We are master's students from La Trobe University. We are from Colombia. We are very quiet, organized and friendly. We want to live in a peaceful environment in which we can study and be focused on our program, which means we are not disturbing at all. We enjoy drinking coffee while having a good conversation; we love visiting new restaurants and museums; but mainly, we love nature, so we travel a lot to different ecological destinations. If you give us the opportunity to rent your place, you can be sure that we will respect the house rules and our flatmates.

Hello, I'm Christine, a 24 year old student currently studying full time at Latrobe University. I've just returned from a year living abroad in Japan and am looking for a new place to call home! I'd love to find somewhere long term with friendly housemates. I'm respectful of people's belongings, personal space and privacy and am very clean and tidy. I’m hoping to live with others who also value these things and are respectful. My hobbies include art and video games so I do spend a fair amount of time in my room, as I'm also busy with university work too, but I do enjoy socialising as well and am always up for a good chat. I'm pretty easy going and laid back so I'm sure I'd fit in well with any personalities or house set up. I love animals so I'd be more than happy to share a house with any furry friends too! Hoping for an unfurnished room as I have my own furniture. My move in date would be anytime before August 23rd, ideally anytime from the 15th - 22nd. I hope you will consider me for a future flatmate in your lovely homes.
I'm quiet, clean and like to keep to myself. I spend most of my days studying, visiting my horses or working so you probably won't see me around much. I love to bake and will probably stuff you full of delicious treats. Also, my dog has the cutest ears you will ever see. They're pretty darn cute.
Hey there, I'm Sienna. I'm 21 and work in live theatre and events, so I work all hours of the day. I am a quiet, patient, and gentle person and get along with anyone. I generally keep to myself but do like spending time with the right people. I'm also trans MtF and am slowly starting my transition, so am hoping to move in with people who are accepting of this.
I am quiet and respectful. I like a good conversation but also like to keep to myself. I am hoping to live with people that have an open mind because I am recovering from an accident. I am coming out of hospital finally and may have some people visiting me during the day to see how I am going. I don't have any significant injuries. Please don't let this put you off. I am very friendly. I don't drink or smoke. Finances are good.

A recently refurbished modern open home, at the end of a quiet court in Lower Plenty. Everything still looks as good as new. Wooden floors with carpeted bedrooms. The main bedroom of the house is what the right applicant will move into, with a large wardrobe as well. This is the only room that is unfurnished, so you will have to have your own bed at least. It is the master bedroom and is the largest room in the house, so you could fit a desk, a set of draws, bedside tables etc.. Enjoy all the basic essentials, with a large kitchen/eating and extended living area, with a decking off the kitchen over looking greenery and trees with a little creek that runs inbetween our large yard and the neighbours at the back of the property. A single large bathroom, with large shower and a bathtub with tiled flooring and a large mirror and vanity, plenty of storage. Local shops and transport (bus) about 5min walk, also not far from the Montmorency train station as well. Near by walking track and a few football ovals in the area too. Location wise for traffic is pretty good as you have some alternate routes to take, can show you all the tricks. I used to live in Eltham and Lower Plenty is so much better in peak hours to deal with. Hope to speak with you soon, if this sounds like what your looking for.
Spacious bedroom, can fit double or queen bed, desk, cupboard, etc. Large window. Netflix included. House fully furnished (except bedroom) Large outdoor area. 3 INDOOR cats, so would be great to have someone who like animals.
We are both easy going, clean, quiet and social. We don't party and work full time during the week. We also go to gym after work so are home around 8.30pm. On weekend we visit our parents and aren't around much.
I (Wesley) am a part time student at RMIT working 2 jobs, close to full time. My partner (Lisa) is working 2 jobs as well, full time. We have lived together for the past 2 years and are looking for a new, long term place. We're a social, easy going couple who love to have a laugh, a drink and open to virtually anything/anyone.
URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A HOME ...I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR... LOCATION NOT IMPORTANT. I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a 13 year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it's important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates and budget. Cheers Peita:)
I own this property and have been living in the area for about two years. 1.8km walk to Watsonia Station and 2km walk to Greensborough Plaza. Ducted heating and evaporative cooling installed. Lock up double garage if you need to store any tools/work equipment in there. The room up for grabs is located downstairs at the back of the house. The room is only available until January.
The property offers a lot of shared space including a large lounge room and kitchen, a sheltered balcony for outdoor eating or bbqs, air conditioning and heating, and good storage space to boot. Easy access to shops and public transport. The 513 and 901 bus routes have stops right around the corner, and the Montmorency train station is a brisk walk away. On the whole, safe, comfortable and relaxing. We are looking for flatmates who are tidy and friendly. We're happy to socialise, but also understand that some will want their space.
I'm a postgraduate student at La Trobe University. I prefer my own room, toilet and bath and wifi, at the very least. A mini kitchen or counter to cook food and a washing machine would be really nice, since I do my own cleaning, cooking and laundering. I also prefer a semi-furnished or furnished place I don't smoke I don't have children or pets
I'm very easy going . I have a small dog. I love to cook, and i play tennis. I keep busy. I'm very tidy and always clean up after myself. I enjoy a chat but also understand when you need your space. I'm often not home as I have a partner I spend time with (at times, he stays over) .
I can cook, clean, am really funny, can change light bulbs, don't know how to use a washing machine but am a quick learner. I'll be staying in Melbourne for 7 weeks and would prefer a place near the La Trobe University, but am willing to discuss other options. I would love to team up with fellow students for accommodation in Melbourne, no matter where you are from or who you are we can work it out. Feel free to contact me :) Oh yeah, I come from Bosnia and Herzegovina so I have loads of stories and culture to share, as I would like to learn about yours...choose me. Did I say I can cook?
Hi there, my name is Hesam, I am a non smoker, healthy, Vegan guy. I am Mechanical Engineer and very much interested in Environment and health. I am from Persia (Iran). I am so easy going and non religous. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks, Hesam
I am clean and friendly. Graduated from university recently and looking for somewhere to stay for the next couple of months while I plan my next study/work move (thinking of going to study in the UK but not sure if I'll get in!) Working part-time and volunteering part-time. Out during the day and home during the evenings. Happy to comply with the house rules. Open to living somewhere quite communal or somewhere where people prefer to keep to themselves! I like cooking and playing latin music while I cook
A newly renovated abode in leafy Montmorency! It features new polished floorboards and carpets throughout the place, as well as a new lick of paint. The large kitchen is fully stocked and is ready to cook up a storm. With a combined living and dining area, as well as a second living area. It means that there is plenty of space to kick up your feet and relax. The living spaces both open up to an under cover patio and garden area. Where a new Weber BBQ is to be conveniently stationed. The location in Monty is second to none. With a less than 10 minute walk to the train station as well as the local shops (Were Street). Which boasts everything including supermarket, cafes, chemists, bakeries, bars and of course liquor stores. Right across the road is the Plenty River and reserve system for all your exercise and Sunday stroll needs! Greensborough plaza is also a mere 5 minute drive, whilst La Trobe University in Bundoora is only 10 minutes away. Features include: Air-conditioning Living area heating Broadband Internet Clothes washer Clothes dryer Storage room Courtyard/garden BBQ facilities Bonus features of the house include: - A fully furnished house (including washing machine and dryer) - A vegetable garden, for all your growing needs - A Nintendo 64 console - A large shower (great water pressure), and - The ability to make a freshly brewed tea straight out of the tap Any questions let me know. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Sharing with 1 female at the moment. The House has been recently renovated, so is in tip top shape. Beautifully finished and stylish, yet simple. There's a log burner in the lounge/diner area that is lovely to sit by on a cold rainy day. The bedroom available is right next to the toilet and bathroom (seperate rooms, yay!) which you'll have to yourself. There is the potential a third person could be accommodated and then you'd have to share but only with one other person and hence, the benefit of the toilet and bathroom being seperate. Wood floors all the way through the house. Specifically allocated areas for the lounge and dining are very large and spacious. There's plenty of storage space in the kitchen which is very efficient, well laid out and comfortable to use. The washer is hidden out of sight just by the back door which is convenient as there is a washing line outside. The backyard is a large space with a great big grassy area as well as the large cement patio out the back. It gets lots of sun during the day and can be really lovely to sit in. Conveniently located near a main street which has a Foodworks for all your essentials, a post office, newsagents, some really lovely cafe`s and a burger joint. The train station is just down the other end of that street. Not far from the house is Greensborough Plaza (only a 5 min drive) and Doncaster Shoppingtown is 20 mins in mediocre traffic. The room comfortably fits a double bed, two bedside tables and reasonably sized desk and chair. There's plenty of storage, wardrobe comes fitted with racks, shelves and draws. Big window which lets in a lot of light, covered in sheers and blockout curtains for when needed. Easy access to the bathroom and toilet for late night trips. A nice neutral colour for your decorating fun.
