We will most likely spend our weekends out and about making the most of what the area has to offer. The property is a near new Queenslander with verandahs front and rear. Set amongst trees it is only a 300 metre walk to the beach via a meandering track. The property has kitchen, living, dining, 3 bedrooms up ,seperate toilet, bathroom, polished timber floors, stone bench tops , dishwasher. Living area has air conditioning , fans, and fans in each room. Security fly screens throughout. All bedrooms up open up to the back verandah . Downstairs has another bedroom, toilet, shower laundry , living area. Outdoor entertaining downstairs . Area for extra storage down. 2 bikes on site or walk to town, The property and room is fully set up , furnished has sheets ,pillows . Solar hot water in installed to minimise the only outgoing being electricity which is around $10 each per week. 3 trips per week to local shops including Saturday markets, once a month to the Sunshine Coast or gympie free of charge
Massive room available Maryborough. Due to work and being with my children at my other house generally 80% of the time I won't be there. I have a bedroom available in a house that I am renting. The house is modern and is fully furnished except for your room. You will have your own bathroom as well. Air-conditioned living room and ceiling fans in most of the rooms. Security screens throughout. Lock up garage available for your car. Bills will be split evenly between us. House has internet access and NBN will be here on the 27th of April! You would need to like cats as it comes with an indoor only kitty who is lovely. You will be expected to sign the lease and as I have already paid the bond for the house, you will be required to pay your half of the bond.
White collar professional moving soon. I'll be working in Maryborough. I've lived in sharehouses before and am adept at good house etiquette. I'm primarily interested in being in a fully furnished sharehouse or similar for up to 6 weeks till I get myself sorted with my own rental in the Maryborough and Hervey Bay area. Having said that, I do have an open mind to sharing longer-term if I hit it off with housemates. I'd prefer to have an ensuite bathroom and a fully furnished bedroom and am happy to pay up to $300 for the right place, but something around $200 per week seems appropriate in the area. I'm an economics/ liberal arts grad, nearly finished my MBA. I work in business development. I enjoy cycling, travel, wine, comedy, the theatre, documentaries and sports. I am open minded and generous and caring. I've worked overseas and have travelled to 45+ countries. I am a clean freak and like a simple, quiet , comfortable and minimalist home life.
I am a clean and tidy person. I have a bubbly personality and consider myself to be sweet and kind. I am currently at University studying a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science. I have a beautiful 1.5 year old son who is a dream to be around. He is social, sweet, very well behaved, sleeps through the night and is very loving. I am seeking shared accommodation due to current issues living with my partner and needing space. I have no problem doing all of the house work and yard maintenance... as I will be a stay at home mother while on the single parent pension ($1000+ per F/N) and studying. I like to keep my distance and spend quality time with my son but have no problem socializing with my housemates as well.

The house sits on a 1/4 Acre block with most of it fully fenced, gated and locked. Security lights cover all entry points too. Brand new Simpson 8kg Front loader washer and separate drier. Queen beds in every room with new mattress (we will buy when you decide to move in). You can bring your own linen or use ours. Doona and Quilt or blankets, take your pick. New furniture throughout from dining room tables to lounges, TV (55cm 4K smart TV) and more. Plenty of room to lounge around relax. Best of all.. everything is so easy to clean ! Outdoor patio in back. Entire rear yard fully fenced with 6ft fence and gates... and TREES ! Large chicken coup - Lots of eggs. The Chickens free range most of the time adding that relaxing authentic farm feel. Nothing like relaxing with a coffee or a beer whilst talking to the chickens sussing out if you brought them snacks. Some are just too friendly !! To live here you simply need to be a friendly person willing to bring your own style and personality to the mix. Look forward to our culture of good cooking (we like to make everything from scratch) laughs and tall stories most of which are not true.. or are they ? Finances: Rent is $140 per week, per room , with all the bills included. This means electricity, Gas and of course.. the Internet (unlimited). Rent paid 2 weeks in advance. If you are a couple.. we add $15 a week to cover the extra bills. If you are a smoker: Outside smoking only. Pets: We have chickens and an old shy cat which is now living in the shed (no animals in the house). Because our chickens free range, we are not interested in pets that eat chickens nor in any more cats. Cleaning: There is no escaping your share of cleaning. From simply cleaning up after yourself and keeping your room tidy and clean, to chipping into the house hold chores.. we expect you to try. Of course if you are really busy.. you can escape the house cleaning chores by paying for a cleaner. But you still need to clean up after yourself and of course.. keep good hygiene. We are a very clean and chemical free household. Our cleaning products are mostly vinegar, alcohol and hydrogen peroxide. We occasionally use bleach for the toilet but we have a monitored septic system so we are limited to what we can use. NO poisons and no mass irritants such as sprays. This keeps everyone healthy ! As a bonus.. there is usually plenty of home made soap. Soap making is just one of the many things we do here. Location: Wondunna is only ten minutes drive to all the supermarkets and 12 minutes to the beach. If you cannot navigate, try Google Maps. That will get you here in a snap. We drive taxi's so we know exactly how far from everything we are.
