am punctual with paying bills and rent and am a diplomatic housemate. I'm easygoing and sociable :) i like going out and having fun but am just as comfortable being a homebody. I love soccer and creative outlets like mosaic and drawing. Looking for chilled housemates to share a nice space with.
Easy going enjoy share houses - like to be able to relate to people i'm living with however also mindful and respectful of own independence and space to be. Into social justice, in that i would prefer not to live with anyone who may be have issues with people from other cultures and ways of life. No racists or homophobes.
I clean up after myself, id be at either at school or work ~ id be studying a lot of the time so wont make much noise. i have a Siberian Husky living with me too and obviously id be cleaning up after him. at the moment i am working a casual job but am looking for a part-time job so that i can move out which may take a while, with the reason of why i cant move in straight away. i am 17 but will be at a high standards of keeping up rent and bills. i do need a place that has internet as i am studying yr 12 VCE.
i am clean and tidy, have a good sense of humour, easy going and non judgmentle. I am a carpenter by trade so handy around the house. Love cooking. I have three kids that live in the patch that i need to get a house for. So in the mean time i need somewhere stable whilst looking for a place of my own.
I work at a wholesale production nursery up in Monbulk. I'm currently living in a share house in The Basin, though I'm wanting to move somewhere else to experience another area and meet some new people! I'm right into my camping and anything adventurous, when I get the time of course! In my spare time I like to relax and watch movies/TV shows, write/play music, and hang out with mates. I'm a very tidy person and make a habit of keeping everything as clean as possible. I'm always up for a good chat, though I do like my alone time as well. I'm a big fan of animals so I have no problem with a few cats and dogs running around the place!
Hello, My name is Blake 24 years young, I've recently returned back from living, working & treveling for 2years overseas, I am in need of a place to live, ideally somewhere close to public transport for convenience and work reasons (But doesn't have too be near public transport as i do have my own vehicle) Things I do NOT do are: Smoke, Take drugs, Drink heavily, And go on tinder hook ups. I am a pretty laidback guy, I love to cook and will of course always clean up after myself. I like to think that I am a pretty decent guy to hang out with drama free, quiet, adventurous, spontaneous, fun and who respects privacy. I currently work full-time Cheers Blake
We're pretty laid back, like to hang out with people and chill, watch movies, play games etc. We have a dog, he's very friendly with people and great with other dogs. He loves cats too. I'm a student at Deakin, I have a small business and grew up in belgrave south. I really don't want to leave the hills. My boyfriend is from Tasmania and moved here last year . He's just completed a cert II at Tafe and is now searching for a job, but is receiving Centrelink payments until he finds one. We're house sitting atm and we need to find a house to move into sometime in the next 5 weeks! We have til April 10 to do so.
Situated among the trees. The house sits on a bit over an acre of a wonderful garden. (No garden maintenance required) The garden is quite large so grow as many veggies you want or utilise the land for whatever the heart desires. The house has four bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs (Which I'm staying in). The kitchen is new with a dining area. There is a large lounge room with extra space to use for reading corner, desk or any other way you want to utilise it. There is also a laundry room and a storage room + additional storage under the staircase. You may bring your own furniture and decorate to make it feel like home. Im pretty easy going so i would probably say yes a lot more than no :). There is some furniture available if anyone would like to use it. * 2 Bathrooms, one bathroom to share with me and the other bathroom is connected to the room with the large wardrobe. * The rent is for 2 bedrooms next to each other so you can use one as your bedroom and the other as your study or something else. * Large 15m long balcony with views overlooking the nature. I'm sure there are plenty more to mention about this lovely place so come and have a look and Ill be happy to walk you thru the property. Distances to amenities: * 5 Min to Emerald. *20 Min to Fountain Gate shopping centre * 10 Min to Belgrave * 150 Meters to Bus stop 695 that will take you to Belgrave or Gembrook. * 15 Min to Lysterfield lake party (Mountain bike trails). *30 Min to Yarra Valley + Great walking/running/cycling tracks around the area. I am currently building a unit on the property and will be moving out from the house in the next month or so. Potential housemates can be part of selecting the next housemate that will move in. Our housemate renting the 2 bedrooms is flexible with his moving out date so the rooms can be available earlier than 28th of February.
Generally am clean, with (almost) no bad habits, flexible in many respects. Am a professional scientist, smart, social and easy to chat on general topics. I am now in the process of the family split up. Being the only source of income cannot afford anything more than the shared accommodation for myself. My kids - two girls 9 and 12 yo, well behaving and adequate - will sometimes come for a visit or stay overnight.
