I am a young professional looking for housemates/to join an existing house. I work long hours in the Adelaide Hills but in my spare time enjoy keeping fit, cooking, travelling and socialising. I have lived in share housing for many years and am a very considerate housemate. Looking for some other people (preferably in their 20s) in a similar situation.
PERFECT if you're working or studying in the city. After looking at many properties when deciding to move to Adelaide, I found this property had the most reasonable rent for a prime location and included furnishings. It's a two minute walk to the bus stop on the same street and a ten minute drive to the CBD. The body corporate manages the beautiful, spacious garden outside. The property has been recently renovated, the room for rent has a very large wardrobe and can fit a queen/double sized bed and desk. There is an inbuilt dresser with a lot of drawers and cupboards. There is unlimited internet every month for $40. There's a shared water bill between all residents, which is usually quite inexpensive. I'm looking for a flatmate who is organised, has a relatively set routine and who can agree to a set of house rules. The lease expires in February 2017, however, I'm looking at releasing the property next year. If you become my flatmate, the next six months may be considered a precursor to the lease extension.
I'm currently working in IT in the heart of the city full time and am looking to move into one of the Eastern suburbs from the Hills. I'm friendly and looking for people who are easy going, and enjoy either hanging out or having their own space. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Working full-time as a CRM at Jarvis Subaru I am looking for somewhere to live that isn't a long commute to work. I am clean, tidy and am very respectful or others' space and belongings. When I'm not at work I do like to relax whether it be at home, at the gym or out with friends.
48 year old professional guy working in Adelaide city. Spend most of my spare time outdoors engaging in endurance sports such as trail running, triathlons and mountain biking. When not out training or exploring, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, markets and winery trips. All this means I am not home much, however I am house trained and house proud, owning a few properties myself in NSW and QLD. Not into drugs of any nature and only occasionally have a few drinks. Not looking for a party house however am hoping to find a mature, fun, lively environment, clean and organised - a place to call home! Over the past 6 years I've shared with one other in different homes, with each lasting over 1.5 years - ranging from girls in their 20's to 40's, including a mum with her 8 year old son. Currently I share with one other mature guy in a lovely house in Unley however the lease is up and the owner wants to sell. Thanks Andrew
I'm a young at heart 28 yo girl who has just stopped studying and is looking for a job with more hours than my current one. My current housemates say I'm pretty easy to live with! I definitely keep the house tidy (although my room is perhaps a little different). I like some lively banter and to play a bit of poker/chess/other card games, or to maybe watch some TV together. I need to move because the owners of the current place decided they would prefer to lease to a family than have a split contract to three housemates who may individually come and go, which I suppose is fair enough.
Heya, I'm currently a visual art student looking for a place to move out too with like minded people. I'm quite easy going, friendly and like to have a bit of fun; such as going out and creating art, I'm also a bit of a nerd sometimes. I have a great for respect nature and other people's space with a collaborative mindset. Hope we can get along c:
I'm a really chill person, very easy going. Recently became independent to my parents and looking to move out with my Centrelink, obtain part time work from there and then onto an apprenticeship. My greatest interest is cars and I'm aiming at purchasing a project soon which would be what I'd be doing if I'm at home! I'm super easy going but still get my stuff done, and barely spend any time at home. Unless of course I'd be working on the car. Would like there to be an area off road that I can store the car if possible. Not 100% what I can afford at the moment as Centrelink will re assess and pay me correctly based on where I end up living.
I have just finished uni and started working. I am clean and easy to get along with. There must be mutual respect for each other. I have been house sharing for 5 years now, and i have never had any bad experiences. I enjoy relaxing over food and getting out on the weekends.

I am an older woman, described by one of my co-tennants as her "cool aunt" I promise not to mother you but up for a chat over wine or a cuppa anytime you need one.
I'm Spanish and I'm going to study English in Adelaide at language school and also will try to find a job with my student visa. I'm a quiet, tidy and cheerful person. Now I smoke, but always outside, about to quit we'll see though ;) Please furnished private room with bills and internet included. I forgot ...love animals, so if you have dogs or cats, I'll be the happiest woman :)
I am Kenyan and in Adelaide to pursue a full-time PhD. I value cleanliness, neatness and privacy. I consider myself to be diplomatic, diligent and reliable. I am into gaming, watching English/European football and play some bit of chess. Occasionally, I enjoy going out, travelling and exploring new places around me!
I'm a 25-year-old PhD student, I'm Belgian, but I've been living in the UK for the last 1,5 year. For my PhD I have to work 2 years at the University of Adelaide, so I'm looking for somewhere to live! I'm looking for a room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, preferably. My hobbies are reading (a lot), everything SFF, sports and blogging.

