I'm working at the hospital on a short term contract from end of March. It's currently 4 months but could be extended. I want my own space and a place that will allow me to have my dog Mickey also - he's a rescue dog and I love him to bits. He's only little (chihuahua/ Maltese) and very well behaved, as am I. I love to cook, swim and do yoga. I'm very easy going. I'm neat and tidy I.e. house proud. I could stay on site @ hospital for free but given length of contract would like a granny flat or similar closing to hospital. I have great references. Cheers. D
I'm from Sydney and will heading up to darwin for work April-August for a change of scene, however it may be longer. Working up to 80 hours a week isn't unusual for myself. I enjoy my career and get to see some great sights and meet some incredible people. I am neat and tidy with good personal hygiene. Partial to quality beers and scotches. I do not smoke, take short showers and firmly believe the toilet paper goes over, not under. I'll be bring my dog Cookie with me, she's impeccably trained (sit, drop, stay, up, down, get out, on your mat, drop....) and won't touch anything she's not meant to including a perfectly cooked ribeye steak on the coffee table. Her breed is closest to an Australian Shepherd. She is an outdoor dog that will only come inside when invited. I currently own a place in Sydney where I am currently letting out a spare room. My current housemate of 18 months can provide a reference if required.
Air conditioned room with double bed. Includes electricity, unlimited wifi and own fridge. House has air conditioned living area and outdoor spa. Close to Casuarina beach, Casuarina shopping centre, Charles Darwin Uni and the hospital.
Hey, I'm Josh 26 and from Wales UK. I have just moved to Darwin after backing around Asia for 3months. Iv just sercured a full time job at the airport so need to move away from the city. I'm a outgoing person that loves his hobbies, sports, skateboarding and music.
The house is located in a quite street in Nakara, only minutes away from Casuarina shopping mall, CDU, and royal darwin hospital. The house is very well maintained and two rooms are listed for rent. Only clean, quiet, full-time employed persons are considered.
I have a Jack Russel who is awesome but he doesn't have to be with me ( and isn't always as he hates the heat). I work full time, don't smoke and can cook up a storm. I am quiet and keep to myself but I enjoy a wine and a chat.
Hello all, My name is Claire, I'm a 26 y.o Victorian making the move to Darwin to study teaching. I'm very neat and tidy, respectful of others and their belongings, and as I'll be studying pretty diligently I'll be relatively quiet during uni/work nights, however I'd still be keen to live with people that are social and friendly, who enjoy a drink and catch up over the weekend :) I've lived in share accommodation in Melbourne for 6 years so I know all the ins-and-outs of sharing with others. I'm just looking for a nice, tidy, simple place with housemates similar. I love bike-riding, reading, going for coffee, having a glass of wine at the end of a long day, and visiting the NT National Library is a passion. I'll be studying full time and be working part time, most likely in hospitality.
This is a modern house close to the shops, hospital and airport. Great aircons, Netflix, NBN and furnished aside from bedroom furniture. The house is very spacious and the room has a large built in robe. The shared kitchen and bathroom (with spa) are both huge!
This is a brand new fully furnished two story home in Muirhead. It features big open living spaces making it well suited to a share house situation. Most of the bedrooms are upstairs and the living areas downstairs. The most enjoyable features include bi-folding doors that open up onto the large decking area, enjoying the outdoor breeze while you watch TV from the hanging chair, or taking a dip in the pool to cool off. Muirhead is close to beaches, Casuarina shopping centre, the airport and hospital. There is great walking and bike riding tracks scattered around, and a short bike ride down to the live saving club for sunset dinner and drinks. We understand that most people have friends and family interstate and overseas so the downstairs bedroom with ensuite is left vacant as a guest bedroom. We love meeting new people and making sure they feel welcome. Private rental so no lock in lease agreements.
Hi all. I am a happy easy going person. I'm a non smoker and I enjoy a social drink. I have just relocated to Darwin for my new job. I would need a place with a fence as I have a dog. I need a place asap as I start my new job on the 3rd of April.
Hi, I do smoke but only outside and I am considerate to others, I also have a dog that is well behaved and use to other dogs. I am happy to help with keeping the house and property well maintained. I am also happy to help look after other room mates animals. I work full time and originally from the UK but I have lived in Australia since 2009. I enjoy socialising and even though I smoke I still keep fit. I am looking to live in or around Darwin and my moving date is flexible. Greg
