FURNITURE: I'm ideally looking for somewhere fully furnished apart from the bedroom. I have a medium size desk and can buy the rest of the stuff. If it's already furnished then that's a bonus. BEDROOM SIZE: I definitely need a bedroom of reasonable size. Hoping to fit a queen bed, desk and a whiteboard for my work. Don't worry the whiteboard will only be attached to the wall by Velcro. My roommate is moving out so I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of the lease, ending next January. You will need to pass the rental agency's screening. The room available is the smaller of the two rooms but currently fits a queen bed and has double built in robes. Furniture wise I have everything the house needs, just bring your bedroom stuff. My current housemate has recently purchased a house and will unfortunately be moving out at the end of the month and I am looking for someone to take over her part of the lease which goes until 19th of september (with possibility of extension). Located on a quiet street in Nundah. A short walk from the heart of Nundah, train station and Toombul shopping centre. You will get the main bedroom which is fairly big, with ensuite. The main bedroom also has its own air conditioning. There are also two semi-hairless cats that live in the unit that are extremely affectionate and are always willing to have a cuddle. This place is just 5 mins on walk from toombul shopping centre. Just 2 minswalk to bus stop and 8 mins walk to train station very convenient to go anywhere. CBD just 15 mins on train. Has a big balcony and nice and clean inside out. Very quite neighborhood. BTW i have 65" 3D tv so u might enjoy the movie time as well 😂

Lovely near new 2 bedroom unit on the top floor. There are only 16 units on the property so it's never too loud. There is an undercover car park for the unit available all the time and I don't have and vehicle myself so parking is never an issue. Only 10mins from the airport and 2 minutes walk to train and bus station and 1 minute to Toombul shopping centre. Own large bathroom available as well as built in mirrored cupboard. Decent sized balcony and lounge room with air-conditioning. The only household items missing would be a washing machine and lounge as they are my current housemates items who is moving out.
