This B10 bus is also on the direct route to UNISA Magill campus via Magill Road which would also take about 10-15 mins. The house is old but very comfortable and everything works. The rent (you will not be asked to pay any more! ) covers ALL Bills including Electricity, Gas, Water and we have Telstra BigPond Cable Internet - very fast and unlimited which is also included in the rent. The room comes fully furnished and the accommodation is similar to Homestay but without food/washing included (ie: many things like cleaning/gardening detergent/toilet paper etc are included). We are looking for someone for a twelve month term but would consider a shorter term for the right person (minimum six months/short term rates would apply). Someone who is quiet, clean and respectful would be great.

The pictures of the house show it in a just moved in kinda state. This share house will suite the discerning and considerate yet social and interesting housemates who want to contribute to a functional and friendly share house. The house is very large with different spaces which can accommodate social activities as well as quiet times. There are outdoor spaces, fruit trees and even a chicken run so we even have fresh eggs. There is a second toilet next to the laundry. The bedroom available now is one without built-ins. They're all generous sized rooms. The plan that I've uploaded should give an idea of the layout of the house. The kitchen is substantial in size with reasonably modern appliances and will have a large table and chairs for dining. The lounge is comfortable furnishings and another good space to retreat to. The bathroom is large and functional and freshly painted throughout.
Hi, I am Cicie, female, 31 yo, from Indonesia (still in Indonesia at the moment because of prior work commitment, won't be in Adelaide until end of Jan or early Feb 2018). Going to start my Master Degree Course in UniSA Magill campus on Feb 2018. Looking for a place to call home away from home while I am there. Probably will move in mid February 2018. I am easy going, friendly and love to laugh. Not over-the-top, military-style tidy, but I am most definitely not a slob either. I am respectful of others time, space and privacy, and though I expect housemates to share the same values, I am not a recluse, so always up for impromptu anything together. My hobbies including (but not limited to) video games, reading, travelling (road trips!), thinking about exercising and socializing with friends. Oh, also, I love cats! If you think you have a place that would suit me, please hit me up. Cheers :)

Hi, I'm Kris, If you want a stable, sensible, neat housemate, who is an excellent cook and mixer of exemplary cocktails, look no further. I run my own business, whilst studying Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience full time. This keeps me quite busy and has me sequestered in front of a screen or book, or with clients and out of trouble for much of the day. I don't play loud music, and late, raucous nights are something that you do not need to worry about. I generally keep pretty fit, Running, riding, gym, various martial arts. If there is somewhere to install a small boxing bag, that would be just dandy. If there is a shed or space (about 4 square metres) available for my tools, I would be very happy. I am a capable gardener and handyman. I am looking for an unfurnished room, big enough to fit a queen double, I will also need room for a desk, bookshelves and a metric tonne of books... I may be exaggerating a little... maybe. Complimentary bonuses that come with my residence: Tools and someone who knows how to use them Regular kitchen knife sharpening Costco Membership Amazon prime video Leather repair service Jar opening and top shelf reaching services A green thumb (figuratively, not literally) The understanding ear of a professional counsellor Free cocktail making lessons A sparring partner in boxing, BJJ and MMA A free set of steak knives! * One, maybe two housemates would be great**, I am, however, severely allergic*** to drama, gangstas, kleptomaniacs, neurotics, regular illicit drug users, people who form opinions without checking facts, people who throw their phones, the highly religious, mean drunks, and bees**** I'm looking to move sometime in the first half of December, I have a couple of weeks wriggle room on the date. If this all works for you, and you are on the eastern side of Adelaide, within a stone's throw of Magill Rd, I look forward to hearing from you * While stocks last. ** Furry housemates don't count towards the total. Especially dogs. *** I break out in a serious case of NOPE **** Actually I'm not really allergic to bees, I quite like them... and their sweet sweet honey.
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying at Flinders University and have applied for a transfer into Bachelor of Arts majoring in Criminology. At the moment I am looking for employment in retail and as i have a work history, shouldn't be too long before success! I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like camping and reading. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a shared house or studio/granny flat with a max budget of $150, bills included and preferably female housemates. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. Although I do not have pets I am perfectly fine with a house with pets. Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
I'm a Law/Commerce student studying full-time at the University of Adelaide. I meditate twice a day aiming for two hours a day, meaning I'm also vegetarian. When I'm not studying I like to hang out, make jokes, cook, do more meditation, read (history, law, etc) walk, go and see family in the Barossa Valley (so if you like wine I have boxes of the stuff that I don't drink). I volunteer at a legal aid centre in Norwood. I'm a busy person, and pretty pro-active, so I'm not the kind of house mate that will be around all the time, but I will be the one to motivate others, get stuff done and make sure all responsibilities are done. Oh, I don't drink, smoke, club or party hard but that doesn't mean you don't have to :) I also work part-time as a courier and can play guitars, piano and sing. In second semester I'm going on exchange to NYC till December so will only be looking for a room/place for six months.
Hi! I am a PhD student and work as a tutor at the University of Adelaide. I am hoping to find a place to move into asap or happy to look into starting up a new share house close to the city. I am easy-going, respectful, friendly person and always up for a laugh, enjoy being social and having bottle of red :) Look forward to hearing from you soon. Cheers.
I am a primary school teacher who is allergic to cats. I feel like that's all the important information... I also own a very fancy washing machine.... I have noticed washing machines are a selling point! 😉
Hi, I'm Brad. I'm outgoing, laid back and pretty easy to get along with. I enjoy socialising, a quiet beer but am happy to keep to myself. I'm keen on music and sport and I play footy, cricket and touch football. I'm a nurse working at Sportsmed and North Eastern Community Hospital where I mainly work during the day.
Hi i'm returning to uni to do a masters but I work part time also to pay the bills :) I've flat shared countless times - I keep to myself when i'm studying but always up for a chat. I eat healthy (most of the time) I love dining out and I like to keep active when I can by running, walking, gym, sports. I always keep general living areas tidy, always clean up after myself and I'm pretty easy going. Oh and wine and cheese are probably there highlight of my week! I'm going to italy for 2 weeks which is why i don't want to move until after i get back on the 12th of Feb. I would prefer to live with a couple of people but am also willing to look at 2 bedroom places. If its a 4bedroom house there must be a second bathroom - i don't need that sort of stress in the morning. 4 people maximum household. non smokers, no couples please but dogs are a bonus :)
Hi there, my name is Sharna. I'm an easy going, chilled out person to live with. I'm clean and tidy, and considerate to other's needs. I am a creative and a crafty kind of person, always having an exciting project at hand. Although I do like to socialize, I prefer my home to be a peaceful santuary, and I'm seeking like minded people to live with. I'm currently a beauty therapist working long hours - generally 10 hour days, 4 days a week. I'll have my awesome, friendly cat, Hunter, with me, therefore a pet friendly home is an absolute must. He is very affectionate boy, and mostly stays outdoors. If i sound like the kind of person who you could live with, please don't hesitate to get in touch!

