I’ve recently moved back to Brisbane after living in Adelaide for a year working as an accountant. I’m currently working in the News/Media industry. I’m a very open person and enjoy everything in my life. On weekends I’m usually at the gym or with friends at the pub. I’ve also signed up to gym and I’m doing a 8 week challenge to get rid of my love handles so I’m rarely in the house. But I do like to cacoon once in awhile. I also like painting, gardening, travelling and beaches. I’m respectful, tidy and caring. I respect people’s boundaries and hope someone can respect mine. I’m a big family person and will hope you would be okay with them visiting and staying on the odd occasions. I don't have any pets but don't mind having a cat around the place. I am neat and normally keep to myself. Normally when I am chilling my door is open and when I am sleeping or studying it's closed. I like all food and respect all peoples dietary choices. Same with smoking, I don't smoke myself but what you want to do is up to you. I have a fear of ants so I like to keep the place crumb free. I work full time as a electronics/software engineer in the city and in my spare time I like to stay active, socialise and cook or bake (I’ll share). I like my living space to be tidy and clean. Can’t live with smokers (I've got fairly bad asthma), and I don’t want to live with a couple. I would also like to have flyscreens on the windows and doors, because I'm personally victimized by mozzies (or be on a floor high enough to be out of reach). Mostly just wanting to team up, since I have most of the furniture we would need for common areas, plus a fridge and washing machine. I am looking to move out mid-June and I am happy with one or multiple male or female roommates. I am more than happy to live with pet(s) and I'm okay with smoking if it's done outdoors. Ideally, a bathroom for myself would be great, but I'm flexible with that. I think there are a few reasons why I would be a good roommate. I am clean and tidy, especially when it comes to areas we all use. I'm really easy to get along with and more than happy to have a chat. I am responsible and mature when I need to be, but I still like to have fun. I'm easy going; I don't expect too much from my roommates and I'm always willing to agree to some house rules. If I'm not studying or working then I'll probably be at home making music (with headphones), playing video games, watching tv shows/youtube, or with my girlfriend or other friends. On rare occasions, I might be at the gym... Hopefully this all sounds good to you! Your bedroom is large enough for a queen bed, there is built in wardrobes with shelves (Heaven!). The room is bright and gets the morning sun but is nice a cool in the afternoon and evening. You will have plenty of your own space and with the ensuite connected you are basically living the dream. The train station is directly across the car park so it is so convenient to get anywhere. The apartment block is set in the middle of Nundah Village which is home to many places to eat, drink, work out and Woolworths is a 5 second walk! Everything is convenient about this great place!
