Hello! I work fulltime in the city so I am looking to move closer to the CBD, I am flexible in locations as long as it doesn't take me too long to get to work :) I eat a plant based diet so it would be great if you did too, we could share meals and so on, but I am not fussy if you eat meat. I have pets so if you love animals and have never had the chance to own your own it would be great for you! Or even if you own pets of your own :) I am pretty quiet, I often work lates at the moment but it's a rotating roster so it could change. I'm down for someone who I can chill with, binge watch some Netflix or play some video games with. I am not really a party animal but I do enjoy the occasional night in with drinks and friends and games etc. My budget is also flexible, I am currently paying $350 a fortnight inc bills. My moving day is flexible.
I'm a little reserved at first but generally over time I open up. I work different hours per day so some days I won't be home all day. I pay my bills on time and I'm a considerate person. If you have more questions feel free to ask.

Hey guys :) I have a room for rent to a female, located in west Footscray in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. The house is fully furnished, with dishwasher, washing machine etc. Close to highpoint shopping centre and a short 12 minute train ride into the CBD.
About us -- We're just a bunch of normal people who get along well, 'We' consist of 2 nice girls and 2 cool guys (all around 30y.o), a adorable kitty and friendly outdoor doggie! We're friendly and nice people that I'm sure you'd enjoy living with. We enjoy a good chat every now and then, but we also all understand that we need our own space. All 4 of us work at all different hours of the day, so you'll find that you don't know if we're coming or going at times. Usually there's someone home at all times of the day but we usually keep to our rooms, at times it'll feel like there's no one home. We value cleanliness so the house is always clean, neat and tidy. As such we expect that from our new tenant. -- About the place -- The house is around 6 years old. Located in a relatively new and secluded estate - All new houses around here and a small park just a minute walk away. The room can be partially furnished with mattresses/beds, bedside tables, desk. There is a wardrobe in the room. Shared bathroom, separate toilet, large living area/kitchen/dining area. Parking is available on the property. Bills and consumables are split between us equally. Approximately 10-15 minutes walk to Tottenham Station. Approximately 5 minutes walk to 216/219 Bus routes (which take you to Sunshine, Footscray, City, Chapel St, Caulfield. Approximately 15-20 minutes drive to the CBD (NON Peak hour, on a good run) Takes me approximately 30 minutes to ride from here to Docklands on a bicycle. Close to Highpoint Shopping Centre. Under five minute drive to shops. --- fine print --- $500 security deposit, rent is paid in advance and due on first of every month.
Clean, tidy, moving interstate and I need to find suitable accommodation. Have great rental references and I'm always on time with rent.
Hey, my name is Ajay and I am working full time hours as well as studying. I am very sociable but also know people need their privacy. I like a clean and tidy place. If you have any further questions, just ask. Thanks, Ajay.
I'm a 22 year old young professional moving from Sydney to Melbourne. I work full time and outside of this, I enjoy socialising, cooking, keeping fit and am a generally tidy and organised individual.
Howdy friends I'm Grace, I'm a 20 year old uni student at Vic uni (Footscray Park campus) studying journalism. I'm looking for anything in close proximity to Vic uni so I can complete my last year of my degree. I'm currently based at UniLodge and am looking to move out in December. I play a lot of video games or just like to chill out and relax with music (headphones on OFC). I also love cooking and am 100% okay with living with pets of any kind. I clean up after myself and will happily do my share of housework and help out as needed!
Hi I'm Liam I'm 26, enjoy board games, cooking, cycling and hanging out watching TV I work for a residential building company as an estimator (more exciting than it sounds!) I'm currently living in Footscray and looking for somewhere west side for a few months :) 💃
**HELP REHOME MY LOVABLE CAT AND I** Hello future roomie(s)! Work: I work full-time Mon-Fri. I'm up early so I tend to keep it low-key on school nights but never say no to a wine and a chat. Personal stuff: I love cooking, reading, binge-watching TV series, documentaries, hiking, eating out, going to the gym. Will occasionally bunker down in my room for my own space but otherwise consider myself pretty social. I'm also clean, but not anal. Sort of person that cleans up after them self as they go, and would enjoy a general house clean once a week. You don't need to ask me to buy stuff for the house, and I always pay bills on time. The little dude: I come with a very affectionate, one-eyed cat called Mike. He's very well-behaved and comes with good references. He will bully you for pats and has a weird obsession with feet. Ideally I'd like a place on the GF, or a house. He usually spends his time outdoors, which means no gross kitty litter. You: Clean, mature, responsible adult. Can communicate calmly. Respectful of shared space. You know, generally housebroken! I'm easy going with all kinds of people, but would love to live with people who are open to becoming friends as well.
