Early 1900’s single fronted cottage with modern extension. Most of the common areas of the house are furnished, but there is a secondary living room which you will have primary use of (this would not be a shared area, but requires access to get to the bedrooms.) The property has an outdoor entertaining area and a relatively secure backyard. I don’t have any pets but am happy to negotiate on this. 3mins to Norwood, 10-15mins to the city. Property features: - 2 bedrooms (1 available for rent) - Open plan modern kitchen/living area (furnished) - Smaller, secondary living room (which you will have primary use of) - Large, shared bathroom with seperate shower and bath - Shared toilet - Laundry (existing washing machine and dryer) - Outdoor entertaining area - Medium sized garden with grass - Plenty of on-street parking (off-street parking for one car - open to negotiation)

Hi! I'm a friendly 23 year old female, working full time as a Physiotherapist in Adelaide. I'm looking for a place to live where I can chill out at the end of a busy day, but also chat to housemates if they're around. I am clean and tidy, and value equal distribution of domestic responsibilities within a household. I'm looking for a place that is drug and smoking free :) I already have my own bedroom furniture, and would prefer to move in with 1-2 other females at the end of in December 2018. I look forward to hearing from you!
I love to get to know new people and can sometimes be very chatty, but I'm happiest when I can bury myself in making & researching stuff, books, music, and Netflix for hours on end. I'm a computer programmer so I'll always be happy to try and figure out why your phone is doing that weird thing :) I don't have any pets but absolutely love them. If you have a dog I hope you're okay if I fall in love with it! I'm not a big everyday cook, but I do love to bake - so I won't get in the way while you're trying to make dinner every evening, but there's usually always delicious biscuits about! I work in Norwood so hoping to find a place within walking/cycling distance. I don't have a car so parking is not a concern for me. Drop me a line, hope to meet you soon!

I would prefer to live quietly in a home with privacy and a relaxed atmosphere and am willing to share lease or take out lease on new property. Please let me know of a time agreeable to discuss possibilities. Kind Regards, Michael .
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)

This house is close to the city of Adelaide (take 20 minutes by bus). The landlord keeps common space of the house as clean as possible. My favorite part of this house is backyard which has various fruit trees such as lemons and mandarins.
Hi, my name is Emma, I'm 39 and looking for new place to call home. I work fulltime and have been with the company 10 years. I am a smoker but I'm very understanding of those who don't and am very respectful and have never smoked inside before and never would I have to say. I am friendly, easy going, reliable, always up for a chat over wine or a good coffee. I am looking to move as my partner passed away 3 months ago and living where I am is lovely but difficult as its filled with memories. I have a roommate where I'm living now (my partner lived here also) so I'm very understanding about sharing space, being respectful of others and everyone doing their but to keep the home tidy. Please feel free to ask me any questions, I'm very open and honest. I look forward to hearing from you.
Our Flat is Unit 1, 24 Edward Street (the location on this website couldn't find it) and located in the Centre of Norwood. The Parade is a 5 minute walk to the end of our street, and you'll find everything from Supermarkets, bars and pubs, Cinema, restaurants and transport within 5 minutes. A bus to the CBD takes 10-15 Minutes, or 5 minutes by Car. The Bedroom - We are letting out our second bedroom which is unfurnished, with the exception of a small desk and chair (can be moved elsewhere in the house if needed). The room comes with a large built in wardrobe, ceiling fan and a split system Air-conditioning Unit. The Flat - We have a mostly open living space lounge and kitchen area with a large desk under the stairs. We have large windows that let in a lot of light and make the house feel breezy and open and its great for the summer, making downstairs nice and cool during hot weather. The kitchen and bathroom are small but functional, and we have a good size courtyard at the front of the house, and our own personal carport at the rear of the house. Unfortunately we are not permitted to have any pets at this property, (we'd love to have one but the landlord has requested we don't).
Beautiful, well kept house with 2 storeys. 2 carpeted rooms with small living space with couch provided and shared bathroom for upstairs. Only sharing bathroom with 1 other person. Central air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Bed and wardrobe included in all rooms. Large flatscreen TV, unlimited broadband internet. Quiet street in safe neighbourhood. 6km from Adelaide CBD, close to bus stop and shops (walking distance to burgers and Aldi).
This is a newly built apartment building, it is close to Norwood and the City. I moved in to the place in August with a friend, who has recently decided to move back home to England. The house is fully furnished, comes with a BBQ, Washing machine and everything else you'd need.
I have a really cute Pomeranian dog and I’m pretty much a loner, so I stay inside my bedroom mostly and won’t annoy you.
Hi there! My name is Conor and I have just recently moved to South Australia from Queensland. I am currently working full time as a Sales Rep and casually as a bar tender as well. I'm looking for a place anywhere within 20-30 minutes of Adelaide CBD. I strongly believe in maintaining a clean and tidy household, and would also love to use this as an opportunity to get to know new people in a state I am brand new to! I generally like to socialise when living in a share house, but also understand and respect that there are some days people just want to go home and relax in their own space (As do I sometimes!). Really easy going, love to chat over a coffee or beer with some music playing, and love my sport and movies. Looking for somewhere as soon as possible, so if you or anyone you know is looking for someone new to their household, please let me know! Thanks!
I am a super tidy and neat person! I always wipe down the kitchen counter when I finish making my meals! I am friendly, talkative, social, and am a good listener. I do like to have the odd convo with housemates but I also spend most of my time at home inside my room practicing my acoustic guitar or watching Netflix. I do have a two year old gorgeous cat called Senna who is my baby so am looking for a room for the two of us! He is litter trained.
