I’m looking to settle down for a while after a couple of years of travelling. All about a good work to life balance. Love getting out for a hit of tennis, throw of a frisbee or a kick. Enjoy spending time in the kitchen & having a beer or two at the end of the day. Not looking for much, just a simple room, a decent communal area and some good housemates to share it with
A 23 year old vegan female looking to move out of her family home in the hills. I’ve just finished a psychology degree and currently hold 3 jobs averaging 40 hours a week. I’m a very clean & considerate person and hope to move out in mid April 😻
Hey, my name is Rhiannon and I am 20 years old. I currently work in hospitality so I have pretty random hours. I'm looking for a place that doesn't mind introverts but also likes being social every now and then. I have 2 cats that I need to bring with me so that's a must.
Hey. I'm just looking for a place to live anywhere around Adelaide is fine! Also looking for a housemate to share the rent n hang out with occasionally as I get bored living by myself.
Hello, world! My name is Patrick. I’m originally from Fremantle in W.A. I’ve spent the last three years travelling/playing in a band but decided last year to come back to Australia for a while to study cognitive science at Flinders university. Here’s a few facts about me; I work part time as a music teacher, teaching guitar percussion and music production. I love the outdoors and exercising. I love fruit and vegetables,(seriously, how amazing are fruit and veggies?) I love animals. I love philosophy and science, listening to podcasts and reading books. I love making new friends and meeting new people! I sometimes take spontaneous road trips to random remote places in Australia to see the stars and breathe the air. I’m hoping to find a place between Henley and Glenelg as I teach most of my students in that area and I love running beside that stretch of beach! And that sunset! So good, I’m an easy person to live with, friendly and helpful, it’s how my mamma raised me! I’m not a messy person, I always clean up after myself, but I’m also not obsessively clean. I’ll always pay rent on time and more than happy to help with any house work that might need doing. I really enjoy making friends but am also happy spending time by myself and have respect for people’s personal space. So, if you think we could be roommates, don’t be shy, hit me up! Look forward to hearing from you! Patrick.
Hi my name is Hugo, and I am looking for shared accommodation. I am a fulltime student at Heathfield High School. After year twelve I'm hoping to study either something in law math or science. Although I am not employed right now, once settled I will be looking for casual work and in the meantime I have a stable Centrelink income, so no problems there. I am extremely motivated, diligent and witty. I am bubbly and generally enjoy a good game of chess. I also like debating and I love to tinker with electronics. As I said, I am looking for shared accommodation, I don't have pets and I do not have a preference with gender nor do I smoke. I've been brought up with manners and to respect others as well as their space. Generally I am a relaxed person who keeps to themselves and I am rather certain that I could tell you the plot of every Family guy episode, as well as almost or any Doctor Who episode. Thank you for your time and consideration, and I will look forward to hearing from you. -Hugo

The house is in a great position within walking distance to Belair National Park main entrance and easy access to public transport to the city and to Flinders university and marion shopping centre. There is split systems throughout house and home is double brick and stays cool in the summer.
We are a local couple who love the outdoors. We are both vegetarian and try to live as sustainably as possible, including commuting by bike wherever possible! We also ride bikes for fun, enjoy hiking, snorkeling and camping. We are tidy and quiet, don't stay up late but often get up early (particularly Fiona). We are looking for like minded people to share a house with to save on rent, preferably in a house with a backyard to hang out in the warmer months. Not party people but do enjoy having friends over for a meal every now and again if that's cool with you. Fiona is working in vegetation management and gardening and has a small indoor plant collection. She enjoys tending a veggie garden and spending lots of time in the ocean. Sam is currently studying for his Master of Architecture and works as a bike mechanic. When not at uni or working he enjoys getting outdoors and pursuing other creative interests.

Enjoy waking up to having 5 acres at your finger tips. 2 living rooms, a sun room and a dam located in the paddock. Your room is on the larger scale and has built in robes, new carpet and recently painted walls. -Internet is included in the price of the room
Note: all rooms currently being used by guests. Next room available may be in June. A large newly built house in the Adelaide hills, just 1 mins walk to the train which takes you straight into the city. Our street and neighborhood are beautiful and quiet, yet it's only 8km to the city line of site, or 11km by road. There's koalas, kookaburras, and heaps of wildlife in our back yard. For even more, the Belair National Park is just 800m away. Europeans accustomed to lots of smaller cities spaced closely together might feel 8 -11km from the CBD is a long way, but in a country with its 5 capital cities 700-2500 km apart, Blackwood is genuinely very close to the Adelaide city center. The largest shopping center in South Australia is even closer at 7km away, with 3 of the 4 big grocery brands all in the main street of Blackwood. The community feel here is great and our area is very safe. Our neighbors even orgainsed a street party to welcome us to the street when we first built the house! For students, Flinders Uni is close by (public transport is a short 2 step trip), although with a direct train into the city, Adelaide Uni and Uni SA are a little further away, but technically a bit easier. The house has a wood fire for winter, but also a ducted reverse cycle air-conditioner, state of the art Clipsal C-Bus lighting system, the fastest unlimited 100Mb/s broadband connection available here, Netflix, Google Play Music, BBQ, and more. We're still finishing the last few things inside the house (2nd version of the kitchen is still to come), but are mostly working on the gardens and outside of the house at the moment. We're hoping to set up the lawns, outdoor cinema and deck throughout this year :) The Bedrooms: A) the smaller bedroom has a single bed, desk, and drawers B) the first larger bedroom has a queen bed, desk, built in robes, full length mirror, TV with Netflix and sunset views through the lush trees. C) the second larger bedroom has been taken * All rooms include bills Shared spaces: - We have our own en-suite, so the downstairs bathroom is only shared by the 3 guests and any visitors - our house is quite large, so we’ve quite comfortably had 3 guests living here for the past 4 months without any issues. Even when we’re all cooking at the same time in the huge kitchen. - car parking. There are 2 guest parking spaces that are off the road, and even more on the road. Room availability: Smaller single bed room taken until at least June 2019 Large room (A) available February 2019 Large room (B) taken until further notice
We have the entire lower floor of our house becoming available. You would have a bedroom with an attached study and lounge room. As the house is built into the side of a hill your rooms are constantly kept pretty cool which is nice as the temperature is rising outside. As well as the large space downstairs there is also a fully equiped kitchen upstairs and another dining room and lounge room and a deck looking over the trees and the city. There is a shared bathroom (you would only be sharing with two others) with a spa/bath and a shower. There is also off street parking for one car. The house is backing on to the Randell Park trails and only 2 mins from Belair National Park so there are plenty of good trails around to ride/walk and plenty of wildlife around the place. There is also a friendly doggo who lives here and I'd be more than happy to consider another dog to keep him company. If you are interested in having a look send me a message with a little about you and times that would generally work for you to come check out our house.
Sound and Lighting technician moving to Adelaide for new job. I write and perform music as well when i can. I have just spent the last two years living and working overseas so i am excited to start something new back in a new State. I was born and raised inland of Byron Bay, love my nature, trekking, sport and a cold beer after work with some mates.
For work I do freelance filming and editing which is a lot of fun and keeps me very busy. I'm very flexible with requirements, ideally looking to move in with two other people (around my age) in a suburb not too far from the city or near Brighton. I enjoy my space but would love to move in with people I can also get along with well and have drinks etc. etc. Looking to move asap, turn 19 in April :)
