A 21-year old from Singapore, will be reading Law in UTAS from 2018. Just a chill guy who minds his own business most of the time, but can be a real chill buddy - I love my beers, partying once in a while would keep me sane and an avid fan of sports (been playing rugby for 8 years now and I watch soccer once in a while). Have also served in the Army so don't need to worry when it comes to keeping the place intact :)
Hello, I am Subrina. I am from Bangladesh. I get enrolled in spring session 2018 at Tasmania University. I have tried to manage a seat from university dormitories first but there is no seat available right now. So, I am looking for a room to rent for at least six months. My cousin is also enrolled in the same session at Tasmania University. I have gone through your notice regarding rent. I have liked the accommodation that you guys are providing.
We are happy going couple with full time jobs. Most weekend we will be free doing activities like walking and camping around hobart. We are clean and tidy all the times as we have rented properties in our entire student life sharing with other people. Looking forward to meet awesome ppl... Cheers
I am a health professional making the big move down to Tassie in January 2018. I am tidy and respectful. I like to consider myself a relatively chilled person. I will be working full-time and like to spend my weekends doing a lot of outdoor activities (hiking, jogging, etc). I have previously lived in sharehouses and am respectful of others' privacy. From time to time, enjoy good quality banter and craft beers. Looking at starting a sharehouse or apartment in early Feb 2018, please feel free to message me if you are interested :)
Fun, easy-going and cooks well. Have a strong interest in art, music and fashion. Can always find me enjoying a good cup of coffee in a cafe during the day and sipping on refreshing G&T during the night. Personally very neat and tidy as I prefer working in a clean environment. Currently working as an architecture designer in Hobart.
You can expect to get friendly roomies, who are responsible, clean and do the dishes. Rules will always be respected while making sure to have fun. We're also Asians with fluent-as English, allow us to bring an oriental twist to any occasion. Looking forward to hearing back from anyone keen!

I keep mostly to myself, but I don't mind a social house either. Ideally I'm looking for a place that is within a reasonable commute to Sandy Bay, either side of the river. Looking to pay no more than $160 per week, or $180 if bills are included.
I'm from Cairns, I graduated school in 2016 and now I am starting my University course at the University of Tasmania. I will be studying medicine.