We have a room for rent in a large old house. The house was built sometime in the 1920's it is old and a little rough around the edges but has a very homey feel. The house currently consist of 2 females and 1 male in our mid-late 20’s. We are all hard working busy individuals and would be looking for like minded person around the same age group. We do not want a party house but are not opposed to a few quiet drinks here and there. I'm mostly interested in beginning a new house (just as a preference) as I would like a decent yard for my 2yo pup Dutchess (who is house trained and very friendly). would prefer a place with my own bathroom and don'y mind paying a bit extra if it means i get a room with an en suite. Hoping to find people who are easy going and respectful. Feel free to contact me if you are interested Thanks :)

I'm 19 and I study 2 days a week and work 2 jobs. I've been living with a roommate since I was 16 and never have had an issue paying rent or bills on time. I would like to live with another female. I like to keep my house clean and tidy, and I'm a quite person! I'm happy to get to know anyone. I'd prefer not to live with pets.
Hi there! I'm Silvia, Italian from Venice, 3rd year PhD student. I will be in Australia for a visiting period at the University of Adelaide, thus will be out for most of the day. I'm looking for a furnished single room with all expenses included from the 13th of february to the 27th of march. I'm easy-going, a good dinner organizer and fully respect common spaces.
Friendly, easy-going housemate who's been working full-time as a Marketing Manager in the arts for over 6 years. I lead a busy professional life between work and events, so home tends to be my relaxation/chill zone. Though the odd dinner/small party - housemate nights in with wine have become a bit of a habit I'd be happy to continue! I have pretty eclectic tastes, but i generally love music, sport, anything summer-related, oh and I dance once a week! I'm very house proud and respectful of each other's space - been sharing for years, I know the drill. Don't have a gender preference for sharing (have share with both over the years). I'm looking for a nice, safe home with one or two like-minded, people I can hopefully become friends with also! I do have a car (off-street parking only please) though prefer to find somewhere I can tram or take easy transport to work - ideally CBD or inner suburbs (bowden, north adelaide, torrensville, Goodwood, Norwood radius). Also prefer to live with a non-smoker, no cats (or spiders), but I do love dogs. I'm not in a rush to move, as I have temporarily moved in with a friend when my past lease ended quickly (housemate moved to Sydney and her folks who owned it need us out) so I didn't move under pressure. Though she doesn't have air con (first world problems) so I have started/am always keeping an eye out for the "right" new flat mates!
