Aside from being your next housemate. Hahah my name Jm (Jan michael). I work in retail and doing internship as an accountant since i just finished my masters. Very outgoing, but respects privacy. Cleans after myself and cleans the house too. I take long drives to the beach every summer. And try to always drive somewhere during my day off. I drink but not get drunk. I'm not loud either. I also have a wedding photography business. I also go out every friday night to the pub/club with friends. Would not invite them over to party. I also workout every 5-6x a week. I'm a busy guy who takes time to balance work and life. They say i'm funny and friendly. And at the end of my journey, i will live a happy and peaceful life. -the end-
Hi, I am Neshal, a 27 year old graduate student at the University of Melbourne. Currently I am staying about an hour away from uni. The commute is taking up a lot of my time and also stopping me from attending quite a few activities at the uni. So I am looking to move to a place closer to uni. ideally within 20 mins of the uni by bike. Move date would be sometime during the month long semester break which starts towards the end of June. With all that out of that way a little bit about me. I am respectful of other people's lifestyle choices and routines and like to be around others who are the same. I am quite relaxed and easy going. Covers my share of chores around the house. Non smoker. Likes to stop and have a chat with my flatmates. I have an inclination towards motorsports. But never one to shy away from involving in a sporting or social activity. If my mates are doing it, I'll be in the middle. Cooking is a hobby. If you don't mind tasting a random bunch of stuff thrown together as an experiment, usually quite edible, I am your guy. I have lost a lot of battles with baking but I am hoping to win the war someday.
Single room availble from 12th of June in a flatshare. You can have a bathroom and a common living room and a kitchen sharing with one guy. The flat is in a new big building close to CBD with train (Flemington Bridge Station) and tram stops very close (59/57/58/19). In the building you can use a gym and a sauna, you can have also a common area with a beautiful view of the city. The address is 18 Mount Alexander Road Weekly rent is 225$. Bond 1 mounth rent.
The apartment is fully furnished, medium sized, with a living area located in a stylish tower in Travancore. It has 2 bedrooms, a master and a smaller room and one bathroom. The room I am looking to rent is the smaller room (study room), which comes furnished with a bed and mattress. It's a quiet street with little traffic and is situated next to the Flemington Community Centre. The building is very secure and has friendly neighbours. There are plenty of parking bays on the street across the road. It is a good location to Melb Uni, RMIT and CBD. Public transport is right in front of building: Stop 23 route no. 59 and Flemington community train station. the room is available from 1st April. 2017
I'm a first year student studying Psych and Criminology at University of Melbourne. I'm into video games, anime and TV shows and if i'm not doing any of those, i'm probably studying or sleeping. I'm also really into art (drawing and painting). I'm super easy going and I'm happy to hang out and have a chat or watch a movie every now and then. I can also speak Japanese (which is pretty cool imo). I'm currently living in a share house with 4 other people and I get along really well with my current housemates (i'm really sad to leave) but due to relationship problems, I need to move. Any suburb within a 20-30 minute tram/train ride from Uni/CBD would be fine for me. My max budget is about $170 - $180 with bills included. I dont own any pets, however I'd like to move into a pet friendly household as I was hoping to get a bird or 2 in the near future. I may have my 2 bffs or my parents visit me for a holiday, so I'd prefer housemates that are cool with that. Cheers
I'm an pretty neat, quiet Australian guy studying engineering on-line. I have a degree in applied science (chem), and experience as an electronics tech, and with computers, and can be a bit handy around the house. I enjoy a glass of wine, a chat, video/board/card games computer programming, and maybe a little bit of gardening. (Yes, I'm a bit of a nerd.) I'm fine with pets. Quitting smoking, smoking outside in the mean time. - Sam
I'm an accountant moving to Melbourne as a result of an internal transfer and am looking for an accommodation that I can call home and come back to relax and rewind. I'm clean and tidy, relatively simple and sometimes quiet but I won't say no to a good chat. I like to keep fit by regularly going to the gym and playing sports. I'm very interested in motorsports and often will go for a ride on my motorcycle. On this note I would prefer a place where I can securely park my motorcycle.
I work full time, as a Research Assistant at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute. In my free time i play Ultimate Frisbee, hang out with mates and cook. I'm friendly, easy going and respectable. I'm looking for a place around work, preferably with mates.

I'm a 20 years old international student just arrived in Melbourne from China. I'm staying in a YHA ATM and am keen to find a single room, preferably furnished about 10km from the city as I would like to commute to the CBD by bicycle. As a housemate, I do not smoke, drink or party excessively. I am looking for a quiet home where I can contribute my skills, for example fixing small problems when things not working. My Australian friend says I have a good sense of humour. In my spare time I like to exercise, read and watch movies, particularly sci-fi (I have over a thousand blockbusters and popular movies in my collection).
Gay guy originally from Brisbane but called Melbourne home for nearly 4 years now. Professional job allows me flexibility re work hours so not always 9-5 Mon-Fri. I have a good circle of mates and like to get out and socialise. I am clean, tidy, thoughtful and very respectful of others and their belongings. MOST IMPORTANTLY ... I have a 10 year old beagle, Jasper, who is at the age where he just does his own thing at his own pace. He's a beautiful dog and takes to pretty much anyone and enjoys companionship. Not a barker or a digger and has his own rental references from landlords and agents. So am obviously looking for somewhere pet friendly with a decent (doesn't have to be huge) yard or park nearby. We have unfortunately just had to farewell our great little Brunswick home as, as fantastic as she was, the owner moved back from the UK. I have entered my move date as end of month for the sake of it but can move anytime preferring sooner. I have a small 2 bedroom house (approx) of high end appliances and designer furniture all 1-3 years old which would be great to make use of but can store if need be. As far as housemate ages, I really am open to living with anyone 18 to 50 or 60 or whatever, provided you're mature, don't continually piss people off and chip in good. I do get along best with guys and girls in their 20s, 30s and 40s and love the variety that comes with it.
Hello there :) I am a 30 years old, PhD student at The University of Melbourne and I am based at The Royal Children Hospital to do my studies. I was born in Italy and lived there until 4 years ago. Then Melbourne captured me with its sunsets, stunning views and multicultural&funky vibe. I am looking for share housemates who are open, respectful, friendly and don't need all the time to do things together to feel they have a good vibe in the house. I can offer the same in exchange. I want a cosy place that will feel like home _a place where I can relax and get rid of the PhD&life stresses. Don't mind if you do parties or have friends over and I hope I may be able to invite few friends over, too (I like to host small pizza party - i have an electric oven which simulates a woodfired oven ;) ). However, I am not up for a constant party house. I like people and i usually get along with others easily if things are communicate openly. I want to leave in a decent and clean space. I am happy to participate in a cleaning roster (actually i would prefer that so no need to argue about who did the bathroom last time ;) ). Things that makes me happy... hang out in parks, having long skype calls with my family&friends, doing yoga, exercising, going to markets or second hand shops, going to the Abbotsford Convent, cooking and baking, talking about science and philosophy (don't worry not too heavy stuff!), art galleries wondering. I am Pescis if this matters ;)
