Hi Folks, We have a beautifully kept home right in the hub of Leichardt; Norton St. The house is newly painted with a newly renovated kitchen, cosy courtyard for drinks with friends, with beautiful fireplace in loungeroom and ornate ceilings. There are two living areas for hanging out. It's close to all things necessary; many Italian and Asian restaurants, cafe's, a beautiful, big park right across the road as well as being a km or two from the bay. There are also many grocery and convenience stores close by, including an Italian bottleshop and overall Italian goods (cheese, pasta, bread, chocolates etc) right across the road. For those needing to commute via public transport, bus stops are super close by (50m), travelling to the city and to the western suburbs. Leichhardt North light rail station is also a stones throw away (less than 5mins walk). The room available has a built in wardrobe and polished floor boards. It can fit a Queen sized bed, side tables and some shelves. You'll be living with a 25 year old gal named Caitlin and a 25 year old guy named Nick. Both are laid back, value respect, open communication and like to go out for dinner and a drink now and then. They both work full time and keep themselves busy. We're looking for someone who's laid back and grounded, warm, has a good sense of humour, and who's reliable and trustworthy. We'd like to live with someone who wants to be a part of our house and who's happy to chat. But no fear, we also value alone time and privacy. We like a home where people feel their most comfortable. Please let us know if you're interested and when might be a suitable time to come and check out the house by private messaging us on here. Just a heads up that the successful candidate will need to fill out an application form for the real estate agent. The nitty gritty: it's 4 weeks bond up front and 2 weeks rent in advance on move in, with rent paid fortnightly moving forward. Internet (monthly - about 34) and utilities (quarterly - varies) are on top of rent. Our ideal move in date is the 29th of October and we would love someone to hang around for at least 6 months (our lease is up in April and can decide what to do with it then) but are open to other time frames for the right person! Caitlin and Nick would love to meet you and have a chat with you! They might also help me with message response so don't be surprised if they shoot you a message back. Hope to hear from you! On street parking ornate ceilings and fire place back courtyard shed for storage polished floor boards spacious living areas close to restaurants, cafe's and park newly renovated kitchen Inbuilt wardrobe TV in loungeroom good size

Hi everybody! I´m looking for a roommate! I´m a 30-year-old Spanish guy who has been living in Sydney for one year with my partner. We all put efforts to keep the house clean and respect each other. We’re looking for a person who shares similar values and won't mind sharing a drink or food together. The room is big enough to have two queen beds, and there is an enormous wardrobe. The house is also fully set up with fridge, washing machine, TV, lounge room furniture. As I told, we also have a garden where we make bbqs. The rent is $175 per week (rent includes unlimited internet but bills are split when we get them). Hey! I'm Brodie a 25y/o female, working & and studying. Looking for my own room preferably in the inner west area. I have a large, beautiful dog and he HAS to come with me, his name is Zeke & he loves the company of another dog so if there's already a resident pup, they can be friends! He's ok with cats but better with a sassy one, one who shows some authority and will give him a hiss if needed. More about me, I study vet nursing, work a couple of stable part time jobs. I'm a clean person, I always clean up after myself (and my dog!). I go out occasionally or hang at home, studying or watching Netflix with a glass of wine. We are looking for somewhere we can call home, we want nice, comfortable living standards! Send me a message if you have a room or are interested in finding a place! We are hoping to move ASAP!
I'm seeking a non-smoking share house with similarly quiet-living, clean and considerate housemate/s. I have a background in arts study and work along with assorted admin roles but am now semi-retired. I'd hope for a home environment with some shared conversations, a sense of goodwill and mutual independence. I have an excellent rental history, secure income and a responsible nature. My entries for move date and length of stay are nominal (as required info) and as such, are flexible.
Hi, my name is Michelle. I'm studying the Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Sydney and work part-time as a medical receptionist. I'm searching for a twin share room or single room within short distance to USYD. The ideal place would have a desk or space for me to put a desk, internet access, and a decent sized wardrobe. I also need a quiet and peaceful environment and would prefer to live with other students or working professionals. More about me - I am originally from Melbourne and have been in Sydney for almost 2 years. I have lived in flatshare before so know how to respect the space/privacy of others and how to clean up after myself. Please contact me if you have a suitable place!
I am an easy going guy who ocasionally loves to grab a beer in nearest pub and enjoy time with his friends. I am working a lot, especially weekends, but in my free time I like to travell and explore places around Sydney. On rainy days I love to stay in bed the whole day watching TV shows or movies. If I can obviously. If you know TV show called New Girl, these are the people I am looking for to live with! P.S.: Preferring private room
We're preferably looking for a room each in the same house but would consider living separately. We are both easy going, considerate, clean and fun girls looking for a long term home! Joanne works shifts in a well regarded restaurant/bar in Sydney (no anti-social hours). Laura is an Assistant and also studies. During week nights we are generally at Yoga, the gym, finding new eateries and out exploring at the weekends. We both enjoy cooking and a glass of wine or 2, are chilled and easy to get along with. We look forward to talking with you future roomies! Laura & Joanne.
