I will need to collect a Refundable Security Deposit of $140; and a $100 Key deposit [bedroom/main door/garage -3 keys]. You will also need $140 for 1 weeks rent paid in advance [at the beginning of each week] If rent is paid weekly you will only have to give One Weeks Notice if you want to leave. Hello future housemate/s! My name is Karla and I am looking to find female housemate/s to sign a lease on a property with asap. Im currenlty living in the Gold Coast Hinterland with my domesticated hound who is 4 years old and I work full time as an Early Childhood Educator in Tweed Heads Region. I am friendly, tidy, enjoy the occasional drink and love meeting new people. I need a place with an outdoor yard for my hound and I would prefer a house that has 2 bathrooms and air-conditioning would be a must. If this sounds like you please be in contact and we can chat about future living arrangements. Karla

Im looking for a room, preferably with own bathroom in the Currumbin area (beachside if possible). I am 39 years young and work for a Government department in Tweed Heads. I also go away every third/fourth weekend. I like my own space and privacy. I am a considerate, respectful and clean person. At this stage just looking for somewhere until Mid/End January.
Both fulltime working professionals. Healthy, happy and tidy couple. Spend most weekends down south camping and surfing or in the hinterland hiking. Like to keep busy and not party people. Early risers and generally quite early to bed.
Hi! My friend Dylan 19, and I, Tegan 18, are looking for somewhere we can both move into with seperate rooms. The move in dates aren't urgent but we are hoping to find a place in the up coming months. We are fun and friendly people looking to move out and start living fully independent, doing our own thing :) We are looking to move in with friendly, down to earth people that we can be comfortable with sitting together in the lounge relaxing etc and not having to feel awkward or like we're intruding and such. Although we are both young we aren't all about the party life, yes we do like going out with friends every now and then, but we'd prefer a chilled night watching movies and having a few drinks or relaxing outside enjoying each other's company :) We are both clean and tidy people who clean up after ourselves, can cook our own meals and don't mind cooking for everyone here and there aswell. We are both very keen to get out in the world and start living and hope to move in with some people we can get along with and make fiends with and just have a really good start to the rest of our lives :)

I don't mind if you only stay for a month...not a problem and also don't have hangups...be gay, straight, male, female, trans, bi...whatever, just be yourself and have your sh*t together! Clean common areas a must...wash up, put away, drop food on the floor clean it up...not rocket science. ~ Pay Board and Security upfront upon arrival in cash (prefer cash payments) i'll give you receipts via email. ~ Security payment will be used to pay bills if you don't make payments. There is only internet (optional) and electricity. ~ Couples $570 pw ~ No alcoholics ~ Prefer Non Smokers but not against...there is an ashtray on the deck but clean it each time you use it. ~ Be bright and cheerful at least some of the time ~ No control freaks...yes i watch tv sometimes ~ No noisy lovers who make it known to other housemates they're having sex, on purpose ~ I'm allergic to horses and their hair (sorry if you're a horsey person) I love the animal as was brought up with them on the farm :-) NO PETS as it's rural and there's eagles which fly overhead...and there's beautiful birds roaming around the garden. At Xmas if you work out and would like to stay longer...I lock one room for belongings... which might give the housemate a chance to go home at that time of year...(rent free for TWO weeks)...one extra in lieu of the inconvenience if it happens! ***Please if I give you my number, unblock your caller ID, leave a message on here or send a text with your number and who you are. All private numbers are blocked. Thanks Simon

It's a modern brick-building and there is off-street parking available. There are two rooms available. There's no furniture in the rooms but both fit a Queen OK and there are built-in wardrobes. The rest of the house if fully furnished. I have a friendly dog so you have to be OK with pets. One of the available rooms is facing the street and the other room for rent is facing the backyard (both are on the second floor in a brick-building). There are large windows that makes the rooms nice and bright. Just cleaned carpets. The room facing the back has AC and a fan in it. Room with AC is $170/week and non-AC room is $165/week. I'm looking for a respectful and easy-going person who is tidy and relaxed. If it's you then get in touch now!
I am a very fun loving swedish/french girl, I will most probably be working at the boardriders store in coolangatta so looking for places nearby, I am here to meet people and for the surf. Been travelling a lot whilst growing so got an open mind and have an ease with people and languages. Been going to boarding school for most of my life so I know how it is to live with roommates, pretty clean and not a trouble person. Hope to hear back from you!
I'm an easy going person and I can get along with anyone. I'm clean and respectful and soon to be a student pilot so won't be making much noise either. Don't know much about the area since I've lived on the south coast all my life but I'm quite excited to see the area and make some friends along the way.

