My only challenge is that i have two older dog kids who need a secure yard/space...(definitely not diggers or barkers) i own my own home in FNQ which i rent out so i know what its like to look for responsible people who will care for someone else's home .
This house is in a quiet area surrounded mainly by farmland. There is no public transport. There are environmental areas nearby with dingoes, kangaroos, platypus and lots of birds. Smoking is not allowed on the property.
I’m friendly, clean and quiet by nature. I like social time and down time. I’m respectful of others and their belongings. Definitely not looking for a party house, past all that. Just a nice clean place to call home. I’m house proud and love to bring the warm feeling of home into any environment.
I am a home proud person, respectful and considerate of others time and space. I love to exercise by walking my dog whom is the most well behaved and intelligent dog and going to the gym ariund my studies and massage therapy work. I always pay my bills on time and do whatever I can to assist around the yard and household. One of my passions to relax is gardening, happy to help out always. I don't go out often but enjoy a wine every now and then, I'm very easy to get along with if you ever wanted a chat. Look forward to meeting my new flatmate/s. Cheers, Deanne.
I'm here to see if anyone would be interested in Teaming up and applying for a nice rental together. I have been looking into share rental accommodation or considering renting a room off someone already established. I am able to move anywhere in Australia and am very flexible when it comes to location. Must be respectful towards each other and each others property. I'm a neat person, don't have kids, don't have any pets but I do like animals... Quick at paying my bills and always on time, I respect peoples privacy, I'm willing to compromise with wants and needs with the accommodation and I will always help out when I can. If you would like to get in contact feel free to message me. I'm a friendly and easy going person so don't hesitate to ask any questions. Wishing you all the best, Paul

My partner and I are friendly, quirky, down to earth people who are experienced sharers and respectful of the space of others. I study animal ecology at USC and Zac works in hospitality. In our free time we enjoy adventuring out into nature or having some down time in front of netflix. Each of us have good standards of clean and tidy, we love animals and are aspiring green thumbs who enjoy caring for plants and cooking with home grown food. We're both vegetarian and would love room to put a little veggie patch in the garden. The room doesn't need to be furnished, but a built in is preferred. Looking to stay anywhere between 3 to 12 months. We're happy to sign onto a lease and can pay 2 weeks rent and bond up front. If you think we could make a good fit, please swing me a message :)

IAM responsible and very respectful of creating a happy household dynamics, easy going, friendly and caring. I believe it is essential to communicate working out cleaning and household duties to keep the house running smoothly. I've been a house sitter for 3 years so I have 'amazing references'. I have owned many homes of my own so I understand the importance of a peaceful happy home that runs smoothly and keeping things in great order. I love the gym, latin dancing, cycling and yoga to keep the mind, body spirit healthy and happy. I love the outdoors and keeping fit. Iam originally from NSW and just love living in QLD. Iam still meeting new friends and often attend 'meet up' groups to extend my circle. Iam looking for a place that can be partially unfurnished. I have gear in a storage unit that Iam currently selling and decluttering the old to bring in the new. I look forward to meeting you.
Hi I’m Georgia! I’m 19 years old and Ive just started a hair dressing apprenticeship on the coast so I’ll be working full time. I love to go out dancing and drinking but I also am happy to sit inside and read a book. I enjoy being active and working out when I feel motivated and I love spending a lot of time at the beach! I’m a tidy person so you don’t have to worry about me leaving a mess. I have a 10 week old kitten named tigger who loves affection and will 100% make you laugh! I’m really bad at describing myself in these things so if you have any other questions about me don’t hesitate to ask!
I'm kind, easy-going and treat people with respect. I'm not a 'party person', but am always up for a chat, whilst also respecting other people's privacy and space. I clean up after myself and like to be tidy. When I'm not working or studying (Aged Care) I'm usually at the beach or out hiking with friends. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle of regular exercise and healthy eating. I'm a happy and positive person who chooses to look on the bright side of life.
I’m a fun sociable and outgoing person that loves making new friends and trying new things! I am a non smoker and am very responsible and respectful and I like to keep my living space neat and tidy. I’m currently living t Mount Buller for the snow season working in the ticketing department and also as a lift operator and would love to get some sun on my skin after this winter! I can cook up a couple of things if you would be interested in having a fam dinner every now and then (including sushi). I’m originally from torquay in Victoria and love living on the coast, going to the beach, surfing and relaxing.
