I have recently moved out of home and am looking for a room in a sharehouse either with or without my partner - moving in ASAP. Apart from the occasional bit of singing or guitar-playing I'm a relatively quiet person who would happily get involved in household activities or keep to myself depending on what's preferred. I'm currently working 5-6 days a week at a cafe and I have the capacity to go busking whenever time permits as well. I am really flexible and adaptable when it comes to living arrangements, would love a tidy and nicely-decorated home with friendly, young-ish people but would also be happy to live in almost any home so long as it is clean and I have my own little space to nest in. Can spend around $200-250/week max. - WiFi and carpark not essential, just need easy access to public transport as I don't drive.

I will be working full time up north and need accommodation between January 6th and February 23rd. I am a friendly sociable person who enjoys a beer and like watching sport and movies. I can cook well but will most likely do food prep for the week on Sunday and avoid cooking on weeknights. I like a tidy house so I would like to live somewhere with people that agree on this. It would be nice to hang out with whoever I'm sharing with but I also respect peoples space as well as needing my own so I am happy to work with whatever the rest of the house wants. I will need a spot for my car, I'm fine with it being street parking though. Also the suburbs I selected are just to show the general areas I'm looking at, anything nearby is also great!
