The room is large and furnished and there is a seperate tv/chill out space and small kitchenette included. the property has a beautiful garden and a large pool. The apartment is located just off Norton Street, in the heart of Leichhardt. Leichhardt is a wonderful area filled with restaurants, parks, and with a overall lovely vibe. The flat is close to the city etc. but is relatively quiet, and is in a fantastic location for public transport. Water is included in the rent and we have our own parking space (I don't own a car) and washing machine. The apartment is also relatively spacious, with a large living room and kitchen.
I am a 22 yr old working professional looking for a place close to the city. I am clean, sociable and looking for flatmates I can have fun with and develop friendships. I am a journalist by profession so I love reading, writing, watching films and just chilling watching Netflix with a glass of wine.
Hi I’m Rhiannon, I’m a 27yr old professional currently working full time in jewellery buying. What makes me a great housemate, besides the fact that I can make a mean chicken fajita & I own a guacamole making device? I am tidy & I take pride in a clean home. I am friendly, easy to get along, considerate & don’t slam doors. I enjoy a good chat, a laugh and healthy dose of sarcasm. I have previously lived in Dulwich Hill, Leichhardt & most recently Russell Lea; I have really enjoyed living these areas and am happy to stay around here but at the same time am also open to a location change as I enjoy the North too. I have all my own bedroom furniture so an unfurnished room is highly preferable as well as bit and pieces to add to the household if wanted Any questions, just let me know :) My move date can be quite flexible so please ignore the above date
Hi! I'm a quiet, clean, easygoing Sydney gal working part-time and studying at Usyd. I appreciate privacy but definitely happy to share a meal and socialise w/ housemates, whatever suits you! When I'm not at uni or work, I love a bit of baking, reading, music (listening and making), bingeing netflix shows I don't really care enough about to be bingeing, and a glass of wine or two.
Young professional working in the city who has just moved over to Sydney for a new role, and I am looking for a long term place. I look after myself and belongings well and like a social household that knows the balance well.
I'm easy to get along with. I'm looking for an accommodation that I can share with another responsible female. I work for a nursing agency so I drive around for work. Let me know if you're interested to rent a place with me. Thanks!
My name is Carla, I'm 28 and from Italy, arrived in Australia 7 months ago. I work as Italian teacher at 3 different high schools in Sydney and I'm pretty busy during the week. I am outgoing outside of my living space and enjoy music and art festivals, keeping fit, going out to bars, dancing tango :) I'm very clean, easy going, respectful of others spaces, but when appropriate I love nothing more than having a chat with housemates and eating some good food/watching some tv/web series (I'm a Netflix lover).
Hi! I'm Anthony, 23, from Hong Kong. Right now I'm taking the JD programme in USYD, so I'm looking for a place that's close to the campus, for a minimum of 4 months, starting from 18/19 March. Private room is preferred, though sharing a room with a tidy, clean person is also fine with me. I'm an easy-going, clean and quiet guy. Not a party person particularly. Don't smoke. The workload of my course is pretty intense, but I’m totally up for socialising with housemates at weekends. I'm really looking forward to moving into an awesome place with nice housemate!
I am an EXPAT returning to OZ after quite some time away from OZ will be working in Syd and am looking for a great place to stay where i can have some peace after the challenges of the working day Love a chat but am also happy in my own space. Would be looking for secure parking for my Ducati and possible car after a little bit I would be hoping to move in around May 1 cheers Tony
Hello future flatmates, My name is Wiebke. I am also called Vibi, because it is easier ;-) Since I have been in shared accommodation for many years, lived in different countries like Germany, the UK, France, Spain and Canada (in Australia for 6 years now), I am an open-minded, easygoing, respectful and fun flatmate. During the last years I have mostly been working in the education industry. I have my roots in Germany but feel like a global citizen ;-) My perfect home is a calm and friendly place which I share with open-minded and respectful flatmates who like to share a meal, have a chat or a glass of wine. Preferably females only. I am a non-smoker and love animals (but do not have one). When my flatmates turned out to be good friends that was always a big plus ,-) In my free time I like being active and trying out new things, catching up with my friends, traveling (especially to Latin America), practicing languages, learning about different cultures, volunteering, being in nature and dancing mostly Salsa. Let me know if you have any questions. I am looking forward to getting to know about you ;-) Cheers Wiebke
Hey everyone! I'm a 24 year old musician who has jus moved from the UK to live and work in Sydney and am looking to find a place with some great people! I play gigs regularly both on land and sometimes on sea when i'm working on cruise contracts and also produce my own music. I know that there's usually a stereotype attached to living with musos that usually isn't too positive... but I'm totally not about that and am a great flatmate. I'm clean, tidy, don't/won't be making any noise, and usually am not out late and if so it's only because i'm working. I am respectful of everyones background and livelihood and love meeting new people from all corners of the earth so the more people the better! Aside from music i'm a keen football enthusiast ( a given being from England...) and love to play. I'm a keen reader also and love getting through books. I LOVE coffee and am a keen fan of eating out and trying new dishes and drinks! I love hanging out with friends and meeting new people. Hope to hear from you. Lets hang out!
Hello, I am a new PhD student at University of Sydney. I'm 28 years old. I have received University of Sydney International Scholarship to study PhD in communication engineering. I've done the master degree in USA after receiving a scholarship too. With that said, I am a totally academic person. However, I like to watch movies, play video games, and do different kinds of sports. I am looking for a shared place that is relatively not far from University of Sydney. On weekends, I like to have fun and experience special activities of Sydney, in order to recover from the hard study.
Im very easy going and reliable. I like to keep fit by going to the gym and when i get time swimming laps at a public pool. I work full time as a crane/excavator/drill rig operator for a piling company. Just looking somewhere to call home.
