Hi, we are a travelling Serbian-Swiss couple based mostly in Barcelona, Spain. We are coming to Adelaide as I (Jelena) have been invited to do a research stay at the University of South Australia. We are both freelancers and we have our own businesses. I'm an e-learning specialisit and Adres is a stock market investor. We are quite active, like to walk a lot, do cultural activities, travel, dance salsa, cook and eat amazing food. We're looking for a very comfortable bed, this is our first priority. We'd like to live with clean, tidy and respectable people, regardless of their age. Looking forward to meeting you!
CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP ...........get in early at a good price for the next Uni year. International Students welcome. We have a double size fully furnished room available for one person only. It is a very comfortable room in a quiet, older style non-smoking home with many inclusions and is similar to Homestay style accommodation but without food supplied. It just needs you and your luggage. We have a video of the property we can send to you if you are interested. INCLUDED in the rent are ALL bills (Electricity, Gas & Water) and unlimited Telstra BigPond Cable internet (fastest). The home is very cool in summer as all rooms have ducted air-conditioning (including bedrooms) and faucet/filtered drinking water is freely available. Cleaning of common areas, carpet and gardening is included. We are located 4klm east of the City. The bus enters directly into North Terrace/Adelaide Uni/UNISA City East campus from Stop 10 on Magill Road and takes about 15mins to get into the City in off-peak times. This B10 bus is also on the direct route to UNISA Magill campus via Magill Road which would also take about 15mins. We have accommodated overseas students from many different countries over the last 15 years. At this price for what is offered and the location we are looking for someone for twelve months or longer but would consider a shorter term for the right person (minimum six months/short term rates would apply). Someone who is quiet, clean and respectful would be great.
I work full-time-time and currently studying a Bachelor of Social Science at UniSA. I'll be fairly busy studying most nights or in front of the telly binge watching Netflix. I love coffee, the beach and enjoy having a chat over a glass of wine. I'm an outgoing kind of person but also enjoy my alone time. Interests: Reading, going to the gym, spending time with friends and catching up with family. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
My partner and I are from Bogota, Colombia, currently working and studying in Brisbane. We're moving to Adelaide at the end of November to live there for the next two years. We love to study hard and have a quiet life, so that's why Australia is a great place for us to live. We are easy-going, clean and tidy, as we respect privacy, we demand it back. We like to have some fun and get to know the city, we love to cook and chat. We are really excited to start our life in Adelaide.
Hey my names Luke, I’m 31, employeed full time in the CBD and currently looking for a place to stay. I’m a near and tidy person who is happy to help out, I love to cook and learn new recipes. I’m not into partying or going out on a bender etc. I am into movies, games and spending time doing fun activities with mates that are more social. I have a Ute and a motorbike, I use my motorbike to commute mostly (even in winter) and would require off street parking for the bike. I’m a fun loving and easy going person who respects other people’s space and boundaries. If you have a dog that would be a huge plus for me haha. Anyway if you need to know anything else please feel free to message me 😁
I work in a Hospital full time, and casually work in events on the side. I am looking to get a place by around mid-November that is possibly pet-friendly, as I want to get a doggo at some point. I am a happy, sociable, respectful and clean guy! Happy for you to be locked away in your room or to be having some friends over. Let me know if it sounds like you could be a good team-up!

Hi, I'm Steph :) I'm a 27 year old professional, who loves yoga, Netball, reading and travel. I have recently moved back to Adelaide after living interstate for the past year and a half. I am looking for somewhere to live in the Parkside, Wayville and Unley area, with a lovely housemate/housemates. I am friendly and enjoy having a chat but also like to have some down time to read a good book or to watch Netflix. I am considerate and tidy, and enjoy living in a welcoming and well-kept space. I would like to live somewhere where friends are welcome but not a party house. If I sound like a good match for your place, please get in touch.
I am a Scottish recent graduate of University here to try and maybe start a new life for myself, and also travel around a little. I’m looking for a nice little home hub I can call my own. I’ve been living in shared flats since I was 18 and been loving it. I’ve made some great friends through out the years and enjoyed meeting a broad range of very different people from lots of different backgrounds and beliefs and cultures. I love learning new things and coming to understand more about people and their stories. I’m very tidy and tend to clean as I go. I’m very sociable, but also understand and respect everyone’s spaces and alone times. I enjoy a wide verity of activities and events and would always be up for trying or learning something new with my flat mates, or even having a nice day in playing video games watching movies and just chilling. I am polite, understanding and a real easy breeze to live with. Hoping to hear from you soon Robert
Canadian new to the city, Tidy and easy going. Will be working Full-time, not looking for a party house. Need something that is furnished as I only have clothing. References available upon request! Can move in as early as the 17th of December. Looking to pay between 80$-120$ per week.
I’m a responsible, organised and tidy person, who will be studying education at uni next year. I’m hoping to find a place with convenient access to public transport I enjoy reading and binge watching Netflix. Mitchell will be working full time next year and he enjoys playing video games and loves animals. We’re from a small country town, so a roommate who knows the city would be great!
Property is an older style home with high ceilings. Close to Firle Plaza Shopping Centre, bus stop, the Parade in Norwood, and is roughly 10 to 15 minutes to the city. The room has a fan and comes with a double bed but no other furnishing, sorry. Whole house has wooden floors/tiles/lino no carpet. It is a 3 bedroom house but we have converted one of the rooms into a study/storage. It has 1 and a half baths (2 toilets, 1 shower and 1 bath).
