Respectful, Clean and tidy, have had experience in other share houses living with different men and women. Possibly will be out of the house a lot working while uni has yet to start I have lived in Tasmania about two or three months now, moved from Newcastle. Living and working around Cygnet but looking to relocate up to Hobart to start a new uni degree next year in Feb. I mainly work in the kitchen at the Red Velvet Lounge in Cygnet but have also been doing some work for art classes in and around Hobart.
this is a large, modern, well appointed home close to all facilities. Located on a main bus route which is regular to the CBD and University. Approximately 14 mins to the city by bus but may be quicker especially by car only 7 mins. It is only 1 - 2 mins to the University if you have your own car. Off street parking is available. It is a very quiet, pleasant area with bush walks and sites close to see. Air conditioning available, a view, a chance you may have your own bathroom. NO smoking here. Utilities to be shared

Hey there, I'm Henny a 30 year old female looking for a sharehouse. I am returning to Hobart after spending the past year living in Perth. I previously lived in West Hobart for 3 years where I lived in a sharehouse with some great roomies. Looking for a relatively social house but not a party house, just somewhere that everyone gets along and we can share the odd bevvie after a long working week.
Hi there, we are Laura and Henry! We are both from Hobart originally, but have been living in Adelaide for the last 6 years for study and work. Henry is a Vet (domestic animals), Laura is a scientist (genetic research). We are both friendly and social people, who enjoy hanging out, watching movies, sharing a meal and a few beers, but we are not looking for a party house as we both get up early for work/study full time. We like to keep our space clean and tidy but are not neat freaks. We are respectful, mindful and generally pretty quiet, though we love to have a discussion or share a story over a bottle of wine every now and then. Our hobbies include reading and discussing books, gaming (video and tabletop), hiking, camping, cooking and catching up with friends. We both love animals and like living with them so long as they are well trained and friendly. We both have family in Hobart, so we are pretty much guaranteed to be out of the house at least two nights a week visiting them. We have a lot of our own furniture which we are happy to use communally, including book shelves, wine rack, fire pit, TV (its not very big), Xbox, washing machine, and a full kitchen including microwave, slow cooker, kettle ect.

Hi! I'm a 25 year old studying Ancient History at UTAS. I'm looking for a new long-term rental as my current landlord has decided to sell at end of my lease. I am pretty laid-back, respectful, quiet, tidy, friendly but introverted (I tend to read or watch Netflix) I would love a place where people are around in the evenings to catch up. I love books and movies/tv shows (particularly horror and fantasy/sci-fi!) history, pizza and having the odd drink of a good cider. I don't drive, so good access to public transport is a priority

I'm Saumya and I'm currently pursuing my masters degree at UTas. Prior to this, I was working in Melbourne for the last two years. I'm an easy to live with person. Usually quiet but don't mind having a glass of wine or two with my housemates, or having a couple of friends over for dinner at times. Looking for like minded housemate(s) to move in with!
Hello, I'm Marion I'm a warm, easy going introvert, passionate cook, lover of books, dogs, coffee and the sea. Independent, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. Up until now I've been working as a filmmaker - mostly editing documentaries for the last few years, but I'm moving to Hobart to go back to uni. I'm looking for a place that I can stay long term, where I can study and have a bit of a sanctuary - ideally somewhere I can have a nice relationship with housemates, maybe cook and eat together from time to time. I've lived in Germany, and for some time in Belgium and France also, so I love languages and I get along with people from all kinds of international backgrounds. I also have a very high tolerance for people practicing musical instruments in the home, which comes from many years of experience in a large family of musicians cheers, - M
Hello! My brother (right) and I are currently looking for a place to rent, and would love to team up with a person or two. I've just completed my studies at UTAS, and will be (hopefully) graduating this summer and looking for a full-time job, while my brother is studying at Hobart College. I'm friendly, respectful and very passionate about animals and the environment, so I try to be as conscious as I can with my habits. I'm a clean and tidy individual, and would really appreciate a housemate who is equally considerate. My brother is laid back, loves music, video games and a range of sports. Together, we'd like to think we'd make fun and caring housemates! If you'd like to team up with us and look for a house together, or even have a home to offer, in our preferred areas, please do contact me. Cheers! (:

I'll be a dentist and working full time, but also enjoy most sports, hiking, running, going out or having nights in playing boardgames or watching movies and cooking delicious vegan food. Id like to live with fun loving people who are keen to hang out, have quiet drinks or party since ill be new to the city and am keen to meet lots of new people. I am very respectful of my housemates and have lived on campus or in share houses for 6 years now. I always clean up after myself and ask others before having gatherings etc Added bonus: all the free dental advice you can get! If possible a house that allows dogs would be great as im hoping to adopt. but fine if not possible.
