Hello,I am Sky,looking for a room close to tram or train station to Brunswick. I work fulltime 9 to 5,friendly and considerate for every flatmates as we share the home sweet home together. Would love to find a comfortable home where after one day work or study we can relax and enjoy life itself!
Easy going, neat and tidy. Not a party animal, so minimal noise in house. Good with pets.
Hey there. I am a 27 year old nurse, looking for a new place to live. I am friendly, social and outgoing but generally have an early bedtime. I like to cook and bake, I enjoy working on my fitness and watching movies. I am clean and respectful of shared spaces. I am moving to Melbs for the first time so some housemates who I can be friends with and who enjoy a chat at the end of the day would be great. Looking for a private room.
Full furnished cozy flat on the 25th floor, quiet and with great view of racecourse area. Car and bike parking available, gym, sauna and cafe/mini market at the door. 1 min walk to stop 23 of tram 59 and 5 min walk to Flemington Bridge train station.
I'm a 20 years old international student just arrived in Melbourne from China. I'm staying in a YHA ATM and am keen to find a single room, preferably furnished about 10km from the city as I would like to commute to the CBD by bicycle. As a housemate, I do not smoke, drink or party excessively. I am looking for a quiet home where I can contribute my skills, for example fixing small problems when things not working. My Australian friend says I have a good sense of humour. In my spare time I like to exercise, read and watch movies, particularly sci-fi (I have over a thousand blockbusters and popular movies in my collection).
Hi there, I am looking for a new apartment to live in and take out a lease with one other. I like health, fitness and cleanliness and I pay bills on time. When I am home like to feel like I am home, and prefer to be around some trees or near a park! I eat mainly organic too. I am currently completing some Post Grad studies and I work freelance. I have references and a rental history and all furniture if needed - but fridge could need updating! prefer 2 bed/2 bathroom - NO DRUGS of any kind. Thanks :)
Gay guy originally from Brisbane but called Melbourne home for nearly 4 years now. Professional job allows me flexibility re work hours so not always 9-5 Mon-Fri. I have a good circle of mates and like to get out and socialise. I am clean, tidy, thoughtful and very respectful of others and their belongings. MOST IMPORTANTLY ... I have a 10 year old beagle, Jasper, who is at the age where he just does his own thing at his own pace. He's a beautiful dog and takes to pretty much anyone and enjoys companionship. Not a barker or a digger and has his own rental references from landlords and agents. So am obviously looking for somewhere pet friendly with a decent (doesn't have to be huge) yard or park nearby. We have unfortunately just had to farewell our great little Brunswick home as, as fantastic as she was, the owner moved back from the UK. I have entered my move date as end of month for the sake of it but can move anytime preferring sooner. I have a small 2 bedroom house (approx) of high end appliances and designer furniture all 1-3 years old which would be great to make use of but can store if need be. As far as housemate ages, I really am open to living with anyone 18 to 50 or 60 or whatever, provided you're mature, don't continually piss people off and chip in good. I do get along best with guys and girls in their 20s, 30s and 40s and love the variety that comes with it.
