Hello everyone. I am currently in Cairns, and coming back to the Gold Coast April 1st. I'm looking to rent a piece of property next to a house, for my small tidy registered caravan. Must have access to power and wifi (if available). As i will be staying in it. ($80-120 rent) Unless a 1/2 bedroom flat/farm house is available. I would be happy to rent that and provide references and bond ($120-250 pw rent)(Must have safe caravan parking space*) Also have use of the bathroom for daily shower and laundry. I'm no spring chicken, am a worldly person and traveller - have lived in UK, USA, AUS, Travelled much of the planet since a child - I'm open minded, easy going, former sporting professional, I am a PhD in Natural Medicines - I appreciate my own space so can also appreciate people needing their own also - Although i have retired from the usual 9-5 grind, i do substantial volunteer work with an International Humanitarian group and most likely within 3-6 months i will be in Europe for up to 6 months or more. My home backdrop is of farmland and hills from back veranda. Very casual atmosphere. The veranda sweeps around the back and side of the house, seated with outdoor lounge and dining setting. Is a fairly quiet area close to amenities. Walking distance to heart of town. 400mts to hospital. The house is an older Queenslander completely renovated with ship-lap walls inside freshly painted inside and out, modern kitchen with large gas stove and fairly new bathroom, home also has exposed polished timber floors.The room offered is next door to the bathroom and has it's own private access to bathroom as well. Bathroom has heated lights for winter comfort. The bedroom is large with built in robes, mirror doors, fan and air conditioning. Only really needs a bed but that's your call.
