I am offering a spacious, furnished room in my home which attracts lots of sun as it faces North. It is in a quiet area, leafy and green surroundings with some wildlife. Some view of the city and bridge and Derwent from Patio. The home is air conditioned or reverse cycle and is reasonable to run. I do have small dogs who are friendly so you would need to like dogs to live here. This is a no smoking house and a quiet one.
Hello! My name is Elke, I'm an artist and nature lover. I love bushwalking, camping, painting and drawing, cooking, health, psychology and spirituality amongst many other things~ I'm a relaxed, positive and down-to-earth. I'm practical and enjoy making a space look and feel good....decorating, keeping clean within reason, etc. I'd love to live in a creative home with people that care about and respect nature and each other. Some words that come to mind..... nurturing, open, diverse, balanced and positive. A garden, being close to bush and a bath would also be AMAZING
I'm Thalía, I'm 30 years old and I'm Mexican. I'll be doing my postgraduate studies at the UTAS, so I'll be at the Uni all day. However, I do like to explore around and travel. I'm a respectful and tidy person who loves movies and chilling at home. I'm a coffeeholic and I avoid eating meat, although I don't consider myself a veggie.
This room opens up to a balcony with stunning views. It gets all day sun which is great. Although you are in a share house you do have own shower, toilet and laundry. So the only shared part is the kitchen where you have a fridge and own pantry space. If you have further questions contact my landlord David or text any questions to myself being the tenant, Nicole. I had to break my lease due to medical treatment, otherwise would still be happy here.

Welcome to a beautiful home in South Hobart. Looking to fill the main bedroom (fully furnished) for 4.5 months from Mid May until the end of September. It’s an established sharehouse with 4 bedrooms in a gorgeous two storey home which has beautiful views of Mount Wellington and the Derwent River.
Large room becoming available in a Sandy Bay home from early June (approx 5th). 220pw all inclusive of power, internet, gas, foxtel, netflix. Short term (1 month ) acceptable. Can be fully furnished if required. Located 2 blocks on the town side of uni, 25 minute walk from town.
It is very close to university and it has good access to all amenities. Very independent space , non demanding. Open living areas and private bedroom spaces. Large generous garden with established trees and plants. It is an older house so has some quirks which I will attempt to have sorted as soon as possible. As I have only just moved myself I have some refinement still to do. If you can handle the transition then this generous space will work well for you.

Hi my partner and I are moving from New Zealand as I have gotten a job at Illawarra Primary School. My Partner works for the department of conservation in New Zealand and plans to do a similar thing here in Tassie. We both are mature, relaxed people who like going to bed early, eating dumplings and love dogs. I sing, do drama, arts and crafts, netball (obviously why I work with kids) and my partner does powerlifting, does lots of conservation work and treats food like his girlfriend. We like having our own space but enjoy a catch up with the flatmates at the end of the day. We are respectful, tidy and quiet but are always up for a good chat.
I'm hugely people-orientated and would love to spend time getting to know you! More than happy to clean and wash up whenever. I'm an avid gamer, I like to go out drinking with friends and I love political and philosophical debates. I enjoy life and am a very positive, practical person. I hate smokers.
Laid back, easy going and tidy. Studying first year at UTAS, and also working casually, mostly on weekends. Pretty quiet and will respect your space, yet will always be up for a good chat. Looking for somewhere closer to town/uni, as I'm currently having to travel a lot.
Hi, we are Chisato and Hiro from Japan and England. I work in disability support and Chisato works in massage therapy. We're considerate of other people's space, and also like to have a chat when it suits others. We're clean and tidy and prompt with payments(:
I'm Zane, 18 years old, laid back looking for a group of relaxed housemates. I do not have a full time job but won't be spending much time at home. I have study commencing next semester full time. I'm a smoker but very respectful, I hate smoking inside and liter so you are assured all areas will be free of cigarette waste. I'm a bit of a handy man so any problems around the house I can try and fix. I'm technology driven so if you cant set up your printer I'm your guy. and those lawns you haven't been bothered mowing? Don't stress! I have sharp scissors.
I am a nice and tidy person, I will always keep my area clean and will contribute to anything sort of housework that needs to be done. I am social, easy going and well presented. I also love being apart of some sort of family.
Hi, my name is Helen. I work as a nurse in a private practice in town. I moved here from Sydney 12mths ago and have had the great fortune of living in Battery Point for this time. I'm not able to move until end of June, this is when the lease is up. When I'm able to move, living somewhere still centrally located would be great.. I work Monday-Friday, so there wouldn't be an issue with me doing shift work and sleeping patterns conflicting with others. I am very tidy and keep shared spaces clean. I am considerate of others and, I feel, very easy to live with. I'm happy to be sociable with fellow housemates, but can also give others their space where needed. I'm not looking for a party house and I certainly wouldn't treat it as such. I have a bed and couch, but can store these if not needed. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
I'm from Sri Lanka and recently got Australian PR and moving to Tasmania. I'm looking for a place to live for 2-3 months and based on where I get work, even longer.