I'm very clean, prefer to live in a place with someone with mutual interests. I enjoy yoga, aerial fitness, home cooking, going for brunch, drinking wine and cocktails! I also love pizza, fried chicken and Netflix :)
Hello there :) I am a 30 years old, PhD student at The University of Melbourne and I am based at The Royal Children Hospital to do my studies. I was born in Italy and lived there until 4 years ago. Then Melbourne captured me with its sunsets, stunning views and multicultural&funky vibe. I am looking for share housemates who are open, respectful, friendly and don't need all the time to do things together to feel they have a good vibe in the house. I can offer the same in exchange. I want a cosy place that will feel like home _a place where I can relax and get rid of the PhD&life stresses. Don't mind if you do parties or have friends over and I hope I may be able to invite few friends over, too (I like to host small pizza party - i have an electric oven which simulates a woodfired oven ;) ). However, I am not up for a constant party house. I like people and i usually get along with others easily if things are communicate openly. I want to leave in a decent and clean space. I am happy to participate in a cleaning roster (actually i would prefer that so no need to argue about who did the bathroom last time ;) ). Things that makes me happy... hang out in parks, having long skype calls with my family&friends, doing yoga, exercising, going to markets or second hand shops, going to the Abbotsford Convent, cooking and baking, talking about science and philosophy (don't worry not too heavy stuff!), art galleries wondering. I am Pescis if this matters ;)
Hello everyone. I'm easy going and friendly person. I'm currently working part time and studying full time. I like to keep things very well organised clean and tidy. I like to socialize and love to meet new people of different background. The majority of my time I'm either at work, watching tv, cooking or out with friends. You can get to know me even better when we have a face to face conversation :)
Hey, I am 29 year old IT Professional working as Supply Chain Consultant, good in Mediterranean Cuisine and an easy-going person. I am looking for a spacious room in Fitzroy or Carlton. Looking for a house and housemates that I can share great moments but also respect individuality and having my own space
Hi I am Damien 37 from Tassie, I work as an early child hood educator and after school carer but looking to get into teachers aide work while I work on my passion of writing pun jokes. I am quiet but funny , I love to have a good laugh or at least make people laugh . I love AFL and sport in general , I am looking forward to watching the bombers play . Anything else you would like to know feel free to ask.
My name is Elene, I'm Brazilian, 30 years old. I've been living in Melbourne for the last two years! I work full time as a chef in a restaurant at the city and also a pastry student. I'm very clean and easy going. I'm looking for a place to live. Cheers Elene
I'm currently completing my masters at RMIT in computer science. I live in Coburg North, and am looking for a more social and friendly sharehouse, also in a nicer neighbourhood. I like listening to music, and sometimes going to gigs (mainly indie rock, electronic), films, op-shopping, video games, and pretty much all forms of pop culture. I'm clean, relaxed and easy going, and a non smoker. I've lived in several share houses before, so plenty of experience. I can move ASAP, and would hope to be staying long term.
We own our own home in Mt Martha and now both work full time in city . We would generally be in town 4-5 nights a week - weekdays and at our home in mt Martha on weekends. We are both health care professionals and live a healthy lifestyle. Love to garden cook gym and Netflix . All round good guys.
This is a quiet house in a quiet residential street so it is really good for students who want to study (or sleep) in an undisturbed comfortable environment with two other helpful, easy-to-get-on-with international students. Ducted gas heating keeps things warm in the cooler months. A big TV is always there in the lounge room to scramble your brain when you need a break from thinking or contacting your friends. Or you can lean over the north-facing deck railing, soak up some sun and wonder how your family are doing without you. We are about 15 - 20 minutes by bus or tram from Melb Univ and a few minutes more from RMIT City Campus. Shops, cafes, etc. are accessible on foot or tram. There are only two rules that really matter :- First, don't burn the place down, so no naked flames e.g. candles, incense burners, please. Second, try not to keep other people awake, so let's keep the noise down if possible. My three super students get the run of the ground floor - it just needs one more to make up the set again. Several students from this street go to school by bicycle in the good weather. There are a couple of bike tracks in to town from here. Basically, if you want more room than a little flat and two nice people to be with this could be right for you. Ring me if you have a question or want to drop in. There are no wrong questions.
