Hey! We are a laid back nature loving couple who are looking for a place that we can relax in and enjoy the beautiful area. We are currently living in a small place in ocean shores but the backyard is not suitable for our 2 loving doggies. I am a photographer and work from home and ben is an arborist. Both tidy and take pride in keeping our home cosy and beautiful. Love music, art, cooking and the ocean!
I am easy to be around, gentle and quiet. I love my own space and also a great conversation and a laugh. I am financially stable working and studying. I live a healthy lifestyle including eating vegetarian, dancing, sitting and I enjoy a clean space to live in.
I’m a non-smoking clean and sober celibate vegetarian with lots of LGTB+ friends. Despite all that I’m pretty easy going. I’ve been a professional comedian for 23 years, working in commercial radio for 14 of them. I travel a lot for work, inter-state and overseas, so I’ll only be at home half the time. When I am at home, I’ll be at home all day. My 11 and 13 year old boys live in Mullum, so I need somewhere close to them
Hi! I am looking to move north from Sydney. I work full time from home, I am quiet and very tidy. I love fitness and keeping healthy. I do have a very lazy indoor deaf cat that is part of the package.
Dear potential housemates, Hi. My name is Lexi and I'm 31. I've started with a company in Ewingsdale and need to stay in the Byron area for 2-3 months (not an ideal length of time but better than nothing) starting some time in April. I love music, having a wine after work and socialising but am just as happy absorbed in a book. I'm respectful of other housemates space, omnivorous and a non smoker. I don't have a pet but love animals. I'll hopefully find your listed share house but please get in touch if I sound like someone you could live with. Cheers
Hello :) I'm currently living in central Victoria, nearly finished my Diploma studies. I aiming to move up to the area soon, wanting to bring my dog but could (regretfully) leave him in central Vic with family. Enjoy exploring, nature, quiet time and a bit of a boogie! :)
We're an easy going couple, travelling since 2008. We've been around Australia for a year (2014-15) and would like to settle in the Byron Bay area for a while. Ronald was born in Australia, raised in the Netherlands and France, he's musician and electrician. Claire is French, working as a freelance software engineer. We both like our relaxed life with music, reading, hiking around sometimes, having a fresh beer in late arvo, watching series in the evening...
Hello, I'm looking for a room in Mullumbimby, Brunswick Heads or Ocean Shores to complete a degree in Mullum. I'm friendly and easy to live with, quiet and respectful of space. Enjoy a laugh and socialising with the flow of the house. Looking for longer term place but open to shorter terms if need be. Up to $200 pw is ideal. If you have a furnished room and would like someone to help with income and around the house and feel I could be a good fit for your home, I'm happy to chat. Have a beautiful day, Aeve :)
Delaney and I have a deep love for music, the arts and nature! Quiet time is necessary. We are mindful and caring of other peoples space and respect any home like it is our own. We don't drink, smoke or take drugs. Delaney paints, teaches Yoga and has an online business selling herbal remedies. I'm a musician and love to surf and pat dogs. We are looking for a bedroom for 6 months starting in April Let us know!
Drug and Alcohol Free Social but also love my own space and respectful of others. Clean house mate, reliable, fun and down to earth 😊
Hi I'm Hayley, I am a 28 year old single woman with a love for outdoors and adventure. Quite chilled with a relaxed, easy going personality and I like to live in a neat and tidy space. I will be working full time. I am needing a place from late april, I was looking earlier but my plans changed. I am looking at something short term (3 months) with possibility for longer if all goes well.
