Hi future roommate person/s! How weird is it to write about yourself? I'm a 24 year-old male slave working and studying full-time. With whatever time I have spare I love to chill with video games, watching anime and having the odd Mario Kart competition to assert my dominance (Fkn shotgun Peach bruh). I'm a bit of a dork, love to make people laugh and find the humour in almost anything. The more dark and sarcastic your humour, the more we'll get along swimmingly. I've taken up a job opportunity in Greater Northern Melbourne (Kilmore, keyword GREATER) and studying at LTU. Looking for a place that is closer to either, or in-between. ** I can commit between 6 - 12 months, as I'll be saying goodbye to Australia and moving to Japan! **
Young energetic and friendly individual seeking a singular room in any of the aforementioned forms. I work part time and enjoy exercise. I don't mind cooking and am more than willing to roll up my sleeves when it comes to chores. Preferably seeking to stay around the Kilmore area but willing to extend as far as Wallan, Broadford and Seymour. Any questions or even just a conversation is more than welcome, I can be reached through this sites message system and will generally reply quite quickly as I'm usually active. Looking forward to hearing from you.
The second bedroom is occupied by a lovely couple. It's a beautiful rural property a couple of minutes out of Kyneton township. The landlord also lives at the same address in another house. There is lots of space and it's nice and quite, there are always kangaroos in the backyard and lovely views (especially from the bedroom). The rooms are spacious, the house is fully furnished. There is a washing machine and dryer, and well appointed kitchen. Although the internet is not connected NBN is available. If a couple were to move in the room would be $200 with utility bills included.
I'm a 39 year old male living with my girlfriend. We are very clean and tidy. Looking for a house mate who is clean and respectful. House is furnished but bedroom will be unfurnished. House is very close to International School so perfect for student who needs a place to do quiet study. Rent will cover room only and all utility bills and internet. If you have any enquiries please dont hesitate to contact me.
I'm looking for nice quite place to unwind after working long hours I'm clean like to cook and make people laugh , smile & enjoy life . I'm out going and love the finer things I'm out going and enjoy the odd party I don't drink very much love all types of music
Hey! My name is Claudia and I'm looking from New South Wales to Victoria. I'm pretty quiet and easygoing, but I'm always up for socialising :) I love makeup, video games, op shops and weird earrings. If you have animals I'd be more than happy to live with them. I do occasional modelling in Melbourne, so I may be out every now and again.
It is a rural property 9 km from Seymour Room for a horse if you have one. Agistment would be extra. Quiet area. Seymour has train to Melbourne. Undercover outdoor area with BBQ and Spa. You would share the kitchen and laundry. Large family room and lounge room with a wood fire for heating. Plenty of gardens for planting vegetable if you so desire. 3km from Rail Trail to Mansfield if you are into bike riding.
It's quiet, possibly too quiet, most of the time. There's 10 acres for your pets to go mental. Wood fire as well as electric, air-conditioning, shower big enough to wash a dog. If you lean out the window you can even get mobile reception.
Total privacy, lovely outlook from every room, warm, sunny, spacious, close to the train station 5 mins. Living with an x chef, vegie patch, potters kiln and wheel available, dogs, cats welcome. Horse is possible as well for a little extra. Great flatmates! Netflix included, fire heater in the living room, covered bbq area, lovely home, lovely gardens, There is also the possibility of riding one of my quiet horses if you have some experience, in exchange for a bit of help around the place.
Hi my names is Michael, I enjoy keeping fit and active by going to the gym, eating well, swimming and getting out and about, exploring new things and meeting new people. I also enjoy learning new things and a good conversation. I currently work 3 part time jobs one for an independent gardener, one at a butchers and another at a nursery, whilst studying Horticulture full time in Melbourne. I will be completing my qualification at the end of June and obviously am after some where to live and a friendly face to move in with. I'm a very neat, clean and organised person as well.
My house is reasonably new, neat and tidy in a quiet court. You room is furnished with heaps of cupboard space and next to the laundry, toilet and bathroom which will be yours as i dont use them except for the odd bath. I have a big back yard and a small dog. Other pets may be ok?
Oh hi! Now that I have your attention, I'm looking for a room around Ballarat from approximately the 12th August (or 26th). I'm open to living either near the CBD so i can walk to work, or in the nearby surrounding suburbs. A bit about me: I'm a 28-year-old male journalist currently working in Mildura (but living in Melbourne). I'm quite relaxed and easy going, friendly with people from all walks of life, a tidy and neat-conscious person, well aware of other people's space, and most of all I love an adventure. I currently live with 3 females and have lived with a mix of guys and gals before. I'm a bit of a sports nerd, love being active in social sport teams (anything from footy, to basketball to lacrosse to tennis or cycling). I also take a lot of photos (not the selfie kind) as that's my other passion outside of work. I'm also big on going to gigs across a lot of different genres, especially punk. I also love all animals so if you have a pet, then that's a bonus! I have a lot of existing items already including my own bed, couch, TV, kitchen items, etc. So I'm pretty self sufficient in terms of furnishings. Having said that, if there's a furnished house or flat that's always a bonus. I often like to come and go when I need to as I'm a fairly social person outside my four walls. I am the kind of person that likes to bring a friend over to watch TV, so I like to be social with people and respectful of others in our shared spaces. My budget is about a maximum of $200 per week, but could be flexible if rent included internet, foxtel, gas, electricity, water, etc were added in. I'm originally from Albury, then Hobart, now Melbourne, so I've gotten used to moving recently, but really just hoping to settle in Ballarat at the right place! Ideally, I'm hopeful of living with 1-2 people, young professionals around my age (flexible with that) that have had experience in sharehouses before. If you think I'm the right for your place, I'd love to know more about you, and the surroundings, and any pictures you have of potential rooms and shared spaces. I can provide professional and housemate references where required. Now that you've made it this far, I'd love to know more about YOU and what you're looking for in a place or housemate! Thanks :)
