Hi I'm Laura, I work casually at Pet Barn and Soul Origin. I am a quiet, shy person but i am easy to get along with once you get to know me. I like to keep to myself most of the time but love having a chat. Ayden is currently looking for work, has an income from centrelink till than but is a full time father to a beautiful little girl who is 1 years old. He is outgoing, easy to get along with.
Constantly working in Sydney everyday as I'm a crew leader for 3 crews doing the NBN rollout. Very OCD with cleanliness, I'm a bit of a clean freak with how I live but I guess it's not a bad trait to have. I'm a smoker but out of respect for the tennants from previous places I have lived I just will go without or just smoke when I'm at work. I'm very easy going and don't mind a good old laugh
I'm Dave and I have a staffy named Boss. We are looking to move to the Central Coast from Jindabyne, around mid to late May. I am currently working full time at Woolworth's and am hoping for a transfer or hope to have employment on arrival. Boss is almost 3 and loves a cuddle and all the attention he can get, he does sleep with me most nights. I'm pretty laid back and reasonably quiet, I'm tidy and like to clean up after myself. Always up to shoot hoops or kick the footy.
Share House in Kanwal! There is a room available that has its own air-conditioning, fan and built-in wardrobes. The main house currently has 3 tenants in their mid to late 20's. And one person residing in the granny flat in their early 30's. The house has a large spacious living area and dining space. There is also another living space that connects with the kitchen. There is a large outdoor living area with an undercover patio. There is also a large double garage, used for storage, has a home gym set-up and is there to play some casual games such as pool and table tennis.. The occupant of the room will have to share the bathroom space with two other people. The bathroom is fully separated with vanity, toilet and shower spaces all separate so it is quite accommodating with it's need to be shared. There is also an additional toilet downstairs that one occupant uses, so will only use the shower in the shared bathroom. Basically meaning that the bathroom space will be predominantly shared between two people. Most of the occupants are regularly out of the house and out of each others way. If you are seeking quiet time at home it will be easy to find it and all are friendly and up for a chat as well. Feel free to contact me and ask any further questions about the room/house and we can continue to discuss things further, thanks!

The ground floor features 2 living areas, one which flows out to the fully fenced yard, a well-proportioned kitchen with large pantry, ample bench and cupboard space and dishwasher, laundry (washer & dryer included) with separate toilet and internal access to the single garage. The top floor has 3 large rooms, the master which I live in, with Eliza in the other, leaving 1 remaining for whoever the next lucky person is to move into this fully decked out house. While the house comes fully furnished, the rooms for rent come unfurnished, so you will need to bring your own furniture. IMPORTANT: You won't be able to find the address (84 Nigella Circuit, Hamlyn Terrace) as it's a new estate and doesn't appear on google. Search for Poppy Rd, Hamlyn Terrace, it's just at the end of that street.
Its the master room on the top level overlooking the river with your own balcony, modern ensuit with toilet and shower and also walk in cupboard space. I am 29 and work monday to friday, I like to relax on the weekends usually at home. I have a dog and 3 free roaming rabbits in the backyard. I like the house to be kept clean and to help facilitate this I have a cleaner every fortnight to clean all of the bathrooms and common areas. Everyone just cleans up as they go and then nothing ever gets messy or grose. My courrent housemates are in there early 20's and all work full time hours. We are very easy going and respectful and would like the same. On hot weekends we go swimming in the riverand and have bbq dinners sometimes with a big fire in the back yard and a few drinks. Friends of housemates are welcome. We drink occasionally but there is to be no drugs whatsoever on the property at anytime. There is ample kitchen space and you are welcome too cook aslong as everything is kept clean for the next person. Really great house and very friendly people. The house is on Wyong river and is a short walk to Wyong train station and only 2 stops to Ourimbah University. Bills are roughly $25 a week per person in the house. Rent can be negotiated if willing to take responsibility for some housekeeping yard keeping otherwise you are only responsible for yourself which I find suits most people. Thank you for reading if you have any questions please get in touch. Jarrod
Work full time so rent will always be paid. I'm tidy and clean up after myself. I'm easy going and laid back and respectful of others and their personal space. I work in Sydney and have 2 kids. My wife and I are separated and I need to get out of the house so our relationship doesn't turn any more toxic than it already is. Somewhere on the coast near Wyong is preferred so I can see my children on a daily basis. I like socializing and having a couple of quiet drinks. I like most sports and I am an avid All Blacks supporter.......yes I'm a kiwi, but don't hold that against me. Most nights I'll be tending to my kids and putting them to bed and will be using the flat to shower and sleep. If I sound like someone that you can put up with then I look forward to hearing from you.
My name is Emma and I work full time as an occupational therapist. I like to meet people however am relatively quiet at home. I spend a lot of time at the gym and beach and like to keep myself busy. I work hard, clean up after myself and am happy to chat but spend most of my time out. Am looking for a quiet but friendly space to share.
Hello! :) I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and am looking for a more permanent living situation. I will be working for a small company in Tuggerah and am currently living near Bonnells Bay in Central Coast. It's way too isolated for me so I am looking for a flat or possibly a room in a shared house (but separate) to stay in near a train station preferably around the Tascott area or very close. I would prefer long term but short term is ok too. I'll just have to look for something more permanent eventually. About me - 29 year old American Male, clean, quiet, tidy, and respectful to my surroundings. I do my own chores and don't need someone waiting hand over foot for me :). I play guitar and love other musical activities as well.
Hi my name is Annika. I am an early childhood teacher working in Hornsby but I am looking for a place on the coast. I work full-time during the week. I am pretty quiet, I like to spend my free time watching TV or reading. I am a non smoker. I have 6yo greyhound, she is super lazy and pretty easygoing as far as house mates goes. One short walk a day tuckers her out and she will sleep all day in a sunny spot.
I'm Holly, I'm 26, a non-smoker with no pets or children, working full-time on the Central Coast. Looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to settle for a 3-6 month lease to begin with. I'm tidy and easy to live with (I think!). I like to read, and an occasional glass of wine and movie sounds like a great night for me. I do come with some furniture, though it can be put in storage if accommodation is furnished. Feel free to contact me :) Holly
