Hi my name's Afruza and I'm a full time student at Scotch College in Torrens Park. I work part time as a maths tutor at a Kumon centre and I also volunteer at Oxfam on the weekends. When I'm not working/studying I like to keep physically fit at the gym or in local hiking trails. I'm a pretty relaxed and flexible person but I like to keep myself busy and stay in a routine. Currently boarding at a friend's place but need to find somewhere to stay before they go overseas! I'm easygoing and get along with most people and hope to meet new people and make some friends on the way. My budget is around $150 a week, preferably with utilities and a private furnished room. North eastern to inner western would be ideal. :)
I'm very easy to get along with and like to interact with people. I am quite a social person as well, usually out on the weekend or visiting friends and family in Melbourne. I am financially stable. I work in the city and at Burnside so I'm not home a lot during the day and some weekends.

This unit is just 4 km away from the city (an easy cycle, if you're so inclined) and with a bus stop also nearby. It's situated in a well established part of town, on a beautiful tree-lined street. The neighbours are quiet, and friendly. The unit is equipped with a washing machine, and has heating facilities also included. Wooden floors throughout, an additional 'lean-to' off the master bedroom, and plenty of storage space. An undercover designated car space is located at the rear of the property. The unit is still furnished - however, I can arrange to place my belongings in storage should you wish to install your own furnishings. Bills are not included in the weekly rent. In the way of internet, I have simply made use of a portable modem, however an internet connection wouldn't be difficult to install (I don't think - although that would be up to you to organise). Pets and smoking are a definite no, I'm afraid. I'd taken out a 12 month lease on the property (lease due to expire in January), however due to work commitments I've ended up travelling a fair bit and so am rarely at home. I'm not keen on sub-leasing, so if you're interested in renting the property, everything will need to go through the agent, at the discounted price listed above. Alternatively, if you like the look of the property, and would like to commence a 6 or 12 month lease, I would happily put you in touch with the agent.
Move date is flexible! Can be sooner or later. Decent sized room in an old bungalow style house, this room looks out into the massive backyard which houses a mandarin, lemon and an olive tree, and a dog most of the time. The room has air conditioning and unlimited (1TB) internet is available for $23.33 per month - not NBN but it has served us well so far. The room will be unfurnished, the rest of the house is furnished but we can talk about adding anything you may want to bring along. As for the rest of the house - there's a large lounge room, big enough dining room, small kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower, toilet, and is also the laundry, and the other bathroom has a bath and toilet. We have a fridge/freezer, washing machine and most other general appliances you can think of. There is a driveway (uncovered) and street parking available.

We are pretty self sufficient couple. We work together and are a strong team. Because of our work commitments we enjoy Netflix or a good movie! We are moving from Brisbane and will be very new to Adelaide so looking for some social sports, game nights etc. to get involved in. We also like to think we are foodies and enjoy finding great cafes. We have a little Fenchie X Pug - yes, a frug! Her name is Frankie and I can guarantee you will fall in love with her. She is bred for companionship so loves company. She is very easy going and has been living with two other dogs and a cat here in Brisbane.
Nice, clean , modern room in quiet location. Room facing north. Easy access to shopping centres and Glenunga International High School , close to transport and near the city . Would suit a student. Internet available. Close to many facilities.
Take your pick from one of three bedrooms available in this massive five bedroom house which is a short walk to the Regal Theatre on Kensington Road, a two minute drive to The Parade in Norwood and 5kms from the CBD. We are open to sharing with two individuals or a couple, as the house is large enough to allow for privacy and has two lounge/living room areas. The house is LGBTI friendly, has a massive backyard with an undercover entertainment area, a locked garage with one car space available, gas cooktop and plenty of storage space if needed. Bond is $1200 per room.
Hi there, My name is Lori, (28 YO) I am an artist however, work full time in the corporate world to support my creative obsessions. I have recently been transferred back to Adelaide after working in Darwin for 18 months and will be starting in early October! I am seeking pet friendly property that I can call home and somewhere I can build a nest. I am on the extroverted side and I love meeting new people, hanging out with my friends and being social. I am mainly veg/pescatarian, I love to cook and eat healthy / share meals occasionally and share a glass of wine/ bevvie. I have experience in share-housing (since I was 19) and consider myself a very respectful individual. I like to do quiet activities around the house, like read, paint/draw, garden and I have much room in my heart for domestic pets and come with a fur child Reggie a 7 month old (house broken) cuddly, loveable, Mini-Groodle! I am very clean and always pay my bills and rent on time. I am seeking a house that is relatively calm and quiet, I love small gatherings and having a party but would like to find a home I can relax and feel comfortable/safe in, not a party house. I have a house full of furniture and am happy to provide however happy to store if the property is already furnished. Please get in touch if Reggie and I sound like a good fit.
I cook, I clean, I can iron a shirt/blouse in under 3 minutes!!! seriously, I'm no drama, it's not safe where I live right now, I REALLY need somewhere stable and safe.
