I'm quiet but enjoy good conversation and cooking. Pottering around the house, reading, riding my bike and yoga are some of the activities I fit around my full-time long distance studies (creative writing major). Laidback, friendly and mature company brings out the best in me. I have my own bedroom furniture and am very sharehouse-trained. Looking for a happy house with a balanced lifestyle. I do eat meat but tend toward stocks rather than regular steaks. A gas stove would be great!
Employed friendly male Clean tidy easygoing housemate that is respectful of others boundaries. I am an Independent hard working fella who leaves for work at 6am and is usually home by 7pm 5 days a week. On the weekends I often work doing gigs on the Gold Coast. Not much of a couch potato. I like playing music, reading, spending time outside, have a happy outlook on life and am pretty easy to get along with. Good at fixing things and not afraid of spiders Lol.

The house is fresh, clean and has a spacious feel. It has a veranda that faces the rural view of hills and the lounge/kitchen space enjoys heaps of abundant light. The place is built for passive solar and is warm but attracts breezes. There is solar power and high speed internet, which is included in the rent. There is a second room with only drapes that can be shared as an office space, guest/yoga space or a treatment room.... open to translation. The house is furnished with a mixture of the owners things and my own with an Asian overtone including Japanese zen pebble garden and soak bath in the main bathroom. The area is quiet and has a tennis court and playing field nearby and is close to the Farmer's Market and town. It's a pet free, smoke and drug free home. The owner's has asked for a shoes off home... (They have had a dojo set up here and taught aikido.)

I follow a simple mindset = live in the present! My ideal place would be visually beautiful, peaceful and open to light home, with lots of airflow and greenery nearby. I enjoy company of others and don't mind a good conversation on most things philosophical and some good wine; share the wisdom right?! I respect your space/energy and am not an "awkward" person, though enjoying my own company a lot, I am keen for great friendships! My name is Kriselle and I am looking for a place to live in the Northern NSW or Southern Gold Coast region, for myself and my Companion Dog, Lila. I recently lost my home in the Northern Rivers floods so am keen to find a sanctuary and some stability as soon as possible. I am a quiet, clean and tidy person and Lila is my companion, so must come with me wherever I move to. If you have a spare room and have wanted a dog, but not wanted the responsibility or cost associated with one, please consider us. Lila will give you all the love in the world, while I will do everything associated with her care. Lila is well socialised, so would also enjoy the company of another dog if you already have one and are keen for it to have a playmate. Any property must be dog-secure. I can afford $150 per week and look forward to hearing from you.
I'm a Wookie-Hobbit hybrid with a Brazillian, and a writer. I have spinal damage but still mobile, and just want a place where I can write my books & screenplays, plus grow veggies. I'm 6'4" so I need a decent sized room, plus a study/office for my writing. I don't have any pets of my own but very happy to live with someone who does SO LONG AS they are well trained, cared for, and don't become a burden to me through lack of training and care by their human parents, I would also be particularly intolerant of witnessing any abuse of such pets.
Hi, I'm a friendly, very quiet, and clean girl. I spend most of my time writing novels, but I also paint, sew, garden, ice skate, and other things. I am a non-smoker and not into parties. I am fantastic at: babysitting pets, cleaning stuff, and fixing things around the house. I'm looking for other creative people, non-smokers, and those who like fun activities. My preference is for females, but I'm also happy to share with gay guys and trans/non-binary folk.