I would say I am a laid back and down to earth person with a strong passion for technology and the arts. I am well versed in flatmate living arrangements and I consider myself to be very courteous and generous. I work in Computer Science and Audio Technology, I also study part-time to further my keen interests and my career. I am always on a quest for knowledge and yearn to learn something new every day :)
Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat freak, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. Since I may be travelling at time, you might not even notice my presence.
Easy going, conscious guy, love meditation, personal development, photography, nutritious cooking, beach action, just got back into cricket and passed L1 Salsa! Started new business in Jan so focused on building that atm. Been known to have a cheeky beverage and a boogie on the weekends!
*Looking for start of 2017* 26 year old Aussie, full time student at the University of Adelaide for my 2nd degree - studying Geography, Economics, Sociology and Music. I work part time at various different locations, but always in the Monday to Friday bracket. In my spare time I like to go hiking locally, but in my breaks I will often travel. I also DJ as a form of relaxation - you might have heard me on Fresh92.7, or god forbid, spotted me in town. I tend to keep to myself a lot within a share house environment during the week, as I get super focused on uni work, so I can have the weekend to unwind. On the weekends you probably wouldn't see me too much either, as I have a list longer than my arm of things to do and people to see. But someone who wouldn't be offended by (and preferably joining) me polishing off a carton of beer every now and then would be appreciated.
I am an easy going straightforward guy and like to make new friends

Hey I'm Adeline, I'm 16 years old and I'm currently in year 11. I'm real easy going, i'll respect you and your home. I like socialising but love to be by myself too, so I won't be all up in your grill. I know 16 is really young but i'm independent and reliable as I hate letting people down. I'm organised and not too messy and i love a bit of banter. I have a cat called Whiskas, (lame i know) I adore him with all my heart so that's my main issue here, finding accommodation for him and I.
Hi, I'm studying Health Science at the University of Adelaide, and work a couple of jobs. I'm super busy and rarely home, but I'm nice :)
Hi ! I am an international student, currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering at The University of Adelaide. Although of Indian descent, I grew up in Qatar from the age of 5 (I still reside there with my family) and would probably call it my home. I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know them better and hanging out with them almost anywhere: be it at a restaurant or hiking. If you would rather yearn for some quiet time, a bit more privacy at home, or in essence if you need a quieter flat mate, I would gladly oblige to be so. I have lived out of home for the last 5 years, so I am well experienced in living in a professional manner. I am responsible, tidy, able to seamlessly and quietly adapt to any rules/requirements in the environment. Usually I would be out at the Uni for the majority of the day subject to workloads. Weekends I tend to stay indoors although occasionally I would do a bit of exploring the city. I wouldnt mind any pets around the house. In fact, I would be glad to make new furry friends :P If left to myself, while assuming studies dont eat up my time, I would probably be reading up on military aviation, watching classical movies from the 40's to 90's (an addict at that), following cricket, Federer (he is tennis for me :P), playing COD and Falcon 4.0, reading a bit of history or listening to some of the best, western classical music has to offer. I am looking to move into a new place sometime by the end of November Please dont hesitate to contact me if interested in having me as your housemate. Looking forward to great times together !
Commercial cookery student, looking for a place to rent, preferably somewhere in Payheham, Norwood, Dulwich or Unley area. Looking for a furnished room, no bond if possible. I am clean and tidy, respectful and although I like my privacy, don`t mind occasional chat. Non smoker, part time working in a cafe, hoping to move to a restaurant working environment soon. I love animals, so if you have some, not a problem at all (I don`t have any though). Not a party person, pretty quiet, interested in hiking, gym, beach, healthy food, reading, watching movies, shopping...Hoping to find a nice, comfortable place to live.
