This is very close to Toombul shopping centre, buses and trains. The city is 15 minutes away by train and the Airport is a 15 minute drive. Internet and Netflix are included. The electricity bill is shared. The last reading was $256 for the quarter for the flat. The unit has the basics, fridge, tv, washing machine but the bedroom is unfurnished. The living area is air-conditioned which I don't use much. Toombul shopping centre has a cinema and a 24 HR gym. We are also close to bike and walking tracks.

Rent for a single person is $180, and $230 for a couple. The place is a reasonably large two bedroom unit located a stone's throw from Toombul shops, and a 5 minute walk to Nundah village and Nundah train station. The room available is the master bedroom, with plenty of cupboard space, carpeted flooring, an ensuite and louvred windows with a fly screen. The room has a great breeze given that it overlooks the whole of Toombul, but split system air conditioning is also installed. The living space also has air conditioning and quite a roomy lounge, dining and open plan kitchen area. I also have a study desk and some storage pieces that the other housemate/s are more than welcome to use. The balcony is large and has great views over the Nundah/Toombul area, and I have a 6-seater outdoor setting. Please note the furnishings in the house have changed a little, however the house (other than the room) are completely furnished. I have an ADSL wireless connection that would be $45 p/month if the potential housemate/s would like to opt in. It's a high speed, unlimited connection, so go nuts with Netflix and downloads. There is plenty of off street parking and the other building occupants are all well behaved. Some champion puts all our bins in and out for service, so no need for the weekly bin runs! The rental agreement doesn't permit pets, unfortunately. Unless you have a goldfish or something small that is well contained.
