I'm a 22yo final year law student at Adelaide. Have rented before so we know how to be sociable but also respectable to others' personal space. Clean, friendly and love good coffee. Please let me know if you have anything close to the Adelaide Uni.
I'm a 19 year old student in my fourth year of Uni and am looking to move to Adelaide for my final year. I don't mind having some fun but also don't like things getting too untidy. I can cook and won't complain when housework needs to be done.
Hey there, we are two pretty chilled out ppl who are looking to fill 3 empty rooms in our lovely old place. Situated in beautiful Tranmere, we are very close to the shops, and a quick bus ride to the city. The three rooms are available now. Not hugely sized, but they are cozy. One has a mattress if needed. There is a decent sized living room with aircon, room for another couch and a great secure backyard with plenty of room. We don't have a washing machine atm but there is a laundromat very close by. There are a couple of small sheds out the back for storage as well.

I'm an easygoing person, looking for a nice place in Adelaide that I can call home for 3 months, while I complete an internship. I love my own space, but also enjoy company and a glas of wine to unwind after a long day. I like to be fairly active and spend my spare time exploring the great outdoors and will hopefully find some nice areas to hike not too far from the city. It would be nice to live with someone with a laid back attitude, who also knows how to replace the toilet paper once it runs out :)
I work alot of hours, I go to the gym. I am rarely home but when I am home all I do is chill out watch TV. I'm a clean person and always cleaning rooms. I'm laid back relaxed and just living by life.
I'm looking for 1 house mate to share with me(second bedroom, pictured). House is a new 3 bedroom house with built in robes, and is fully furnished. Room currently has a single bed which can be negotiated. Rent of $200 p.w (paid fortnightly) plus bills. 4 weeks bond required up front. Pets negotiable for the right applicant. Prefer someone professionally employed, easy going, with a relatively quiet lifestyle, who enjoys drinks/dinner and occasional outings when we're both available. Feel free to message me regarding any further queries you may have. Cheers.
I am very active and social, I get along with most people with my wide range of interest (Football, gym, art, hikes etc). I am laid back, have stayed in hostels for long periods of times without problems before. I guarantee I will have no problems in paying rent I have a dog that is perfectly house trained, currently I leave him inside and has never destroyed anything. From what other people have said he does not have a strong dog smell. Would prefer for someone who enjoys the company of dogs as he loves people.
Hi I am Sebastian, an international student from Colombia. I just started product design at Uni SA and I am planning to do the three years degree in Australia. Therefore, I need a room where to stay, with friendly and awesome people to share the house. I am tidy, clean and respectful towards others.
Hello! Just about to graduate and looking for a place to live. I like baking and drinking tea. I like collecting $5 bottles of wine and I will ask you to drink then with me. I will also cook things and be so surprised that they don't taste awful that I'll insist you try some, in which case you will pity me too much to tell me it doesn't actually taste that good... love a chat but also respect sacred reading time/solo time. Would love a relaxed, friendly house to live in!
I have rented properties for the last 6 and a half years, I have a perfect rental history. Great rental reference and personal references. I am down to earth, friendly and keep to myself, although always happy to chat and join in and have a movie night etc.
Hi there i'm Nicole! I'm 19 and currently studying at Flinders Uni. I have 2 part-time jobs and am eager to find a place to of my own to share with others. In my spare time I like to binge watch films and catch up with family or my boyfriend. Preferably looking for others around a similar age that enjoy sharing a few drinks and conversation together to share a home with. I am very organised in terms of paying bills on time, and I definitely hope for somewhere that feels more of a home than just a bunch of people living together. I do come with appliances, (a few such as my juicer and knife block are a must) so if need be I can bring them along or sell them, whatever is convenient! My budget is (or anything around this mark) $160 p/w exc utilities 190 p/w inc utilities Hope to hear from anyone interested
