We’re an awesome Canadian couple eh! Erin and I are on a working holiday, currently working at a local plant nursery. We love to surf, hike and fish, and anything else outdoorsy. We’re also very friendly and social, but also like our quiet down time during the week. We’re looking for a place to live for the 3+ months we’ll be in the area, not really picky at all. We’d like to get a place with some people our age though and make some new friends, find ourselves a nice social circle to hang with.
Im a down to earth guy, friendly and easygoing... tidy, respectful and consider myself as a hard working person. Occasionally I like having BBQ and a few drinks with my housemates...always down for a banter too...best way to socialize I guess, hey!! :) Cheers!!
We have a beautiful home on 2 acres surrounded by rain forest. The bedroom has a queen bed and cupboard with TV and Netflix. We have a retreat style pool, tennis court, open fireplace, movie room and wrap around verandas. We don't have any fences so can't accommodate any animals sorry. Ideally we are looking for a female working full time who is easy going and relaxed, enjoys a laugh and will fit in with the family and also happy to enjoy their own time and space.
House is a beautiful totally renovated and restored open plan Queenslander surrounded by nature, with kangaroos a plenty. It is quiet and close to Noosa and Eumundi. There is a new bath and a modern kitchen. Room is furnished with high ceilings a ceiling fan and wardrobe with double bed. Seeking either a woman or single mom with a small child who is clean warm and fun. Smoking is ok outside. Must have references and bond. Suit a working, creative adventurous person/student artist or a yogi.

My name is Adam. I'm a dual US-Aussie citizen, grown up in Texas my whole life, and just moved to the area a few days ago. I'm staying with some family friends for my first few weeks as I look for a longer term place to live. I'm easy going, social, clean, organized, and could pretty much make friends with a rock. I love spending time in the water and outdoors, traveling, learning new skills, good beers, wine, and cocktails, and I can cook and make a solid cocktail myself. I'm an open book, so feel free to ask me anything and everything
I have 2 rooms currently for lease. There are a few different areas to relax in or a lounge/tv room to be social. I have 2 dogs so I wouldn't be able to have any extra animals. All bills are included in the rent which is $200 per week. Couples are also welcome however the rent would be $250 per week inclusive of bills except internet which is $20 per month.
I'm here to see if anyone would be interested in Teaming up and applying for a nice rental together. I have been looking into share rental accommodation or possibly considering renting a room off someone already established. Am flexible when it comes to location. Must be respectful towards each other and each others property. I'm a neat and quiet person, don't have kids, don't have any pets but I do like animals... No worries paying my bills and always on time, I respect peoples privacy. If you would like to get in contact feel free to message me. I'm a friendly and easy going person so don't hesitate to ask any questions. Wishing you all the best, Paul
Hey guys, I’m 26, i work an office job full time mon-fri for an Insurance company. I live on the Sunshine Coast and looking for a new place to move into between Peregian Beach-maroochydore. In my spare time I like to train martial arts and go to the gym. Extremely clean and tidy. Social and easy to get along with but do enjoy my privacy. I’m looking for a home with like minded individuals. Flexible/open to options. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions :)
I am Sky, peaceful and quiet tenant who needs a place to live for 6 to 12 months. I am very independent, can keep myself amused for hours without bothering anyone. I enjoy playing my acoustic guitar and singing, you are welcome to join in :) I am a computer tech with a mobile computer repair business. I teach computer classes at various locations around the coast. I'm not a drinker but I enjoy a social drink now and then with my housemates or friends. I don't smoke. I love animals and get on great with all of them. I like to compost and recycle everything possible so there's only a few bags in the wheelie bin. I am very happy to help around the house, I prefer a clean place to live in so I'm happy to keep it clean, ride the vacuum or lawn mower (I own both), kitchen and bathroom always clean. I need to find a place to stay immediately. I can give you $1000 cash for rent and bond, if there is any more to pay I can catch up over the first month with extra paid each week until everything is settled. Can you help me please ? If you have a place in the country or on the outskirts of town where I can use my 2 little solar panels to make free power I can use to minimise the electric bill, I would like to do that. At my current rental I use my solar power to watch TV, fix computers, recharge phone, touchpad, laptop and lots of batteries I use in lights, cameras etc. My solar panels are not connected to the house, I have deep cycle batteries