Hi! I'm a shift worker at The Canberra Hospital. Very clean & tidy person, respectful of others personal space. Flexible with moving dates between April and August. Love all animals - happy to live with pets. I'm a very independent person, spending alot of time at work / gym / with friends, would be ideal to live with other active & independent people. Looking for a relaxed, tidy, peaceful place to live and enjoy life :)
Hi I'm Alex, currently looking for a room around south or inner south Canberra. Either a room for rent or happy to combine with others to create a share house if need be. Don't mind be social and having a few drinks etc but respect others privacy as well. Feel free to contact me if you would like to know more or talk.
My name is Marlon, I'm a very friendly, easy going guy, I am seeking a place to live to play soccer and work. I am fully employed. I am a generally tidy guy and am happy to share cooking and cleaning. I enjoy sports and having fun but also respect other people's privacy and space
Pretty chill, just as happy doing my own thing as hanging out with others. Moving to Canberra to study postgraduate clinical measurement science with full time placement at the hospital. I've been living in a share house for the last three years so I know whats what. I treat everything as if its my own (in a good way) and I'm respectful of other people. I like things neat and tidy but between study and placement I don't think I'll be home often enough to cause a mess.
Clean & tidy, quiet, ready for a chat, loves diving. Likes cooking and respect other spaces. Ready to make new friends. Likes to grow veggies!
After a break-up, I'm moving from Sydney to Canberra for a sea-change. I'm looking for work in Canberra at the moment similar to my current position as a Digital Interface Designer (I design apps and websites). Shouldn't take me long at all to find a new job. I've got a very friendly 3 year old Irish Wolfhound x St Bernard dog, who though excitable when playing, often just loves nothing more than to snooze, especially after her daily walk. I cook, clean, and am pretty good with handywork and gardening, and am a pretty sociable dude around the house. I play a lot of instruments, and wanna get back into jamming, so other musicians are appreciated too. I've been renting with my now ex-girlfriend since I was 19, and if you're not a slob, I'll be motivated not to be either. I'll be home fairly often, apart from regular office hours. I've got an entire house worth of furniture - just BYO bedroom. I'm looking for a 2+ bedroom house or townhouse anywhere in Canberra, I'm not really fussed, as long as it's a decent and safe area. Probably only looking for 1 housemate, but I could budge if it were the right place and right people.
I'm a very social person but love my quiet time. I'll be spending most weekends away and working full time but love to watch the telly at night after work. I love dogs if you have any! Very clean and easy going. Potentially looking for my own bathroom and a car space.
I'm a South Australian Librarian, recently moved to Canberra and am working for Federal Government. I stick to my room and am a considerate, and clean housemate. I'm a musician and a gamer, however I won't play music loudly unless you're not home. I don't eat meat. I have the most beautiful, gentle and sweet adult cat, who is impeccably trained and thus is easy to live with. I love coffee and do enjoy a drink, but I don't host any parties. I'm serious about having a place with good internet, air conditioning and heating. Importantly, I'm willing to do all the ground work to find a pet friendly house that isn't too far from Civic. Ideally I am looking for a housemate that is around my own age or older. If you feel like we'd work as housemates, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Hi there, My name is Nelson. I'm 21 years old and have recently completed a degree in International Studies at Deakin, Melbourne. I am seeking a room for a 3 month period as I will be undertaking an internship with the Australian Institute of International Affairs in Canberra. I'm friendly, easy going and always up for a chat or a laugh. I will probably be focused on the internship predominantly, but am more than happy spending time with housemates and relaxing. I am attentive, clean and respectful, and mindful of others in their own space. I would preferably like a furnished room, or one with a bed provided at least, mainly so I don't have to cart all my stuff up from Victoria. So please get in touch if you have a room available. Thank you.
Hi there :) I am a cheerful graduate of Linguistics and Engineering, moving to Canberra for a graduate program - my first full-time working position - which I am quite excited about! Will try my best to be a tidy, easygoing and generally affable housemate. In my spare time I like to play the ukulele (softly!) and go for jogs-walks, as well as read novels, do handicraft, chat with friends and eat froyo... I'd be happy to share a meal/drink with my housemate(s) every now and then, but also need time to myself - and I would fully respect your privacy!
I'm a barista and aspirant musician! My current interests include music, gaming and coffee culture. I mostly like to keep to myself however would usually be up for some chats and hangs! I don't often drink or stay out late on weekends, but I have been known to on occasion. My plan is to get myself settled into the share house life before starting uni full-time in 2018.
I am a mature male IT contractor working for Health in Woden. I fly in on Monday nights and fly out Friday midday so need a room for the 4 nights a week and for leaving some of my gear. I have a yearly contract ending June 30. I am easy going, clean and quite. I am available to inspect on any day Tuesday to Thursday.
Working 9-5 in the city so somewhere in the area would be ideal. Drinks tea and coffee in equal measure, will recycle till the end of days. Can cook about 12 things but willing to try new things (promise i won't poison you). Enjoy playing sports some evenings and watching it others. Keep lying to myself that I like running but will do it on occasion.
Includes, gas, electricity, water charges, Internet and Foxtel. Seeking a clean tidy and respectful person, to share with Owner, and Daughter, who is 20 and a Uni student. Our home also has a Sunroom, studio, outdoor entertaining area with bbq. Share main bathroom. We also have our own studio gym, tennis court and swimming pool that you can use. 2 minutes walk to Mawson shops, bus stop less than 2 minutes from property. Woden is 1.8ks away as is The Canberra Hospital. We both lead busy lives, but ensure our home is kept clean and tidy. We are looking for someone to treat our place as if it were theirs. We have a miniature Schnauzer dog, so sorry no more pets.
