Hi, I have a room available to move in on 9th April 2018 (could be flexible - earlier). The property is a two bedroom furnished apartment. At the moment I’m selling my furniture but Joelie, my flatmate, will bring hers. You’re welcome to bring your furniture if you want too as well :) The building is located close to Melbourne University, Melbourne Zoo and the CBD. The rent is $205 per week and the bond is $1000. It does not include utility bills (electricity & water). The apartment is on the 14th floor with a fantastic view to Royal Park. The building has a free 24hrs gym, sauna and a sky garden with bbq facilities. Tram stop is located at the front doorstep (Tram 59) and Flemington Bridge Train Station is 5 min walk. Transportation to the city, university, Queen Victoria Market and hospitals is very convenient. It takes about 15 minutes to go to the CBD by tram and 7 minutes to Flinders Station by train. There is a cafe and and IGA located downstairs. If you are interested please send me a message to organise an inspection. Elizabeth Facilities: Gym Sauna Swipe Access Centralised Air Conditioned Sky Garden and BBQ Cafe and supermarket downstairs built in wardrobe
Helloooooo!! First up, the boring stuff: I'm a uni student from Tassie studying languages and development studies, and I work in hospo so rent and bills etc are not a problem. I clean up after myself, do my fair share of housework, I've got my own furniture, and also some kitchen appliances to contribute to the household. I'm kinda sporty (I play hockey for Melbourne Uni, and I enjoy a bit of orienteering too), but I don't go for freakishly long runs every other day. On the fun side, I quite enjoy a beer or glass of wine over dinner, whether its at home or at the pub (love a good pub and beer garden), and I go to gigs and festivals whenever I can afford it. I enjoy the outdoors (although being in Melbourne without a car, that generally just means sitting in the back yard or walking along the Merri Creek Trail). I will happily re-watch GoT or HIMYM at any time and have a long list of tv shows I need to watch. Not the best dinner chef, but will happily supply homemade cakes, cookies and pickled veg! Also more than happy to live with any furry friends that you may have, especially if they're cuddly. Preferably 9 months to a year and happy to go on the lease if need be (would actually prefer it). I'm also flexible with move in date, anytime mid-late April is fiiiiine
Hi i have recently moved from India to do my masters degree from Rmit university.i got temporary accommodation and now I am looking for permanent one. I love to make new friends and I am an easy going person and get along with most people. I am clean, very tidy and have no problem putting in and doing my share. I would like to share with someone who i could interact with and chat to but also have my own personal space.
I'm 27 and moving down from Brisbane straight after Easter. I'm vegan - though no beef with meat eaters - love cooking, gigs, and the occasional beer or two at home. I come with all the usual roomie traits of being reliable, respectful and inclusive. I'm house trained and the kind of housemate who will bring home donuts if I know you're having a rough week or offer to drive you and your mates into the city in my pj's if the uber surcharge is too high on a Friday night.* I would love a sociable home though also like my down time and am respectful of personal space. I come with at least four sets of fairy lights, a record player and a juicer. Keen to have many plants - inside and out - and would love to have somewhere a bit more permanent so i could try to grow food. *Also won't steal/plagiarise your profile

I'm Patricia, a spanish student working in hospitality. I've been In Melbourne since October, living in North Melbourne and now I'm looking for a single or share room, not too far from CBD (no more that 30 min by bike) where to live long time if it's possible. More about me... I'm 27 years old, vegetarian, non-smoker, quiet, friendly, responsible with payments, totally respectful with private space, easy going, clean and tidy. I love music, animals, Netflix, reading, traveling and climbing. In Spain I worked as therapist massage and osteopath. It would be nice to live with LGBT friendly people and housemates with whom have share some our free time in the house.
Hi There! I'm in my early 30s and I work as an allied health professional, originally from Melbourne. For last 5 years I've been living overseas. I've just been offered a permanent job in this area of town. Looking to settle back in Melbourne in early to mid May for a 6 months short term let. A little more about myself, I'm a creative and active person who likes yoga, swimming and running. In my spare time I like to cook(I'm a foodie), do embroidery, dable with watercolor and catch up with friends for dinner and the exploring the amazing Melbourne music seen. etc. I'm sociable but also love quiet time and Netflix. Most nights I cook, do yoga, go to gym or see friends and I just want some down time. Happy to have a friendly chat or share a drink. Please get in touch Jenny.
Sociable kiwi couple who have just moved here after spending the summer at home and a few years in London prior to that. Enjoy travelling, sports, good food and good people around us. I am a Nurse and my partner is a scientist. I am starting at the Royal Children's hospital this week. As I am a shift worker we would prefer a quiet house with considerate flatmates. We are neat and tidy, laid back and enjoy staying at home as well as getting out and about exploring new places when we are off work. Please get in touch if you think we may be a good fit at your place. Ideally we would like to live within 20 mins cycling distance to the Childrens hospital. Thanks for reading G & G :)
Our house is on a leafy street in Travancore. It is about 2 minutes walk from the tram stop, about 8 minutes from the train station, and about a 20-minute bike ride into the CBD. The house itself has three bedrooms, a living area, large garage and an outdoor courtyard area. The room we have for rent is at the back of the house - it has a window that opens onto our backyard which gets great morning sun. It also has huge floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes. It is fairly small, it might be best suited to a double bed - but we have fit a king with less floor space! Please feel free to ask us if you have any other questions regarding the room etc :)
Hello, I'm sarah and I'm 25. I spend my spare time mixed between being out and about, binge watching reality tv and sleeping. I work in Moonee Ponds so ideally would like to be around that area. I don't mind being closer in towards the city, but I don't drive so I need to be somewhere that is within walking distance to the 59 tram line or the craigieburn train line. I work 6 days a week, so I like my quiet time when I'm at home. But I do like a drink or two every now and again! I’d respect your privacy and time alone but happy to go out and share a meal/drink or go exploring melbourne if we’re free at the same time. Ideally I want somewhere to live where I can leave my food in the fridge and beauty products in the bathroom and not be worried that they will be taken (Bad experiences in previous house shares) Id love a room with its own ensuit but not too fussy. The max I want to pay is about $200 a week.

Hi I am looking for a decent share house and lovely flatmates that could live together like a family and share some good laughter together. Definitely a quite house during weekdays, no parties. But watching a TV show together along with sharing tea or beer on weekends is my idea of life in a share house. About me, I am recent civil engineering graduate from Melbourne Uni and working casually at the moment up till I find myself a full-time job. I am busy on weekdays and love to keep to myself. I love to share happy and healthy conversations with people living around me, while also respecting privacy and quiet time during busy hours. I am tidy and love to clean after myself and would appreciate flatmates who could do the same and respect each other while having an easy going mind set. Not fussy about cleanliness as long as hygiene is maintained. Rest, no preferences in terms of age, gender, sexuality or nationality. Just good people who can be good to each other but also maintain a certain level of privacy.
