I will come back and replace with non-realestate based photos once I have filled with other furniture. This share house will suite the discerning and considerate yet social and interesting housemates who want to contribute to a functional and friendly share house. The house is reasonably large with different spaces which can accommodate social activities as well as quiet times. There are outdoor spaces, fruit trees and even a chicken run. I'm hoping to negotiate with the landlord to get 1 or 2 chickens so that we can have fresh eggs. The plan that I've uploaded should give an idea of the layout of the house. The kitchen is substantial in size with reasonably modern appliances and will have a large table and chairs for dining. The lounge will have comfortable furnishings and be a good space to retreat. The bathroom is large and functional and will have a fresh coat of paint. The bedrooms have also just been repainted upon my request.
Super close and easily accessible to the city, close to the Parade, quiet area. Upstairs bedrooms are private, with spacious downstairs shared living space and outdoor area for relaxing and hanging out! House already equipped with all utilities.
I am easy going and understand for sharehouse living, it works to be respectful and keep the common areas tidy. I am thoughtful about other peoples' needs. I work as a nurse so I am reasonably quiet during the week, so I am on the ball at work. I go to the gym, walk, bushwalk, enjoy meals out and sharing a bottle of wine with friends and family.
I'm a final year law student at Adelaide looking for a leafy household with a laid-back atmosphere. It goes without saying that I'm sociable while knowing how to respect others' personal space. Looking for flexible length of stay, with ideally periodic cycles. Do let me know if you have anything close to south east corner of CBD. Furniture + Parking is essential.
A little about me, I am 25 years old professional works in the city full-time. Apart from work, I am also studying towards my CPA. Looking for a place near the city. So, it will be easy for me to commute to work.

I don't have OCD but I am a clean person and would be happy to share a home with someone friendly and respectful. The only drinks I enjoy are water and lemonade. Also, my Mommy says SMOKING IS INJURIOUS TO HEALTH and I listen to her :p If you still need to know more feel free to g m a i l.

Myself an Indian national with an Australian PR. I am into the Facilities Management industry and work as an Operations Manager. Will relocate soon to Australia.
I'm a mid 20s male studying a double degree of Education at Flinders Uni whilst also working 2 jobs. One as a Occupational Therapy Assistant and the other as an Event Specialist, so most weekdays (9-5) I am either studying or working. As well as this I also play Football on Saturdays. I can be both sociable and keep to myself depending on the environment and requirements. I have been known to enjoy sharing a chat and a beer/wine or 2 in the evening and love cooking, music and reading as well as watching movies or a tv show or sports. I have lived in a share house previously and am able to adapt to multiple personalities and know the expectations that living in a share house requires. I am a clean and tidy person and will always do my share of household jobs. I can also bring with me (if necessary) an extensive range of utensils and equipment necessary for a house highlights being a washing machine and a fridge as well as two recliners and a kitchen table (potentially also a table tennis table if it can fit!).

I'm clean, quiet and I like to keep to myself when I'm not at work but I do like to socialise with housemates where appropriate. I am a good cook (at least I think I am) and a good gardener as I do this for work. I like to be as family :)
I work full time and travel to Melbourne weekly. I'm clean/tidy, punctual with rent/bills, non judgemental and respectful of others privacy and property. I enjoy cooking, travelling, cars/trucks and chilling out with a social drink over antipasto, tapas or sushi nibbles. Please don't let my age discourage you. I'm rather young at heart, enjoy a laugh, will not invade your personal space, and I've experienced many things in life. I would not hesitate to help out with the chores and cook a meal or two. I do have an adorable 8 month old cat named Millie. She is friendly, loves a tummy rub, her food and long naps. Millie was bought from the RSPCA so she is desexed, vaccinated, chipped and house trained. I would love for her to be with me, but if that's not possible, she will stay with my parents where she currently resides. I have recently returned home after living in Darwin for the last 15 years and would like to be close by my elderly parents who live in Newton. I'm not into multiple share accommodation or a party house, but if you live by yourself and require the extra financial support or would like to share a house with some one mature and responsible, then contact me if you require any further information or to meet each other to see if we would be suitable to share a house.

Unit 3/7 Edward Street I have a lovely 3 bedroom apartment in Norwood in which I currently have one room available for rent. You will share a bathroom with one other girl who is 20- she studies and works and is clean and quiet. I am looking for someone who is honest, communicates well and is friendly. We have a very nice spacious living area in which is all furnished. The unit has undercover carport for two vehicles but there is plenty of space on the road for parking as well. Walking distance to The Parade, shops, and cafes. Unfortunately no pets. -looking for someone to move in, in 2-4 weeks
Pretty relaxed living space - great for studying and close to city, Norwood shops etc. Very old villa with lots of rustic charm and a nice garden with plenty of room to start veggie patches/ hobbies etc. Room is quite small (hence the price) and will require furnishings to be added. Perfect for a student or someone who doesn't mind a small room.
Welcome to leafy Norwood , the well presented appartment fully air conditioning with off street parking in a very quiet area and safe area of Adelaide, you are located in 2 minutes walking distance from buses ,banks, cafe, hoyts, Doctors and supermarkets . There is nothing to want for living so close to all services and social services. This appartment has a no furniture in it . This appartment doesn't like all night party people . Please contact me to view the appartment
The location is great, it's a walk away from the rising sun, the kenzi pub and norwood parade. Also if you are interested in yoga, there is a yoga studio right across the street from us. The neighborhood is quiet even with the pub 3 minutes down the road from us and its pretty safe at night (there was a period of time when I get restless and walk around the neighborhood with my housemate in the middle of the night and we make it home safe and sound every night *not jinxing it*). And even though it is a quiet area, the neighbors don't mind a little bit of loud music from time to time, my housemate used to have parties until 2 to 3 in the morning and we did not receive any complaints. We don't party much anymore tho, got too busy for house parties.
