I'm a 30 year old Behavioural Dog trainer, I love to cook (eat), read, watch movies and hang out with friends and family for a quiet drink. I have an elderly cat and a 6 year old Pug x Shih Tzu who love to cuddle and watch Netflix. I earn a steady income but work odd hours, a lot of afternoons and nights. I'm looking for somewhere to tune out from the world and relax, a hideout from the stressors of life!

My name is Max and I'm a 24 year-old full time student. I've travelled overseas extensively and stayed in various hostels so I'm used to being sociable as well as being considerate of other housemates. Im easy-going and enjoy nights out as well as quiet nights at home. I like a social drink, I am tidy and will pay my rent on time. I prefer housemates in the 20's or early 30's age group so if you think I'd be a good fit in your house I'd love to hear from you . Cheers Max

Hi there, Looking for accomodation for a somewhat temporary basis. However starting immediately. We are a clean working couple, Kayne a Chef, and Stacey working in administration. We are quiet, and keep to ourselves. We would love our new start to begin at your place :)
I am a 28 year old professional who works full time in Frankston. I am looking for an easy going, friendly housemate to share my 2 bedroom townhouse with. The room available is large, bright and can come either furnished or not. It does not have a built in robe, but is large enough for a free standing one. There is a large balcony across both rooms, which looks out across Port Philip Bay...just. The carpets have been professionally cleaned and the room freshly painted. It has a dual air/con heating unit which is fantastic all year round. Every room is fully furnished with washing machine, tumble dryer, couches, TV and all the other necessities. The house itself consists of a shared bathroom, 2 toilets, kitchen, laundry, small garden at the front and small court yard at the rear. I am very much into my interior design, however have limited creativity when it comes to the gardens. There is a garage which I park my car in, and an allocated off street parking spot available. The house is in a quiet unit block, tucked down the back corner. It is a minute drive from Bentons Square Shopping Centre and a 5 minute walk from public transport. The successful applicant must have a sense of humour, love to chat, yet still enjoy those quiet moments after a long day at work. I am generally a home body as I work 10 hour days and alternate weekends. I also have a small maltese shi-tzu dog named Luna. She is a small little thing who spends most of her time following me around and lazing about in the sun. Smoking is not an issue. I would prefer someone aged around 20-30 years old, and unfortunately no couples. The rent can be paid weekly or monthly and the bond will be required up front. Rent is inclusive of all utilities.
Hi, URGENT ACCOMODATION NEEDED ... CAN YOU PLEASE HELP I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom but that is not a deal breaker ceiling fans and or aircon would be nice. At the moment I will be writing from home hence the study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio, looking for an office next year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. Live a relatively quiet life, absent of people coming and going. Good humoured. Love a laugh. Open to chats at times, which doesn't include mornings. Open minded. Basically a private person, considerate and respectful. Clean and tidy in communal areas. Prefer minimal red-meat cooking in 'the house'. Music - on occasion, guitar, gentle, Chill. TV - rarely; might check out a comedy or documentary. Being at home much of the time, I like being outside/in the garden. Desire easy access to nature, particularly coastal.
I'm a 26 year old winemaker working in Merricks on the Mornington Peninsula. I also have a small wine tasting business and study Wine Science part time. I have been living by myself on a hobby farm for the last two years and want to move in to central Mornington so I can walk to get a coffee anytime I like! It would be nice to be a bit more social too. I just want to live somewhere where it's a bit more happening. I love my guitar, music, sport and growing veggies! I do not smoke or have any pets!
Hi! I have just moved back to Melbourne from 2 years in Townsville. I work full time as a property manager. I’m laid back, clean, respectful. I love my own space but love a chat and am always out and about on weekends. I am fairly active and quite social. Having lived on the beach for two years in Townsville I am really wanting to move somewhere close to it here. No pets and am a social smoker only.
Hi so, Im Kel and i work full time as an artist Im currently looking for a new place to move into after Dec 09 when I'm back from working in the USA. Im only interested in the suburbs i have listed thanks :-) I'm super tidy without the being anal, and am friendly but quite happy to go out on my own too, and i have no partner or pet, Its just me and my trusty van 'busty p' looking for a new place to call home! So i need NON permit st parking or off st parking only please. :-) I'm keen to move in with people who I can be social with after work, but who will also give me my space when I need it (part of my job is chatting to clients all day). I work days (m,t,th,f,s) and unfortunately also have "homework"..... but somehow i manage to keep a reasonable work life balance. I love to travel and go overseas at least twice a year (Thailand is a fave - i do volunteer work in animal shelters), but am based here in Melbourne. Im also originally from the Uk, but this coming Feb ill have clocked up 11 years here in Australia. I like to go out in Fitzroy or St Kilda and see some live local bands and generally hang out in the edinburgh gardens during the summer or go road tripping in my van down for some beach time.
I'm a 19 year old Canadian doing a working holiday visa and just finished doing the east coast of Australia. I'm presently working full time in a cafe and am earning money to sustain myself for 4 to 5 months. I am very easy going, sociable and I like to keep my things tidy. I like to have my own privacy at times but I always love a good chat or a nice dinner. I love going out for runs, I'd love to learn surfing and I usually just spend my time reading or watching videos on Netflix.
