Hi everyone I am looking for 1 or 2 people to join me and another person in a four-bedroom house in Wandana Heights Geelong. Rent is $410 a week to be divided between all occupants and includes a gardener. Bills are not included in rent and are also divided evenly. Phone/Internet is already connected and is $99 a month unlimited download. The house is furnished with essentials fridge, washing machine etc. Open plan living area as well as a second living room. Dishwasher included. Single car garage and shed out the back provide plenty of storage space, with space under the house also available. Large back yard and patio for entertaining. There is 1 very friendly dog here. Other pets are negotiable. The house is a five-minute drive from local shops and major shopping centre, plenty of places to go out to eat close by. Nearest train stations are about 5-8 min drive, while there is a bus stop 5 min walk away. Deakin University is also only a 5 min drive. Close to the ring road, Melbourne is around a 50 min drive. Anyone interested must submit a tenancy application through Ray White.
A spacious room available in a shared house just up the road from Deakin. It comes with a good sized built-in wardrobe with additional storage available just outside the room. The room is big enough for a queen bed, and a desk and chair set-up if necessary. It's in a big two-story sharehouse with 3 existing housemates, all males and all working full-time usually in Melbourne. The kitchen, lounge, and laundry areas are all fully furnished. There is also a music and social room downstairs where the housemates spend time to relax and unwind. Gardening also possible in the back area. During the winter, we tend to maintain a wood fire too keep warm.
Self contained, spacious room with private external entry, all have locks on internal access. Provided is a microwave, small fridge, TV and furnishings NBN Internet, (excluding live streaming) water , gas and electricity all included. It's all included in the rent! Would be ideal for someone from Melbourne who is working in the Geelong area but does not want to face the Monday - Friday slog through traffic. Easy access to bus directly to Deakin University and the Epworth Hospital in Waurn Ponds and Geelong City. Area is quiet so suitable for student or nursing staff who have shift work. This a family home with additional rooms. Rooms have external access.
Hi I'm Alvaro. I'm 35 from South America. I'm working full time as an engineer with Ford. I'm an easy going, and respectful person. I'm pretty busy with work, study and sports but I also enjoy being social with my friends and family on my spare time. I'm a considerate housemate, friendly but also respect people's space. References available from previous landlords/housemates if required. Hope to hear from you soon!
Cleanly, responsible, big fan of personal space. Steady income. Planning to study at the Gordon mid-year. Trans woman, if that's an issue. I spend a lot of time in my room, but I'm not afraid of interaction. Easy to get along with. Can cook. Knows dad jokes.
Day Surgery nurse currently working in Melbourne but will be doing further study at Deakin Geelong this year, hence the move. I work Mon - Fri with the occasional weekend - no night shifts :) I like to keep healthy and fit, also love the occasional pizza and beer! Would need a small courtyard/backyard for an adorable and friendly mini dachshund - he is also a very well trained inside dog who loves cuddles. He mainly lives inside and I usually let him out to go to the toilet. He's very friendly, but like most dogs, barks if strangers approach the house Free security system. 😊 Given I'll be travelling to Melbourne I'd love a place who love dogs and I don't have the worry about him while I'm away. I am looking to move late April/May.
I keep clean/ tidy, like to be social and adventerous. I currently live in Warrnambool but hope to relocate as soon as i get full time work. I work at the moment for a specialist, working long hours so like to unwind on the weekends. I like to think i enjoy staying fit....i also like to hit snooze though.
Hi, I'm Ada, 24 years old from Italy. I'm in Australia for 9 months, working as Italian Assistant Teacher. I think I'm pretty easy to live with, I'm pretty social but love doing my thing too. I'd love to travel in my days off.
My hobbies include; - Gym - Sport - Xbox - Beers - Laughs - Procrastinating whilst studying - Tunes - Making mates I am a young male who loves a laugh and a good time. I enjoy a tidy environment but am not neat freak. I feel I get along well with everyone as I am an easy going, polite and respectful bloke. I work at the Edge pub in Geelong and study Civil Engineering at Deakin University. I have a good group of mates, but unfortunately mitigating circumstances have prevented me and another mate from getting a house for an undefined amount of time, and am looking for a group people similar to me to move in with temporarily. Cheers, Mitch
Hi, I moved to Geelong at the beginning of the year to be closer to my partners family. I am now looking for a place to live outside the family circle, to get to know the area better and make some friends of my own. I work at Crown in Melbourne and will drive or train depending on my hours. I have deferred my studies but am looking into going back next semester. I like my own space but am a very social person. I do consider myself very tidy, and i dont own many things. I have travelled overseas and know how to downsize in belongings. I am looking for somewhere, where my room mates wont mind me having my boyfriend round the house, or not seeing me for a few days because we are very adventurous, always going camping and exploring when we get the chance.
Hi, My name is Amy and I'm a 26 year old mechatronics engineering student at Deakin. I'm a fairly neat and tidy person and work and study occupies a great deal of my time, so there'll be times when you don't see a lot of me. In my down time, however, I love a good Netflix binge, I like to read, I enjoy a few wines/beers and watch the footy (I do tend to yell at the television; sorry in advance). Anyway, feel free to hit me up with any questions. Cheers!
We are a nice and happy couple. We love to communicate with people. We are neat and clean people. We love to clean our house.
