This property is located 5 mins from Henley Beach. The property itself is only a few years old. The room has an ensuite attached and a walk in robe. There is plenty of space in the house with 2 living areas and a decent backyard that is grassed. You will be sharing with one other person.
Beautiful, modern, brand-new furnished house which is located a few minutes from the local shopping centre and approximately fifteen minutes from the city. Located directly across from a reserve, which is partially enclosed; therefore, traffic and noise is extremely limited. The house includes an open living, dining and kitchen area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, small garden bed by the side of the house, large patio with installed barbecue and small backyard. A double garage with parking is also available for a small additional fee, with the choice of street parking in a safe area. A treadmill is also available to use in the garage, if interested. Air conditioning throughout the house and fans in every bedroom ensures a cool night sleep during a hot, summer night. Bedrooms are not furnished, and will require you to bring your own furniture (as there is no built in wardrobes). However, both available bedrooms are reasonably sized and will be able to easily fit a bed, side tables, dresser and most other furniture you choose to bring. Renter must be willing to pay rent every 4 weeks, in cash. Bills, including electric, gas and water will be split evenly between all tenants, and internet will be available for access if also split between those who choose to use it. Preferably looking for young, relaxed professionals who may be social, but still respectful of others within the house. People must also be "pet-friendly" as a small dog may be visiting from time to time. Room will be available for rent from January, with date to be negotiated. Please contact me if you are interested or have any questions you would like to ask.
Hi im Brooke, i am 27 years old and have just completed a Business and Marketing degree at Flinders University. I am currently working part time in Marketing for a Health and fitness company and looking for full time work. I have lived and worked overseas for 4 years prior to undertaking my studies. I'm clean and tidy and enjoy cooking and food prepping. I am a nice and friendly person that likes to be social as well as have my quiet time. For fun i enjoy surfing on the weekends, eating and drinks out with friends, visiting wineries, paddle boarding, hiking, camping, live music, going for runs, swimming at marion aquatic centre, yoga, cooking healthy food, watching movies and going for beach walks.
I'm an easy going human. :) Yoga Teacher, Florist, Retail worker & Science student at Flinders. Looking for a nice little home with great people to spend some of my down time.
I am an anthropologist! I am pretty social and always interested in exploring my surroundings. In my 'spare' time I occasionally play video games, work on my rock opera, and drink lots of coffee. I'll be moving to Adelaide from the United States in late February or early March to work on my dissertation research looking at electronic waste, DIY movements, and sustainability in Australia. I'm a pretty clean and tidy person, like grabbing drinks, and jogging. I'd say I'm fairly independent but am also happy to tag along on spontaneous adventures.
I love good banter, pretty chilled, easy to get along with, fairly active! Love getting amongst the outdoors and spend any spare minute on the beach. In saying that - chilled nights in with some mates and a beer or wine are a fav! LOVE to cook, and don't mind doing my share of the housework. Just looking for a great place, with some great house mates ☺
Im a great person to be around being friendly with good vibes. I love my sport and keeping fit with runs etc. Im a landscaper by trade so i work big hours all week, but i do come home to continue working and keeping the house clean and i can also make the garden look amazing if needed so:)
Hi all, my name is Kaitlin and I am 19 years old. I have recently completed my diploma and am currently working in retail until I gain employment in my field of choice. I'm looking forward to moving out of my parents home and gaining some more independence. I believe I'm easy to get a long with but I also respect personal space. I'll make sure rent is paid on time and I pull my weight when it comes to housework. I also don't mind a sneaky drink or two 💃🏻 Look forward to hearing from you 😁
I`m very friendly and sociable, but I also respect people`s need to be alone. I enjoy cooking, reading, skateboarding and cycling and many other activities. I`m very organised and like to keep my surroundings tidy and clean.
Originally from the Western suburbs and am looking to get back to my roots. I'm easy to get along with and am very neat and tidy. I work as an Interior Designer and enjoy using my spare time to do something creative, checking out local markets, cooking/baking, going down the beach and spending time with my family and friends. Hoping to find a place where my housemate will eventually become my friends, but I also respect that people need their own space too.
Hi there, We are loving considerate couple from Sydney. We are looking to make a new home in Adelaide. We are respectful of others and do like our personal space but are also heaps sociable when engaged. We also do like to cook and keep things tidy. We are easy to get along with and are quite easy going. Please do not hesitate to message if you have any questions.
Hi, I am a 27yo sales proessional looking to share a house with some cool people. I work hard, enjoy my downtime, love sport, music and being out with mates. I am clean, easy to live with and am fine with pets. Thank you for reading this far and I look forward to meeting you. Alex
I'm a 32 years young originally from Italy, been living in Australia for the past 4 years. Studied Marine Biology, which I will study again at some stage this year, currently chef working full time. Happy friendly person, I'm a Nature and Animals lover. I'm looking for a place near the Ocean (ideally Glenelg) as it is the place where I spend most of my time off. Backyard, pet friendly (I don't have a pet yet, but I'm planning to at some point soon) environment also an advantage. I have some furniture for my room, so if furnished or not is nothing to worry about. I'm clean, respectful and cohoperate to all Home commom tasks and happy to help with pretty much any situation when possible. If you think this could fit your Home, I'm looking forward to have a chat with my future housemates!! Take care Cheers
I am moving to Adelaide for my work start of feb. Originally from WA and can't wait to live close to the beach again! I work full time and generally do some form of exercise during the week. I am very relaxed and tidy, and enjoy a wine or two. Always up for activities but also can respect your space! If this sounds good to you feel free to send me a message! :)
Hi, my name is Ashy, I am mainly an extrovert, but I do enjoy my home days. In few weeks I will be a full time student doing an internship at my local church, while also work part time as a Nannie.
