I am barely home, have experience living with multiple people and couples. I prefer to wind down with netflix in bed after work and gym most mornings. Early riser but will respect that not everyone is so i am very good at being quiet. I may have a late Friday night work drinks or party but otherwise i am squeezing it tv series after series.

I'm quiet, keep to my self and give people their own space. At the same time I can be a great listener and love to discuss everything and anything philosophical/spiritual. I'll be studying psychology and philosophy soon, so I'm keen to find a place that's quiet and away from main roads. I'm more than happy to help out with general house chores (mowing lawn, vacuuming main areas e.c.t) provided the duties are equally shared, many hands make light work :). But on that note, I will not clean up after people, so don't expect me to clean up your mess. I'm on the ball with dishes, next day clean up at the latest and I expect the same from the people I'm living with. My pet hate is people who don't clean up after themselves and/or leave dirty dishes in the sink or around the house. I love music and occasionally muck around on my guitar but it's never been a hassle for those I've lived with and I can adapt with other roomies preferences :). I've been getting into the theory of a holistic lifestyle and wouldn't mind rubbing shoulders with people of a similar interest (i.e. healthy diet, fasting, meditation, alternate medicine and green-thumb activities). I've done my fair share of partying, late nights and alcohol...so not looking for a house that prides itself on those things. That being said, I smoke cigarettes, not a ridiculous amount but I do smoke. I smoke outside and I understand that some people really dislike it, so just a heads up :). Plus I'm not a stooge who hates drinking or people who love a drink (or other recreational things for that matter :P) but its something I rarely do.