I'm a working professional. I enjoy the cafe lifestyle, catching up with friends, and also quiet nights in. I like being relaxed at home so looking to share with someone who is easy going. I'm friendly and mature minded. Happy to hang out and am also respectful of other people's space and belongings (and expect the same in return). I'm a non-smoker so living with non-smokers is important to me. I'm actively looking for a place to move into and would be happy to move as soon as I find a place I like (had to select a move in date to complete my profile). Looking forward to chatting further :)
What makes me great? besides the cliches of being "easy going", "tidy", "respectful of others space", "like the odd dinner or drink" I feel like i'm trying to impress someone on a cheesy dating site... Hi, I'm 32 and love long walks on the beach and candle lit dinners... hahaha I'm not so great a selling myself. Prostitution isn't the answer kids. I love to laugh, I've been occasionally labelled as a person with dirty sense of humour... Obviously in the nicest way possible, I do love a good "your mum" joke. On the less fun side of things, I work full time and and also study so I'm pretty quiet during the week but love to get out and socialise on the weekends. Most of my socialising is done out of the house though. *cliches ahead*... I'm respectful of my housemates, I'm clean and tidy, laid back and easy to get along with. There you have it.
Hi everyone! I started a new full-time job in Sydney the 1st of Oct and I’m looking for a room to share from the 12th of Sep. $180/wk with all bills included is my max rent. I will stay in Sydney for 6 months. About me: I’m from italy and I’m 30 yr old. I have a degree in Languages and I teach Italian to foreigners. I've been house sharing for 7 years in Italy, Spain, Slovenia. I’m respectful of other people and clean, a good cooker :) I’d love areas like Haberfield, Leichhardt. Thanks for your time!
We're an energetic young couple, working full time & looking to move out of home. We're currently living in the inner west, I'm from Sydney and Chris is from Berry, country NSW. I work in marketing & Chris is a surveyor studying engineering. We're both heavily involved in our sports - cycling & running so you probably won't even see us around much because we'll be out and about on the weekends! We'd be pretty boring flat mates really, in bed by 10pm each night ;) We've got an awesome dog, she's a 5year old lab x kelpie and one of the nicest dogs you'll meet - super friendly and very well behaved.
Hi, I'm Alex. I currently live in Northern NSW and will be commuting to Sydney for work, and working a rotating 24 hour roster as a Health Professional then flying home for days off with my family. So I will only be there half of the week. I am an easy going, reliable, clean and well organized person who enjoys cooking, skating and keeping fit in the gym. I am preferably looking for a furnished place, including bills, but its not a requirement. Have a great day :)
I've lived in Sydney for two months so far and am looking for another awesome share house to live in as my initial place was only for two months. I am studying to become a Naturopath and love healthy cooking, yoga and exercising. I run my own business, Mother Nature's Alchemist. I also work part time as a medical receptionist at the Mater Hospital in North Sydney. I am clean and tidy, pay bills on time, am a good communicator and I respect a good balance of socialising and alone time in a house. I'm not opposed to parties though!
Young married couple - creatives, looking for a private living space (flat, granny flat, unit..) with separate entry, fridge, washing machine and preferably a garden or courtyard - and feline friendly. We are polite, friendly and respectful. We generally keep to ourselves as we are always busy creating, but enjoy a drink or two and a friendly chat whenever the opportunity arises.
My name is Gracie, I am an easygoing 26 year old veterinarian moving up from country Victoria. Outside of work I enjoy keeping active, playing netball and cycling, and binge watching Netflix occasionally. I play cello and keyboard but will only practice when it doesn't impact on anyone else. I am looking for housemates who I can also be friends with, and have a chat and a wine (or beer, or tea, or gin etc) with after a long day. I am clean, however I won't get upset over some dirty dishes or washing hanging in the lounge. I am happy to be part of a cleaning roster, or just do jobs when they need to be done.
Hi, I will be moving to Sydney from Brisbane in January 2017 for work. I have run my own share house in Brisbane for the last 6 years so I completely understand the consideration and respect required when sharing a house. I also have two pets, an indoor cat and a 5 year old golden retriever who is very well trained and very lazy, so I will be looking for a place with a yard (can be small) and that will allow my dog to be inside when I am home (I am willing to pay a pet bond if required). I am happy to team up with anyone else looking to rent a place as I already have all furniture and utensils necessary. In the case of finding a room in an existing share house I will have all my own bedroom furniture (and can bring other things if needed). I would prefer to have my own bathroom but can be flexible on that in the right share house. Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you would be interested in having me and my beautiful pets as roomies :-).
Bachelor of Architecture looking forward to spend a year on a Working Holiday Visa in Australia. I'm a very friendly and chilled guy. I'm clean and tidy. I don't really like partying. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. I'm very active and enjoy the outdoors and fitness.