I've just landed my dream job!! I'll be working for an amazing start up in Newrybar from April. I currently live in Melbourne but am looking to find somewhere within an hours drive from my new job and living with some awesome people. I'm friendly, clean, tidy, funny, thoughtful/considerate and uber-chilled. I'm looking forward to the change in scene so I'll be swapping my Melbourne woolies and lattes for my Stand Up Paddleboard and bathers and (hopefully ) also taking surfing lessons too. Initially I'll be spending quite a few weekends back in Melbourne, so will probably only be home Mon-Thu while I settle in. I'm working full time and looking for somewhere for at least 6 months. Maybe more if I find the right place / flatmates. I can't wait. :-)
Located only minutes from the quaint village of Burringbar, this neat & tidy three bedroom home offering the rural lifestyle whilst being central to Pottsville (15mins), Murwillumbah (15mins), Byron Bay (30min). The living area is open plan with wonderful views of the surrounding bushland. The kitchen is a light-filled with ample storage. Built-in wardrobe in the bedroom. Covered verandahs offer a panoramic outlook of the area and provide a perfect vantage point to watch the local koalas. You simply can't put a price on the sense of peace that is present at this property.
I'm quiet and love a peaceful, relaxed, aesthetic, natural environment. I prefer to make minimal impact upon the space I share. I value respectful, honest relationship with others. I have good social skills and enjoy meaningful conversation but am very autonomous and self-contained. I was a teacher of Indigenous students in central Australia for many years. I volunteer at a local art gallery and have my own income. I love Nature, art, cultural diversity, reading, and studying the Dru Yoga Teacher Training course I'm doing. I'm vegetarian and choose to eat organically grown food, which, if possible, I like to grow myself, either in pots or in the ground. I'm currently living in a lovely share house in a great location with four good people (two couples) but I feel the need for somewhere quieter, where the sounds of loud TVs and music from computers and mobiles are not a feature. I look forward to connecting with anyone who shares similar values.
We are a couple seeking a home in the Ocean Shores / Brunswick area from early April. We are both working professionals - Belle's work in outdoor recreation takes her away on 3-5 day expeditions mid-week most weeks and Monique works full-time in a community services organisation in Lismore. We have lived without a TV for many years and have carved a beautiful lifestyle out of no-TV-life so we'd love to keep it that way! Though we are not opposed to Netflix or a movie night on our projector screen with pizza, wine, and friends. We like travelling, finding swimming holes, and doing activities in the great outdoors and are looking forward to exploring the local arts culture, food, and community atmosphere in the Northern Rivers. We're mostly interested in finding the right kind of people to live with who are friendly and respectful. We are mature-minded individuals and we're not looking for a party house, we want our home to be a sanctuary and happy-place :) Our ideal housemates would have similar housemate ethics. We would also love to have a place where our friends and family from Brisbane can visit for the night every now and again. We've been living together in a share house and our wonderful housemate can provide a reference if you'd like! We're open to short or long-term accommodation options, and are interested in teaming up to rent a new property that we can all make our own. We'd ideally like to rent 2 rooms within the house so as to have a study/spare room, so we're looking for a 3-4 bedroom place to share with 1 or 2 other people - couples preferred but singles welcome! Our budget for up to 2 rooms is $380 per week.
I'm a very young 54 year old woman looking to move up to the Byron area. I'm initially coming up to volunteer at Bluesfest, and then enjoy the festival. I will spend a lot of my free time there looking around the area to see if a permanent move makes sense. So initially I need furnished accommodation for a few weeks, with the possibility of extending longer. I'm not really retired, but I'm not working at the moment. I will be looking for some part time work in the area or Gold Coast if I do move up there permanently but I'm financially secure in the meantime. I'm a creative type, love playing my guitar and singing in bands, sewing (clothes, cushions, upholstery), going to live music, watching movies, and other fairly quiet pursuits. I don't drink alcohol, smoke or do drugs, I eat fairly healthily (including meat) and I go the gym regularly. My adult son lives in Brisbane with my gorgeous 4 year old grandson (a major factor in wanting to move north).
We are three fun loving, hard working girls from Sydney looking for a bit of a sea change while we are young. Looking for a place to stay while we work and enjoy the local area.
I’m super chill and work hard. My time off I spend with the pup down at the beach or on an adventure. I’m quiet, respectful and am drug free, do not smoke and rarely drink. I’m also a vegetarian. I work in both the hospitality and the fitness industries and live a clean, active life.