Good sized room in clean renovated apartment. Spectacular views into parkland. Large balcony. Well equipped with good fridges, washing machine etc. Close to excellent shopping centre and public transport. Would suit somebody wanting to live a quiet and independent existence.
The house is a mere 20 seconds' walk to the Wanniassa Shops and Wanniassa National Health Co-op, and a few minutes to public transportation. Plenty of room for social events or visiting relatives and friends. Ducted aircon, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and front room. Full access to kitchen and family rooms. Spacious garden currently in need of quite a bit of TLC. Bedroom is fully-furnished and has inbuilt wardrobe. King single bed will be replaced if desired, own television available as option. Toilet and bathroom directly across the hall. Third bedroom is currently a bombsite, having been my mother's sewing room until her passing, and now has stuff tossed in there until I find the energy to sort it all out. Door kept closed to keep cats out and because I have something of a Blue Beard complex without the violence. Apologies for the wonky photos, they do tend to make one a bit light-headed, but my camera and I don't see eye to eye. Front room currently distressingly messy and now my craft hub, so no pictures as a surprises never hurt anyone. Will entertain furniture rearrangements if you feel strongly about it.
Great little house in a lovely residential area, lots of natural light and a cute dog and cat to make you feel at home. Air conditioning throughout the house and a good heater in the living room. Easy access to anywhere as it's not far from the parkway, close to hospital and Hyperdome.

Quiet street, close to MT Taylor, hiking, walking, walking distance to shops. shared bathroom but clean and tidy room mates. fully furnished house. ample storage. rent negotiable Foxtel, internet, Netflix included in rent. bills split equally qtly.
Great leafy suburb with good views in almost all directions. Has outdoor BBQ, central ducted air conditioning and heating. Large house with three bathrooms (plus an ensuite for main bedroom), two lounge rooms, family room, dining room, two kitchens and laundry. House essentially has two separate living areas. Upstairs (where these rooms are) has all the rooms listed above except two of the bathrooms, one lounge room, one kitchen and the laundry. Walking distance to bus stop, this house is in a cul-de-sac and sits high on a hill. It has multiple fruit trees out back. Includes a garage space with remote control access. Room also has own external access door. Room available is the master bedroom, with a walk through wardrobe, private access and ensuite. Room dimensions are 3.65 x 3.54 metres, not including robe and ensuite. Room can be supplied furnished or unfurnished. If you want to have more than one person in the room, there would be an additional charge of $25 per week to cover the extra utility costs. House has broadband wifi.
Hello! I'm a recent graduate from Melbourne and will be moving to Canberra between mid to late Jan for a job. I am very easy going and will respect your personal space. I enjoy spending time by myself but am happy to hang out. What I'm looking for: - private bedroom - private bathroom (or shared with one other person) - quiet, tidy and clean place - easy access to public transport - reasonable internet - shared living areas
I'm a quiet computer dev who keeps to himself. In Canberra taking up an ICT promotion/graduate job in the APS. Brought up in Ipswich, Queensland I completed my Bachelors in IT at the University of Queensland, and worked in other public sector ICT jobs for 6 years. I'm active in a lot of university clubs/societies and student-led startups. I play violin professionally for extra cash, I'm interested in the entrepreneurship/startup scene and enjoy geocaching to get out of the house. Happy to go out for the occasional drinks (but I'm not really a party person) or stay home and play boardgames. Very easy going and can get along with nearly everyone :) Feel free to add me on social media to get to know me better

Hi, I am a non-smoker, neat and tidy and a teacher. I am looking for a share place somewhere southside in Canberra. I don't have pets, I play the guitar occasionally but am pretty quiet and easy to get along with. I am looking to move in ASAP if I can find the right place. Peter
Hey there, I'm Zahra and I'm currently studying Law at UC. I'd like to be close to campus, but have a car and am open to pretty much any suburb in the area. I am working part-time as a cleaner, and can keep a clean house myself. I'm not much of a cook, but I can make a few nice dishes. Whilst I mostly keep to myself, and my studies, I'll happily discuss anything from literature, to language, to politics. I would prefer to live in a LGBT+ friendly house. However, I have a pet cat, who is well-socialized to other cats, as well as dogs, however she is optional. I would prefer to bring her with me, but I can make other arrangements for her. Since I have a car, I would need somewhere to park it, but I'm comfortable with street parking!
Hi there! I am a 22 year old female, I work full time at the Canberra Hospital. I am very easy going and love a good yarn and a few glasses of wine, but also love my own time just watching Netflix in peace. I do have a retired show dog called Mouse, she is a toy breed so pretty small, she is house trained and loves sunbaking and sleeping, she also pretty much attached to me so there is no option to leave her behind. I am a smoker but NEVER in the house and always clean up after myself. My living situation at the moment is less than ideal, I commute from Murrumbateman to Woden everyday and the time and petrol is just getting the better of me. So that's it! please don't hesitate to message me! G x
Aidan and I are both young adults looking to move out of home. Both of us are tidy and able to cook and clean. I have a part-time job in Tuggeranong. We have our own personal furniture (bed, bookcase, set of draws etc.) but can pitch in to buy things such as cooking utensils and other furniture if need be. In our spare time we (mostly Aidan) play video/computer games, read, and other quiet things. We are also interested in camping, indoor rock climbing, and hiking etc. We are looking to move out around April or May, but can wait a bit longer or move sooner, if need be
