You will be living in a cottage style home that comes with gas heating and fans in every room. You will have your choice of the two double rooms available, with the room you don't choose staying as a spare room. However, the bedroom you choose will not be furnished so you will need your own bed as well as somewhere for your clothes. The house is fully furnished, except for a dining room table, but don't worry that is coming. You will also have your own bathroom, but this will also be used as the guest bathroom when we have visitors.
