The house is an old workers' cottage. Booval station is less than 10 minutes walk away, Booval Fair + gym are also close. Neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The bedroom has a cupboard and I have a spare bed/mattress if needed. There are technically 3 bedrooms in the house, but one is between the other bedrooms and currently used as a study. Shed+single car garage out the back (garage is used but there is space in the yard for a car) and a very large backyard. Separate bathroom and toilet - only one of each. Washing machine + dryer, washing line outside and line under the patio. There are extra bills - internet, electricity and water. The house is rented and the current lease expires in mid-Aug and likely to be renewed.