I'm Virginia, a quiet, keep-to-myself tidy type who loves TV, reading and dining out. A few notes about me and what I'm looking for: - I'm only looking for a woman of similar age to start a share house with - I'm retired so will spend time at home, as well as out with friends and appointments etc. - I'm looking to have my own defined space: my own bedroom, bathroom and living area - happy for this to be a third bedroom though. - I have a small house's worth of furniture, fridge, washer/dryer etc, happy if my housemate is the same and to compromise, keep some in the garage or shed etc if it doesn't all fit! - I have one adult daughter who's left the nest but we're close - no partner and no other family in Melbourne - I currently have no pets, but love all animals, especially dogs! I'd ideally like to get my own dog in the future so if you have pets and we find a place that is happy with them from the get-go, even better! - I would like to keep to myself mostly, but happy with some social interaction! I'm a kind, big-hearted person and a good listener who loves telling stories. - My lease is up in March so that's when I'm looking to move in the outer East or so - if you think we could get along, send me a message!

Bloke & his old dog need a place to stay. It seems very difficult to find 'appropriate' accom in the valley. I don't drink, don't really have friends over., I'm on a disability pension however I am still able to work with a nursing agency, from time to time. I also have small business aspirations. I'm a very low maintenance kind of tenant. Love to help out with gardens and blokey house stuff. I'm 47, single and I do smoke. If this appeals to you then get in touch. We would really like to leave our present house. Jed my 9yo pooch is a very placid old boy.
I am clean, respectful, easy going and have years of experience sharing and renting. I enjoy gardening and living in a welcoming space. I like doing yoga and going bushwalking or camping when possible. I am a social person but not a party animal. I feel that I get along well with most people easily. Always pay my rent and bills on time and make sure that I contribute my fair share. I have 2 young female cats. They are clean, flea-treated, litter trained and very friendly. They are outside during the day and kept in at night.
Hey there, Being a people's person, I love making new friends and meeting new people. I generally like a quiet place, love to cook and to be creative. I like to keep clean, fit and am a mad fan of the outdoors. So I'm always on the hunt for places near awesome walks and forests. I occasionally work from home and in the city making digital product videos and short films, so I would be in and out quite often. In my spare time I would either be making music (with a headset :p), drawing, or out shooting film with some friends. Thanks for checking out my profile

Hello! We are a couple looking for flatmates while we are in Australia on Working Holiday Visas! Junghyun and I just got married in January in Hawaii. I'm an American (I didn't vote for Trump...) and I live in Hawaii. Junghyun is Korean and lives in Seoul. We are meeting in Sydney in May and would like to move into a place in Melbourne for June. This will be the first time that either of us has been to Australia and we are really looking forward to living and working and having a unique perspective on Australian life. I'm studying in Hawaii to become a teacher and Junghyun works in sales at Korea Telecom. Anyway, we are both laid back, happy people who love to meet new people and have a great time! We are responsible, clean, and courteous flatmates. We look forward to meeting you soon :) K+J
I'm 18 from Canada and I really don't care where I live so The subarbs and prices I listed dont matter that much. I'm on a working holiday visa. I have a full time job in Apollo bay so I could live here for a bit to save up unless I can (ideally) find a job in Melbourne then I'd be happy to move back there. I'm good to live with because I'm not that messy.
We are both very friendly and a happy couple, we enjoy our travelling and both hardworking individuals, we have moved to a new state to explore Victoria. We are both excited to meet new people.
To introduce myself, I'm Rocket - I'm looking for some good people to share a place with. Honest, outgoing, a little quirky. I don't drink, but do smoke occasionally. I like to cook, play the ukulele, sew. I'm very friendly but a bit of an introvert - I'm clean, tidy and self-sufficient. Looking to move as soon as possible.
i'm a creative, fun and generally friendly person who enjoys making costumes, props and models. i am good with children through having experience with puffing billy and through community events. i am just as happy to cook for myself as to share a meal with others. i am generally a pretty fair person
My lease is about to expire and I'm looking for a new place to call home. I'm looking for somewhere min. 6 months with the possibility of subletting down the track since I'm planning to travel towards the end of the year. About me: I'm currently a full-time student at Deakin university, studying philosophy and creative writing. When I'm not studying I like to be creative, I play the guitar and write songs. I'm very honest and open, have excellent references, am clean and pay bills on time. I am respectful of other people's space and yet like to keep lines of communication open so that home can be a peaceful and revitalising place. Please feel free to message if you're looking for a housemate and think that we might get along and share similar interests and values. :)
Reliable, relaxed, very neat, likes tidy. Currently a beauty therapist student studying and also working in a spa. Likes to be healthy and active from Gippsland so travel from Melbourne to Gippsland and around Victoria a far bit so won't be home all the time.