I charge and use that power at night. Of course I contribute to the electric bill 'cause I still need to use a fridge, washing machine and other things. I work part time. I like my home to be quiet and peaceful just like you do. When I'm not working I am very quiet around the house. I can always amuse myself without bothering you. I am happy to repair old computers and offer them cheap to the needy. I don't make any mess or noise fixing computers. I would appreciate a place to stay for 6 to 12 months while I save up the money I need to get my own rental property again. Sometimes things don't go to plan and I need to ask for help, like now. Can you help me please ? I am currently living in Peregian Springs, my housemate (leaseholder) has decided to move back to Sydney so I have to move out too 'cause I'm not on the lease. This happens from time to time and leaves me or anyone, in an uncomfortable situation where I need to move again after only a few months. Just as you start to settle in, you're out again. It's out of my control so ... I need to ask for a hand from a generous person who can help me out of this nightmare. I'm starting to get little niggles and hassles (I'm getting the internet turned off so better hurry up and find a place) that aren't called for but he's probably more stressed than me 'cause he's responsible to the agent and needs time to clean up after I go, etc. I have selected some areas that are in the country or semi rural but I am not limited to those locations. If you have a quiet place where I can live in peace, then I would rather travel further to find the right place where I can feel welcome and share with like minded new friends :) Of course if you have something closer to where I currently live, then I can start moving immediately and you'll have cash in your hand too. Thanks for your time reading my story :) Sky
I work at the Woolworth in Coolum as a night filler so I don't finish until 12 at night and get to bed at around 2AM, so I'm looking for heavy sleeps or night owls to move in with. I well organised and pretty clean. I wash dishes/vacuum/make my bed and clean the bathroom at least every other week. I'm the type of person who would rather stay home and watch Netflix than go out partying/ drinking. I'm a quite person who mostly keeps to my self and is easy to get along with.
I am 28, I am a Primary Teacher moving to the Sunshine Coast area. I would love to live near the water or in a bush land area. I am looking for somewhere that I can have my own space. I am quite clean and tidy, and especially like living with people that respect the communal living spaces and keep these clean and tidy as well. I am quite a social person, and like to have a chat at home, but I also value this time as my own time. I tend to leave early for work and am home from mid arvo. I like to cook meals a couple of times a week. I would prefer furnished accommodation, but will also consider unfurnished for the right place. I have a car and would need to have somewhere to park it. I like to spend my weekends travelling and exploring on day trips or weekenders camping nearby. I would be happy to have a housemate that would like to join me in this also! I also love getting down the beach in the arvo after work. I am open to house shares with one or maybe two other people. Otherwise, I am also interested in granny flats or self contained accommodation. I do not have any pets, but I love animals! Non-smoker, no drugs, no children, enjoy a drink or two after work or on the weekend. If I sound like I might fit in with your house, please contact me. I am looking for a place to move in between the 18 - 25 January. I will be available to view places after the 16th Jan as I am on holidays until then.
My name is Christopher, I am 27 years old, originally from scotland and been in Aus since I was 15 , currently I am working fulltime working as a tree aborist . I spend my free time going for bush walks, judo and catching up with friends. I drink rarely and would be more than happy to participate in some board game nights and late night talks about conspiracy theories, very chilled guy who finds the best in everyone. I have rented previous places, have excellent refrences and take pride in my home and the cleanliness of it. Hope to hear from you.,
Hi there peeps! we are Juan from Colombia and Myriam from Switzerland. We are easy going, young and fun couple looking for a room in a shared house. We both work full-time, we are into surfing, skate, rock climbing, travelling, and many more. We enjoy socialising and sharing stories over a glass of wine and some laid back music, nevertheless, we are appreciate our private space and are respectful.
Hi, we're Josh and Louise, we've been travelling around Australia and will be stopping in Noosa for 4 months as Louise will be doing some locum work. Louise is an Osteopath and Josh is a Software Engineer. We both love the outdoors, are super easy going and love spending time by the ocean (especially kitesurfing). We've both previously lived in sharehouses and are well house trained :). We like being social in the house (sharing the occasional meal or drink) but also happy to give people their space.
