Hi, I'm moving from Brisbane to Townsville in July to study marine biology post grad. I've lived in share houses for 8 years in Brisbane and am very clean, respectful of others space and property but also social :) I love the ocean and being at the beach. And also like keeping fit- yoga, running, netball and cycling. I'll be looking to work part-time while studying and am excited to get out and explore townsville and surrounds.

The apartment is in Townsville's best location, it's located just one block back from The Strand, which is amazing because you get the cool ocean breeze. It's less than a block from the restaurants along Gregory Street. It's in walking distance to Coles, the Strand, plenty of great restaurants and Castle Hill. The apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom unit, plenty of room for 3 people. Nice big kitchen which certainly never feels cramped. It is also very safe and secure. The main bedroom is up for rent, it is a really big room with air-con, a fan, a walk in wardrobe, en suite and private balcony that has a clothes line on it. Recently moved this month to Townsville for work, and am looking for a clean house to live. I travel fairly regularly for work so wont be home some weeks. I dont mind helping with yard work and am clean and tidy and like to live with people who are similar. Ideally I would prefer a furnished house as I haven't started buying house stuff up here yet.