Conveniently located 2-bedroom house with floorboard offering a large living area, separate kitchen with gas stove, separate bathroom and toilet, laundry facilities (washing machine). There is one spare room in the house for storage. Further features include communal washing lines, freshly painted walls and spacious courtyard. Apartment set-up is basic and functional, well-lit and has all the essential appliances/items. You will have a private unfurnished room (can fit a double bed) and wardrobe. The room is available now. The first month’s rent plus bond ($1434 in total) is required to move in, and utilities (Water, Electricity & Internet) are split 50/50. I don’t use the heater or A/C in the lounge room, so if you want to use the heater or A/C, you are required to pay a bit more for electricity. Looking for a 30 yo or above (or thai international student), respectful and FEMALE housemate who will be responsible about rent, bills and housework (must be able to chip in for cleaning products), and also love and enjoy living with a dog called Toto (16yo boy, maltese x shih tzu). No smokers (indoors) and no more pets unfortunately. Excellent location: 5 minutes walk to the nearest IGA and local parks 8-10 minute walk to Watsonia train station, pharmacy, post office and Watsonia library 5 minute-drive to Greensborough Shopping Centre
Nice neat Villa style flat. Very convenient location to shops and easy access to public transportation. 5 minutes walk to Montmorency train station. 3 minutes to Were street shopping village and 293 bus stop in front of street. One bedroom with big wardrobe is available. Also one parking space is free to use. $170 per week share bills
Four bedroom house located in quiet street of Macleod. House is fully furnished - fridge, washing machine, dinning, unlimited wifi connection and big backyard. Room is spacious with built in robe and Double bed. Very easy access to the public transportation (train or buses). 9 mins walk to Macleod station. 20 mins walk to La Trobe University. Only 14kms to Melbourne CBD or half an hour on the train. 6 Months commitment required.
Recently renovated house Fully furnished. Can provide a Queen size bed if needed Clean and minimalistic. Outdoor entertainment area that I plan on adding to with sunbeds, a bbq and patio heater. Close to Woolies, Greensborough Plaza, cafes, restaurants, HOYTS cinemas, RMIT University, bus stop (300m away), train station (1km away)
Hi, I'm Kelsey :) I'm a bit of hippy/goth hybrid, but friendly, down to earth and more approachable than I look. I'm mindful and respect others when it comes to privacy, personal space and lives; but am also sociable, love having a laugh over a beverage or two, and sharing meals. When I'm not working full time, I like to spend my free time with art projects, enjoying the company of my cat, or out visiting friends. I love cooking vegan cuisine, and am a pro at cleaning up after myself! Due to current housemates looking to move out, I am looking for somewhere relatively local, so I don't spend all my free time commuting to work. (We work to live, not the other way round, right?!) Looking for housemate/s that are down to earth, have a great sense of humour, and don't mind the concept of sharing a roof with someone a little bit nerdy and odd :)