As medical student in the final part of the studies I'll do my research internship in pediatrics/gynecology. Most students choose to pick an item from the list to do this in their own hospital, but how cool is it to take the opportunity to go to Australia? Coming from the Netherlands it's quite a journey, but I'd love to get to know Australia. I'm looking for a shared house with other people, where a drink/laugh/meal can be shared every so often. As a person, I'm open minded, respectful and tidy (enough). I'll accommodate to the customs of the house. Both hanging out together and visit nice places, as well spending time individually is for just fine for me! As bonus: if it suits to have dinner together: I like cooking :) Please send me a message if you have a space available from around January 10th (flexible), preferably till to the end of April (but if shorter, please contact me as well!). I'd love to get in touch!
Hey guys! My name is Lauren, I'm 25 and currently studying Nutrition & Food Science at Uni SA. I'm also working part time in a cafe in the CBD. I'm usually really busy with uni and work so in my down time I just like to hang out at home and just watch a movie or listen to some music or read. I also like going to yoga when I can (although I will be honest it's not very often! Haha.) I've lived in share houses for the last couple years now so know the drill when it comes to good housemate etiquette :) I'm looking for 2 or 3 other people to find a sharehouse with. I'm not fussed about gender or anything else, as long as you're friendly and clean and reliable :) I would prefer non-smokers. I've become really good friends with all of my past housemates and would hope that this would become the case again :) Ideally I would love to live near the beach, but am pretty flexible with location as long as it's not too far from the city/close to public transport. I have a cat called Theo so am hoping to find a pet friendly house/housemates. Any other questions feel free to message me :) Thanks! Lauren
I am 27 and work full time in the city in the Fitness Industry. During the week I spend most of my time at work and the gym. Weekends are usually spent with family and friends. I live a fairly active lifestyle and love being outdoors. I love food, cooking at home and trying new places to eat. I am also very tidy. With me will be my 2 year old Mini Schnauzer. He is a beautiful dog who is very loving, well behaved, and doesn't malt!
I like to wake up with the sound of birds and the sun shining in through the bedroom window. I like the smell of freshly brewed coffee and freshly baked/toasted bread in the morning. I like to walk outside barefoot, breathe in the fresh morning air, swim in the ocean and feast my eyes on the beautiful natural scenery. I like to go on road trips and stop at random cafes on the way just for the experience. I like the feeling after having had played tennis for 1,5hrs and having had shower afterwards. I like the feeling I get the next day after a vigorous workout, especially in my stomach area. My heart sings seeing other people being happy and sharing their affection for each other. I like to cook and being cooked for. I like to eat and enjoy the food with all my senses. Each meal is a feast for me and I devote my full attention to it. I like to have stones, seashells and fresh flowers around the house. I like to burn incense in the morning upon waking up and sound my Tibetan singing bowl as part of my daily ritual. I also love the feeling during chanting and meditation. I like to work in the garden and take care of it. I like to grown my own fruit and veggies, bake my own bread, make my own cheese and do everything my own when possible. Home made is the best for me! I thrive in light and avoid dark houses, however natural darkness at night is magical. I like to sit by the bonfire at night and listen to the sounds, look into fire. I like to read a good book on a Sunday morning or any other morning :) I like to explore, discover and learn new things. I prefer improvisation over careful planning. I value silence and natural sounds, natural fragrances and nature, however, I can also appreciate good music :)
I'm Italian, 31 years old and I'm moving to Adelaide from Melbourne for work. I work full time Monday to Friday in sales and marketing for a coffee company. One/two weekends a month I will be flying to Melbourne to visit my girlfriend, friends and some family. I'm friendly, easygoing, clean and respectful of privacy. I love reading, cycling and socializing. Very into movies, good wines...and coffee (of course).
Hi, I am a single 25 year old male who is relaxed and laid back. I work full time as a physiotherapist in Henley Beach. I am looking for a place to stay that has interesting and like minded people who are happy to share the occasional meal together or the occasional drink. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, enjoy playing guitar (only acoustic so don't worry about the noise!) as well as keeping fit. I am more than happy to help with the chores around the house.
Recently visited a mate in Adelaide and im looking to go back and live there for a year. Im really easy to get along with, chilled out and always up for a laugh. I understand the importance of privacy, respectfulness and just normal unwritten rules of a shared house. My arrival date is reasonably flexible, looking for people who are hopefully going for the same reasons as me.. to see as much as possible, party/socialise, chill out and work/study
Am very good with money and always pay bills/rent on time. I respect properties and ensure I leave them as I found them. I also respect peoples schedules and ensure that my night owl qualities never negatively impact the people I live with.