This is a simple 1 bedroom flat. It is fully self contained with combined laundry/bathroom. Kitchen/lounge/dining. Own courtyard with fully enclosed fence. There is a 1 carpark area directly outside your gate. My daughter and I live upstairs and live a relatively quiet life and we expect those wishing to share the property to be the same. Definitely a non smoker. No parties. Must work. No pets. If we have people over for a celebration we will give our flatmate the heads up and we will require the same courtesy in return. We understand that we all have reasons to at times have a get together. A usual day will have us start at 6am and retire around 10/10.30pm so we would appreciate our flatmate to not have televisions, stereos and the like being used at unfair volumes outside these times. Internet access will only available during these hours unless otherwise pre organised. I work from home and this can mean that at times there will be customers from 6.30am in the home however usual start time is 8.30am. The workroom has a combined wall with the flat bedroom hence the reason for mentioning this. If you feel this property would suit you I'll be pleased to hear from you,
Hello future housemate/s! Pleased to meet you! Come in, sit down and let me introduce you to both myself and Mr Domino. We are soon to be refugees as I have just sold my house on the Gold Coast and we're in limbo until I find the perfect new abode to purchase in either Brisbane or Gold Coast (this must be what it's like for women searching for the perfect pair of shoes - you now have my empathy). Facts about me: - 58% Introvert, 40% Extrovert and 2% Alien. - Fluent Sarcasm is my native tongue, being serious is being boring. - Thrive on daily barbaric and crude banter, if you're not laughing, you may as well be dead. - Often referred to as living like a gypsy in a hospital, few belongings and excessively clean. I all but own shares in Aldi surface wipes and IKEA lint-rollers. - Will avoid pubs, nightclubs, etc. like the plague, there's more to life than being inebriated. - Posess a large collection of colognes. Will not leave the bedroom without smelling like David Jones' cosmetics section. - Partial to flipping pages, not channels. Quite fond of documentaries and thought-provoking movies. - Afficianado of picking weights up and putting them back down on a daily basis - foregoing the ego. FAQ's So, Zeph, what do you do with your time? - Having worked in the coal mines for years, I'm now two years into a well-deserved sabbatical. Zeph, what do you like to do for fun? - Waking up each day with a clean slate is pretty fun - highly recommend it. Quite spontaneous in my demeanour, I will find joy in an array of things. Whether it's falling out of a perfectly good plane or reading self-improvement books whilst I apricate on the beach - I'm happy. Facts about Domino: - THE most awesome, placid and sweet natured dog there is - try not to steal him upon meeting him, I challenge you. - Will pull some impressive tricks, especially if the instructing human is offering an irresistible treat, or is an attractive female (my fault, he copied me). - Can play soccer better than any soccer team in the Southern Hemisphere (I can prove it). - Has an IQ that's higher than most humans I've encountered, never misses a trick. - Loves cuddles and lots of affection, I may be the softest Border Collie owner you'll ever meet. He has never been smacked/hit/abused in his life and it will remain that way. - Has barked a grand total of six times in his life, not sure why he even has a voice box. I secretly think he's a cat disguised as a dog. So, I am looking to rent a room, studio, part of a house, a tent, kitchen cupboard, a spare nook or cranny - so long as I can bring my toilet trained, heartthrob, handsome Domino with me. I am open to living anywhere south of Surfers Paradise or pretty much anywhere in Brisbane - send me a message if you think we tick the boxes for you, I'm flexible. With any luck, you're still awake after reading all of that. If so, thank you for your time!