Hi :) We have a room coming available in our house in Ascot Vale available May 10th. The room - The available room is on the second floor and is very large and has a small private balcony. It also has an ornamental fireplace and and it's own airconditioning/heater (The room is a lot bigger than the photos portray and is unfurnished). The house - The house is a 3-bedroom terrace house, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs. There is 1 bathroom, a laundry with a washing machine, a kitchen and a big back yard - great for summer with a nice pecan tree, and also a covered sitting area down the side of the house. We keep all our communal living areas clean and tidy. Not a party house, but the occasional gathering is okay :) About us - we are 2 girls - easy-going homebodies. We both work full time and are very tidy, relaxed/quiet and spend most nights watching netflix and eating large amounts of chocolate. We also have a pet turtle and two guinea pigs - so sorry no cats and dogs, but other small pets may be okay :) You - We're looking for a clean, employed and easy-going person that would like to live with us :) Someone that can pay bills and rent on time without being asked and does their share. We also are fairly social so someone that is down for a chat and the occasional dinner or two :) Monies - The rent is $787 p/m excluding bills which are only internet, water and electric (All split into equal thirds) The bond is $767. *The internet is wireless as we are unable to have cabled internet in this house so anyone that relies on super fast internet may not be the best place for you. It's fine for watching tv, and general use :) The location - We live right outside a tram stop that goes straight into the city (20-30 minutes) A short walk from shops, coffee and other transport. Let us know if you would be interested and we can meet up for a chat. Please don't text or call me, send me a message on here! :) Erin & Megan
Hola I'm heading to Berlin in July for a student exchange. Looking for someone to take over the lease from July until January. Great house great people. In terms of proximity, there is a bus stop 50 metres from the house taking you to Melbourne uni or Brunswick. The 55 tram and Upfield train stops are a 10 minute walk from the house. The train takes 15 minutes to arrive at Flinders Street. Alternatively, a bike has proved to be a very handy investment. You can call or message me on 0498778566. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Bright, airy apartment with its own balcony, car spot, laundry room and storage unit. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The apartment block is a little community on its own, very safe. Close to the city without any noise, close to public transportation - 5 mins to tram and 10 mins to Ascot Vale train station. 10 mins drive to Brunswick, 20 mins drive to the airport. A quick hop and skip to Moonee Ponds, where Coles and Woolies are. Nandos round the corner for those days you don't wanna cook.
We've got two single rooms available, one with build-in robes and one slightly larger one without. The house is a newly built townhouse in Parkville Gardens, with huge garden, living areas and garage. The house has air-conditioning, ducted heating, NBN, a bathroom shared between three people and two toilets. (The master which is taken has an ensuite) We will also be having a cleaner to clean all communal areas. Bills are not expensive but they are also not cheap, and there is no subletting for short periods and only under great duress for long periods, so if you are money conscious please keep that in mind. The house is ideally suited to single professionals who are looking for a comfortable house to settle into without the hassle of constant "sharehouse" life.
Huge, cheap king-size room to let in Brunswick West. After 2+ years, Matt and Drew are moving out together to take a crack at living as a couple. We need to replace them with a new couple! (We could never replace them in our hearts). The house is a 1970s-era four-bedroom palace, with a pool and extensive BBQ area out the back. There's also a waterjet hot tub in the bathroom! You'd be sharing the house with two others. Kim (me) studies full-time (she wants to be a librarian! So obviously likes tea and cats) while also working part-time and volunteering. Hannah is a communications contractor with an abiding love of yoga, rugby and most ball sports. We're both out and about a lot, but when our schedules intersect enjoy the occasional meal or drink together. We're in our late 20s/early 30s, and would be looking to live with people around the same age range. We're very accepting of all kind of lifestyle arrangements / interests / star signs /diets, so long as you're tidy and pay rent on time. Bills are about $25-35 per week on top of rent, and we have unlimited NBN WiFi. There's also an unoccupied guest bedroom, which we keep available for visiting friends/family members throughout the year. The house is approximately 8 minutes walk from the No.55 tram, 10 minutes walk from Union Square shopping centre, and 20 minutes walk from Sydney Road/Jewell Railway Station. It's also very close to the leafy wonderlands of Royal Park and Princes Park. It'd suit a couple who work or study in the CBD. Rent is $300 per week for the couple - so that's $1200 in total per month, plus $1200 bond. Get in touch if you're interested - the room is great and the house is very special. I'd love to get someone in who will enjoy it as much as we do! Pool BBQ area Bike shed Guest bedroom Ducted heating Hot tub Gas cooktop Groovy 1970s shag carpeting

I am a very clean and tidy person and love to socialise being fully aware that everyone needs their own space. I prefer to live outer city suburbs (or cbd).