I have been living in Auckland for the past year; now coming back to Australia for university at RMIT and will be going into a BA of Photography. I'd say I'm a fairly chilled person. I also play the clarinet and have been for ten years, that'll be coming with me. I don't smoke or have any pets, just myself, clarinet and small collection of cameras. I am not the go out and party ever night kind, I'd rather say in or go out somewhere nice with a couple of friends. So I won't be throwing any huge parties. I am looking for a room in Melbourne with fantastic flatmates. Only visited Melbourne a few times so I don't know my way around but am ready for a new city and new people.
Hi, I'm looking for an un furnished room. I'm easy to get a long with, tidy, am out working most of the time as I work long hours, I have great references:) I enjoy going to the gym, indoor climbing, meeting friends, yoga, reading, and being outdoors. I'm looking for a place for a minimum of three months.
Hi My name is Jack. I am currently studying at the Swinburne University of Technology as an International student from Germany. Despite my 22 years age i am a clean and responsible guy. I am the kind of person with whom you could have a relaxing time watching movies. I will be working a lot for my study and therefore I will have to focus on working for the university. The best way I get in my "focus zone" is by having a clean desk. I like it when it is clean and tidy because then my concentration is on a whole different level and i could get work done. That is the reason why garbage has to be cleaned up and thrown away. As well as keeping the dish washer clean and in a good state. Like everybody I am enjoying while hearing music. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Doing everything the right way, no late payments, no tricks, no people over, no lies, no hassles, honest, mature, quiet, private, keeps to themselves, responsible, clean, tidy, well educated, professional, lovely, sweet, friendly. I need furnished with just a double or queen bed and I need a desk preferably. I would like all bills inclusive because I do not wish to be ripped off or tricked by bills.
Hi there, Me and my dog Ursula are on the hunt for an animal loving, open-minded, friendly and respectful flatmate to join us in our new house in heavenly West Footscray! Looking to escape the dynge and cramp of single-fronted or apartment living? Want a veggie garden, a big bright room, small spare room for visitor sleepovers/studio/office, gas central heating (!) and tonnes of other good homely conveniences? The room is a large double bedroom with polished floorboards, fresh paint, full wall of built-ins and a big window, so very bright. The house has polished floorboards, hydronic heating (yes!), ceiling fans, is freshly painted, has a dishwasher and washing machine, new hot water service, broccoli, cauliflower, spring onion, carrots and soon to be much more growing in the veggie patch and a small office / spare room to share. Furniture is classic vintage (Tessa lounges, grandmother's sideboard, granddad's nautical themed side table etc) but fairly minimal / not in abundance as only recently moved back to OZ after being away for 8 years. The house is in a really lovely pocket of WF, delightfully quiet but close enough to stuff to not feel isolated. 1km from West Footscray station, 20 minutes on the train to Flinders Street (from W.F), 250m to Barkly village (with the best Indian restaurant in Melbourne apparently), 2km into Footscray (market, delicious pho, savers et al), 5km to Yarraville (farmers market, Cruickshank Park, The Sun, pubs etc) short drive to Williamstown and Altona beaches (awesome for dogs, just sayin). The room (unfurnished) is; Rent: $996.50 PCM / $230 per week, plus utilities Bond: $996.50 bond Available now Happy to talk options if a couple or have your own dog too :)

I'm easy going and tidy to live with. I enjoy my own space but love to share chats, meals, movies and such. I'll be working full time in the city Monday to Friday. Love to cook an occasional shared meal and will help with household chores. I'll be in Melbourne in January 2018 for approx. 4 months before moving onto Adelaide - then off to Europe towards the end of 2018. Looking for a basic furnished room, specifically a bed and preference is to have my own ensuite / bathroom.
I am a social guy working within hospitality, currently living in New Zealand til the 21st of September. I clean up after myself, am easy to live with and cook my own food. I always pay rent on time and keep to myself at times as well as socialise. I'm from the south of England and have just spent the last year in New Zealand. Australia will be 4th working holiday! For fun I like to play pool, have the occasional drink in a nice bar and meet up for coffee. I also go to the gym and enjoy yoga every week!
