A beautiful granny flat is available from the 6th of Feb in the middle of Leichhardt. Student and LGBT friendly! Unfortunately we are not allowed pets (and trust me, I’ve tried). No smokers please. I have recently moved to this flat and love everything about it. It’s in top floor of a three story building and has really nice view and privacy. I wake up and can see the sky and the birds and the trees right in front of my window. The flat is completely Renovated and has internal laundry. Full of light and air and a cute balcony to enjoy the sunset. The suburb is very cool and full of cafes and restaurants, there is also a movie theatre nearby.
