We are a full time programmer trying to launch a music app, (24) and part time retail/part time film student (25) looking for someone to move in by mid October ideally as our housemate is moving to Vietnam, and we are holding inteview over the next few weeks or so for her room, so here are some things that make the place unique! :) Both into film, music etc. LOCATION! Close to the city but with the peace and quiet of 'suburbia' lol, Flemington, Ascot Vale, Parkville and Brunswick are all very close by, train station is less than a 10 minute walk, and the tram stop is only 5! Brunswick, Coburg, North Melbourne and the City are all a quick train ride. 2 IGAs within a 10 minute walk, and Woolies not too much further. Lots of restaurants around etc. too. You also (probably) get to be the only you know who lives in a suburb that sounds like some kind of niche music genre lol (it's actually named after an Indian kingdom, yes really haha!). AFFORDABILITY! $770 a month for a high ceilinged room with lots of storage etc. in a nice well maintained art deco house, with a nice front and back yard, side courtyard, garage, driveway, big living room etc., lots of space! THE LANDLORD! The property manager and landlord are heaps chill, and always happy to help and answer any questions you may have! THE ENTERTAINMENT! We have a projector which we play movies and tv shows on! We also have speakers which you're welcome to play music on!

Also likes spontaneous road trips and hiking along walking tracks. I am new to Melbourne and I can't wait to explore the city with someone who knows the place.
