Hi everyone :) I'm a 28-year old nurse currently working in the area of Campbelltown hence the need for a new accomodation. I'm quiet but I wouldn't mind a good conversation over a cup of coffee or a trip to the local pub once in a while. I am on shift work and studying part-time so I'll be out of the house most the week. I have been living in adelaide for 2 years now and I'm very used to living in a shared house ( long term tenant). I will clean up after my mess, mindful of shared bathrooms and will help with the overall house chores. Move in date will be 13th of June or earlier.
Are you looking for a swimming pool, gym access and room service? Then you’ve come to the wrong place! We’re offering a spacious, fully furnished home with a decent outdoor area in a peaceful neighbourhood.
We are two sisters looking for a third female to share our house in Hectorville. We are 23 & 25, so are looking for someone between 20 & 30. We would be looking for you to move in ASAP, however it is also important for us to find the right person. Ideally you would stay until our lease is renewed next January, however we understand that life changes and we are flexible to that. We would appreciate for you to commit to at least 3 months, and that you would be working or studying. About the house: The house we are renting has character & is unique, but we think it’s cozy and homely and we are looking for someone who will feel the same way. There is a small lounge area and kitchen, (which we are still working on furnishing!), a laundry (currently missing a washing machine…if you had one that’d be a bonus!) and separate bathroom and toilet. Your room is approximately 3.8m x 2.4m and is unfurnished (although we could organise to furnish it with basic furniture if needed). It is right by the kitchen, so ideally you would be an early riser or a good sleeper, as we are both up and about between 6 and 7 in the morning. We have ducted airconditioning. Bills would be split evenly & we are looking at getting wifi, which would also be split. We would ask you to pay a 6 week bond, as we have done. About the area: We are less than 5 minutes from both the Rostrevor Romeo’s Foodland and the Firle Shopping Centre. We are within easy walking distance to buses into the city, and about 20 minutes from the city. Please send us a message, telling us a bit about yourself, if you are interested in coming to meet us & our house. Thanks, Eloise & Joanna

Hi there, I am an international student and I also have a part-time job at the moment. I am responsible, friendly and easy to get along with. I like to live an active but also sometimes quiet lifestyle, love to travel, meet my friends, love to do gardening, I don’t mind reading a good book or watching a nice movie ... I am a non-smoker, honest, clean. I am open for a nice talk but also respect (and need my) private time, I am respectful (of course also towards other peoples stuff) and I would consider myself as a happy and relaxed person. At home I am a photographer and social worker… what else... just ask me. ☺ I get along with my current flatmates very well and I am not in a hurry to move, just want to find the 'perfect' new home for me. Why? I would love to have a bit more space in my room as its really small. I also would love to do a bit of gardening (growing a few herbs and vegetables), so if you have a garden and you are fine with that, that would be great. I am for sure not a party animal but I like to have a friend over just from time to time to have a movie night or what ever together. So it would be nice, if you don't have problems with that. If you wish references from previous housemates, that wouldn’t be a problem. ☺ Would be a pleasure to hearing from you! :-) Thanks

We are environmentally and socially conscious, and are looking for someone like-minded to move in as our current fourth is relocating to Seaford for work. 2 large rooms are available, both over 17 square meters with built-in robe, share a bathroom. The bond is 4 week rent. No pets. Bills, including internet and a gardener are split evenly four ways, and generally work out to be less than 25 dollars per person per week. She’s into hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing.
Hi whoever, I work FIFO roster so I will work away for 3 weeks (during this time I will be living at my work and not in Adelaide) and then I will have 3 weeks break to which i will be Living in the house in Adelaide. So I will only be there half the time I like my own company but also don't mind being social or whatevers going on. I don't care either way I'm pritty adaptable I love animals and fitness and being active. I'm pritty chill and easy going and friendly. My circumstance is situated primarily around my dog as her wellbeing is my main focus; I am I particular looking for a housemate/s Who adores dogs and is willing to take care of her and love her as if she was their own while I am away at work - I will obviously take care all expenses involved in the care taking of her. My dogs name is Sabah. She is a o year old medium size mongrel (we think Staffordshire cross) she is a very lovable dog; Loves people and attention and is very loyal. She is intelligent and obedient and is not a barking dog. Most people always comment on how obedient and loyal she is and the ones who have spent some time with her baby sitting her for me have gotten attached to her. A decent backyard is also optimal. I understand my circumstance is unique But my dog is my priority here so please don't contact me unless you feel you fit my requirements. If so I would love to here from you!

Neat, tidy and self sufficient 17 yr old student not long moved to Adelaide on a one year scholarship to Prince Alfred College. Study is a priority therefor requiring safe suitable accommodation for the remainder of the year. Easy going, friendly and chilled.
I'm currently studying Education and Arts at Flinders University and working at a primary school OSHC. Super into music, art, movies and TV. I love cooking, especially for other people. Absolute animal lover, and am pretty environmentally conscious (if you ignore my UberEats habit). I'm social but also value quiet. I've lived in a houseshare before, and always pay my bills on time :) I have my own car and come with a fridge and tv if needed. Also some pretty cool outdoor furniture and art. 420 friendly (if that matters), LGBT+ friendly and mad advocate for mental health and self love! I would prefer to live with at least one other woman or non-binary person, I don't want a majority-male household.
Looking for 2 other people to team up and start a new share house, preferably 3-4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in the Eastern suburbs. I have 2 small dogs, so they must like animals. I have loads of general household furniture and white goods too. I’m in my final year of a teaching degree and have been living in a share house for 3 years. However the Landlord has just informed me that the house is going on the market soon, so I’ll have to move. I make a great housemate as I am quiet, friendly, respectful, mature and clean and tidy. Thanks :)
