Amazing chance to live on a farm within a 20 minute drive from the city! Situated on a horse agistment place (there may be the possibility of brining your horse with additional cost to the rent) in one of the most beautiful places in Canberra. If the ability to live close to your horse doesn't tempt you enough (or you don't have one) it is a close drive to Tidbinbilla and Mt Stromlo for hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. The property also backs on to the Murrumbidgee with a nice swimming spot in summer easily accessible. The property is a two bedroom cottage. The room would easily fit a double/queen bed, cupboard and tall boy (unfortunately no built ins but there is a cupboard here if you need). The communal space is large enough and the kitchen has plenty of storage. The verandah has an amazing view and is a great place to share dinner or a drink (or two). The wifi is currently being installed but unfortunately will not be unlimited due to the location. The garden is big and if you are interested there is plenty of space for a veggie patch. There is a wood heater and an abundance of wood ready for the winter which keeps electricity down (the only bill we have to pay - split evenly) Animals will be considered.

My name is Ye. I'm a third year medical student at ANU. I'm doing my rural rotation in Eden at the moment and I'll be back in Canberra in two weeks. I'm a non-smoker and non-drinker with no pet. I'm tidy and respectful to others. I'm out and about or studying on most days, but would love to have a chat or hang out when I'm not too busy.
Hi there! I'm a triathlete who lives an active lifestyle while being very neat and organized. I always clean up after myself and I am quiet most of the times. I don't smoke and added to this, I always follow all the house rules and would only use the necessary areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Aside from going to work (I work as an Early Childhood Educator - and yes I can babysit if needed), I'm usually out on training either swimming, cycling, running or working out at the gym so I prefer to be located close to any of these facilities. Also, I would thrive well in a modern establishment with respectful, quiet and tidy housemates. Utilities/Facilities that I'm looking for: -Shops and groceries like Coles -Nearby gym and swimming pool -Reverse cycle aircon -Washing Machine and Dryer for clothes -NBN internet that can play YouTube videos in HD without delay (I used to live at a flatshare where it takes 5-10 mins to open my e-mails sometimes disconnecting in between and that was not fun at all) -Storage space for my 2 bikes - 1 road bike used for commuting and the other for training -I have a car but offstreet parking is okay for me. -A small yard or area with access to tap water to wash my bikes (optional) -Unused spare room or garage space (optional): Will primarily use this as a study/gaming/training room for my Ironman races that I'll be participating in months to come so expect me to be in this room most of the time. If you wish to contact me, please send me a message with a detailed info of the following: - Yourself - Flatmates - Room - PHOTOS - Viewing times - House rules And oh, I'm seeking for a home that has NO pets in it (unless its just Goldfish then its all good). Let me know if my profile suits your home. Cheers.
I am 18 and am looking at moving out of home for the first time into a share house. I currently work two casual jobs but am looking into getting steady full time work. I do not drink or smoke. I enjoy hanging out with friends and going to the gym and get along very well with animals. I am an avid cooker and love to spend time in the kitchen coming up with new meals for everyone to try. I tend to keep to myself and love privacy, also enjoy a friendly chat from time to time. Looking to either team up with like minded people wanting to move into a larger home or a free room :)
Hi There, I am looking for long term rental/share house. I am a young, working professional I work for ACT Health and currently studying business management with view to studying nursing. Hey! I am a young health professional working full time Monday to Friday. I have lived in Canberra for four years. I enjoy some quiet time alone but also love a good chat, glass of wine/beer or cup of tea as well as an adventure. I enjoy keeping active and playing sport, as well as going out for brunch or dinner on the weekend. Ideally, I would like to be able to find an unfurnished room with my own bathroom/ensuite. I am also open to teaming up with someone to find a new home! I am clean, tidy and respectful of others.
Hi! I am a friendly 22 year old looking for a relaxed household in which to live. I am currently working full time as a support worker around Canberra. I am quiet and usually keep to myself but enjoy the company of others. I like to cook and love games. I prefer to keep common areas tidy.
I am super bubbly, tidy, down to chat and love animals. Also work full time so won't be too much of a hassle around the house a lot.
I’m 29, work in comms in the public service in the city, grown up in Canberra for most of my life, but recently moved back from a 4-year stint in Sydney! Love being active and getting to the gym after work and i do a dance class once a week. I tend to stay in during the week and try and chill/do a few social things on the weekend. I consider myself pretty chilled, love food/cooking and cooking for others, trying new recipes. I don’t have any intolerances except dairy (although I tend to indulge sometimes with cheese lol) and I like being clean and tidy to a reasonable extent! Ie I don’t like living in filth but I’m not OCD :) I have a tv and an Apple TV as well as some shelves, but also happy to buy some furniture if need be. Flexible with move dates :)

Hi, I have recently moved to Canberra from Melbourne for work. I am easy going, clean, and don't mind a bit of a chat but at the same time respectful of the privacy of others. I work on Mt Stromlo so I am looking for something either close to there or towards central Canberra. My hobbies include science, listening to music, and sport. I am also LGBTI friendly.

Great for young professionals wanting to live/work close to Woden/the City (only 10 mins drive). A room is available in a spacious, three-bed room, two-storey town house. The room has a built-in-robe and private bathroom. The house has NBN, Netflix, AC/heating, and a private pool for the complex. Please note the rent does not include bills, and all bills (electricity/ gas/ internet) will be split equally. About us - You'll be sharing with two amazing housemates (ha!). First housemate is a public servant and is studying her Masters. Second housemate is a doctor out saving the world. We both work long hours so when we’re home, we like to make sure the place is clean and tidy, and is a relaxing environment. We are definitely not party animals! One is a non-drinker and another a vegetarian - and would ideally prefer someone who is similar, or is respective of this in the house. Lastly, I have an adorable (yet slightly crazy) cat - therefore no other pets will be allowed. We're after a female housemate who is responsible, honest, tidy and respects other's privacy and space. If you'd like to know more, please get in touch and we can arrange a time to show you the house. In your msg please include a little about yourself and what you're looking for in a house :)

Hey I’m max I moved out of an abusive environment when I was 16 and never looked back, I really want to finish yr 12 at dickson colledge but won’t be able to unless I can find long term accommodation. I’m trying not to stress but i only have 3 days to move out and nobody is replying which means I will end up homeless again. I was staying with some really nice people but they are moving out of state in two weeks so house has become unavailable, so as soon as a place is available I would move in immediately. I have a job at a wearhouse and work as much as I can. I’m a clean, consider others and hope you can look past the fact I’m 17.
I am a quiet person. I don't go out much or have many people over. I am out of the house around 9-6 weekdays. Usually away every second weekend seeing family. I am pretty tidy. I don't leave dishes around the place or random bits and bobs.
