Hi there. My name is Rebecca, 22 years old. I am moving to Hobart this 14th Feb for my uni orientation. I consider myself as a friendly person who love to talk and share but also respect the privacy of others housemates. So if you have any information about rental accommodation, please don’t hesitate to contact me Thank you!
Hi, I’m a friendly 18 year old female looking for somewhere to live that's closer to UTAS. I’m very clean, and environmentally conscious. I love cooking and the outdoors, and this year will be studying science and law.
Hello! We are a couple currently living and studying full-time in Launceston. We are hoping to move to Hobart in June/July for semester 2. Ebony is studying a Bachelor of Psychology and enjoys reading, yoga, exercising and just hanging out at home. Phillip is studying a Bachelor of Science and enjoys going to the gym, skating, listening to music and caring for our many house-plants and his pet blue tongue and frogs. Don’t worry about his pets though, they are stored in secure enclosures and will never bother you. We are friendly, relaxed and open-minded people so enjoy having a good chat but mostly keep to ourselves and will be busy with study and work. We are neat and tidy people but not obsessive about cleaning and are respectful of others' space. We have all our own furniture including a fridge and washing machine. Ideally it would be great if another couple was interested in moving in with us. We like our own space so would be great if we could have a separate bathroom and study area so potentially looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom house. Please send us a message if you're also looking for a place around this time
I'm a full time student and part time pasta maker. I like to sculpt and hula hoop. Down with making good food, and sharing good company. Looking to share a place with like minded people
I'm a 26 year old working full time in the city as a hotel bar tender. I've just returned home after living and working overseas. I'm super easy going, fun, have a wide variety of interests and enjoy maintaining an active social life! I'm respectful of others and their property and I like to keep my living spaces clean and tidy. I've been living in share houses for the past 6 years and would like to find some housemates who are young, vibrant and don't mind the odd wine but at the same time I would prefer the house not to be party central. I'm after a place located close to the city to be nearer to work.
I pick up after myself, respect other people's privacy and most importantly fun to live with!
We are two danish engineering and management students that are looking for the perfect place to live out the next 6 month as exchange students in Hobart. We are both properly the most outgoing people you will meet, but definitely have the respect of a closed door. We are looking forward to explore Tasmania and have a lot of fun and exciting experiences while we are here.
Hi, my name is Annabelle Tan, originally from Singapore, but I have lived in Australia (Tas and ACT) for three years. I will be studying as an undergraduate at UTAS this year, and I am looking for a friendly house to live in, preferably close to the university or a bus stop. I am particularly clean, tidy, I can whip up a few dishes (no promises), and I'm always happy to chat over drinks and hang out together! I'm okay with pets, but I don't have one myself. I like being outdoorsy but I never really got the chance since moving to Canberra, and my lifestyle consists of studying, the gym, and the occasional weekend night outs. Feel free to contact me if you're looking for a great housemate x
Hey there, we are Javier and Nicole, a Chilean-German couple. We are looking for a place for us both, ideally close to UTAS. I am Nicole and already in Hobart and doing an exchange semester in Antarctic Sciences. Javier works as a programmer and will arrive in April to do an English course at UTAS as well. We would love to share some evenings with you or hang out during the day, if you're up for it. In our free time we like to go hiking or camping, going out for some beer and nice conversations at night and our newly discovered passion is photography. Javier is into music, computers, and videogames, while I enjoy painting and petting dogs (we don't have one though). We like getting to know new people and are easy to get along with. We are respectful and clean and we hope to find someone likeminded to live with during our time in this beautiful city. Cheers, Javier and Nicole
Hi future roommate, you will share the house with me, a female master student majored in IT. I'm a quite easygoing and friendly person. I studied Advertising in Melbourne for three years, and now I‘m an expert in sharing accommodation with others. Currently, I've rented a perfect house. You can find more property information from my list. Most time I will study at the library. When I have free time, I enjoy art and culture kind of things, such as reading, painting, and writing novels. If you like GOT as well, the wonderful thing is that we might watch season 8 together in April. Sometimes I like to explore outdoor natural scenery, walk along the seaside and stare at cloud doing nothing. I hope we can make the house a warm and comfortable place to live in. Hopefully, we can become friend in each other's life journey.
I have just returned from living in Norway and looking for a palce to stay while I continue my studies. I am clean, tidy, enjoy, cooking, climbing, hiking and coming up with ideas. I don't like partying but I enjoy a glass of wine with a nice homemade meal. I am looking for housemates who work hard at what they do and don't party too hard.
Hi, I am Alex who was a store manager but going to study translating in Hobart from 26th of February. That is the reason why I'm looking for a private room in the shared house. I'm a very friendly, good-natured person and extremely easy to get along with. Would like to have a couple of drink during the weekend night and chat with my friends. I enjoy outdoor activities, sports and going to the gym.
Hi, I'm Corey - a 24 year old guy originally from QLD but have also lived in Sydney and Melbourne at various stages along the way. I've just transferred down here to the Cascade Brewery and am looking for somewhere to call home! I enjoy watching the cricket and NRL, playing board games and pub trivia, and am always waiting for the next episode of Brooklyn Nine Nine. I've lived in sharehouses for the past 3 years so I'm properly house trained and would love to live with others around a similar age group. I've got temporary accommodation lined up for the next couple of months so can be pretty flexible with move dates. If you think I fit the bill for your place, please flick me a message on here and we can go from there! Cheers, Corey
