Bloke & his old dog need a place to stay. It seems very difficult to find 'appropriate' accom in the valley. I don't drink, don't really have friends over., I'm on a disability pension however I am still able to work with a nursing agency, from time to time. I also have small business aspirations. I'm a very low maintenance kind of tenant. Love to help out with gardens and blokey house stuff. I'm 47, single and I do smoke. If this appeals to you then get in touch. We would really like to leave our present house. Jed my 9yo pooch is a very placid old boy.
Easy going enjoy share houses - like to be able to relate to people i'm living with however also mindful and respectful of own independence and space to be. Into social justice, in that i would prefer not to live with anyone who may be have issues with people from other cultures and ways of life. No racists or homophobes.
Clean and tidy, easy-going woman, experienced in sharing accommodation, is looking for a room in a share house in the Warburton/Healesville/Dandenong area. I'd prefer a countryside setting. Always pay my bills on time. I love cooking, yoga, meditation and dancing. Happy to socialise or keep to myself. As I'm currently building a tiny house on a trailer, a big enough yard to park and continue building Klaudy's Tiny (2.5 x 7.5m) would be essential but it doesn't need to be under a roof. It won't be too noisy as the big structures are done now
It's perfectly situated on a 10acre hobby farm giving you plenty of space and quiet enjoyment. This is an exceptional opportunity to live the country lifestyle on a property valued at $1,000,000 PLUS for the very affordable price of $250 per week. And only one hour from Melbourne CBD. Whether it's a seachange or you're looking to stay local to the area this is the perfect option for you and still conveniently located 5 minutes drive to Cockatoo, 10 minutes to Emerald and 30 minutes to Ringwood, Pakenham, Fountain Gate and Rowville.

Hello there :) I'm searching for 1 or 2 housemates to share this beautiful large 4br home in Seville! $180pw for 1 person. If i fill the 2 rooms rent will be cheaper. Bills are to be spilt evenly between us. Bond of $550pp to be paid upfront. ______________________________________________________________ About the house: - 4 Bedroom (1 room used as a study) - 2 Bathroom - 2 toilets - Fireplace - Plenty of drive way parking - Shared rumpus, kitchen, lounge room, dining room & laundry. It's a two-story house with a spacious front yard & back yard (I live up stairs with an ensuite). When you enter the house it opens into a rumpus room, there is a couch & some other items there at the moment with a shoe closet underneath the stair case :) Walk up the stairs into the open living area with the lounge room/dining room and large kitchen... This kitchen is amazing! It has a dishwasher, a 6-burner gas stove top with a stainless steel electric oven. The stainless steel fridge is great quality with a water & ice dispenser! The second room is slightly smaller with an open wardrobe as well. It is furnished at the moment but everything can be moved out of there. The 3rd room has been used as a study, so if you're needing more space than what your bedroom is offering than feel free to use that space as well, the rumpus room will also be available to use if need be. I'm open to moving things around :) ______________________________________________________________ About you: Ideally I would like anyone aged between 25 - 35 who has: - Lived out of home before - Has a job/studies with a steady income - Pays rent & bills on time - Cleans up after him/herself - Non smoker & non drug user I don't mind if you have people over or if you're in a relationship & your other half stays from time to time :) as long as they're not over staying. If so just chat to me and we will work something out :) If you have furniture let me know as i'm looking at purchasing some necessities for the house! If you have pets also let me know, i'm open to having them here as long as we talk about it first :)

I'm right into my camping and anything adventurous, when I get the time of course! In my spare time I like to relax and watch movies/TV shows, write/play music, and hang out with mates. I'm a very tidy person and make a habit of keeping everything as clean as possible. I'm always up for a good chat, though I do like my alone time as well. I'm a big fan of animals so I have no problem with a few cats and dogs running around the place!
Hello, My name is Blake 24 years young, I've recently returned back from living, working & treveling for 2years overseas, I am in need of a place to live, ideally somewhere close to public transport for convenience and work reasons (But doesn't have too be near public transport as i do have my own vehicle) Things I do NOT do are: Smoke, Take drugs, Drink heavily, And go on tinder hook ups. I am a pretty laidback guy, I love to cook and will of course always clean up after myself. I like to think that I am a pretty decent guy to hang out with drama free, quiet, adventurous, spontaneous, fun and who respects privacy. I currently work full-time Cheers Blake
We're pretty laid back, like to hang out with people and chill, watch movies, play games etc. We have a dog, he's very friendly with people and great with other dogs. He loves cats too. I'm a student at Deakin, I have a small business and grew up in belgrave south. I really don't want to leave the hills. My boyfriend is from Tasmania and moved here last year . He's just completed a cert II at Tafe and is now searching for a job, but is receiving Centrelink payments until he finds one. We're house sitting atm and we need to find a house to move into sometime in the next 5 weeks! We have til April 10 to do so.

I love this property it is spacious and private, with a big yard and a lovely cascade of green tree's as you relax on the balcony, a quiet neighbourhood, It is great to do some walking in this area, as nature is everywhere as you can see by the photo I have uploaded, with clean fresh air and just a five minute drive to town where there are plenty of shops and gymnasium etc. You will also be able to set up a television in my other lounge room which is in the photographs, so you will have extra privacy. The photo listed is the smaller room, and the other one is larger.
Hey there, Being a people's person, I love making new friends and meeting new people. I generally like a quiet place, love to cook and to be creative. I like to keep clean, fit and am a mad fan of the outdoors. So I'm always on the hunt for places near awesome walks and forests. I occasionally work from home and in the city making digital product videos and short films, so I would be in and out quite often. In my spare time I would either be making music (with a headset :p), drawing, or out shooting film with some friends. Thanks for checking out my profile

Hello! I am a very nice person who keeps to himself a lot of the time, currently looking for a place with a bit of privacy and a decent amount of room for my cat to roam around in (not interested in her having to be locked in a room all day, in saying that sometimes is fine if needed.) I'm very easy to get a long with and don't mind having a chat :) - I rarely have friends around and if i do its a select few. I'm pretty active, working a full time job playing football and gym 4 times a week. So i'm not always home, however when i am i'm usually playing video games in my room. If you need to know more let me know, Guy
