The house is in Hamlyn Terrace and less than 10mins to the freeway. Also about 15mins from Norah Head where's there's multiple beaches, aircon in loungeroom. The house is also a villa it's one of 3 but is a good size place, 3 bedrooms hoping to just have 1 room mate and keep one as a spare room, house is only a few years old, there are 2 bathrooms so I'll keep the ensuite and you can have the other bathroom which is next door to one of the spare rooms, unfortunately no pets allowed as the landlord won't allow any pets.

Hello! We have a double bedroom available, it has a built in wardrobe, will fit a double bed and a desk easily. There is a shared bathroom with shower/ spa bath and toilet as well as a second toilet downstairs. We have NBN, Netflix, Stan, a covered BBQ area right near the river. Good fishing if you're interested. The kitchen has gas cooking a large fridge and plenty of cupboard space. The yard is large and we have a fire pit down by the river where we sometimes have a few drinks and cook out's! There are 2 kayaks which you can use to explore the river :). We are a very friendly and clean house. We have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks and cleans all of the main areas plus the bathrooms. I prefer non smoking housemates but if you are okay with smoking away from the house thats fine with us :). We really want everyone to feel comfortable in the house including you.
